In a digital world moving at a breakneck speed,consultancy services have emerged as one of the prominent resources for seeking effective,sustainable and economically viable solutions to a given *** present day consultancy services are aided by the use of multiple tools and ***,ensuring the security of these tools and techniques is an important concern for the consultants because even a slight malfunction of any tool could alter the results *** usually tackle these functions after establishing the clients’needs and developing the appropriate ***,most of the consultants tend to focus more on the intended outcomes only and often ignore the security-specific *** research study is an initiative to recommend the use of a hybrid computational technique based on fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP)and fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions(TOPSIS)for prioritizing the tools and techniques that are used in consultancy services on the basis of their security features and *** empirical analysis conducted in this context shows that after implementing the assessment process,the rank of the tools and techniques obtained is:A7>A1>A4>A2>A3>A5>A6>A7,and General Electric McKinsey(GE-McKinsey)Nine-box Matrix(A7)obtained the highest ***,the outcomes show that this order of selection of the tools and techniques will give the most effective and secure *** awareness about using the best tools and techniques in consultancy services is as important as selecting the most secure tool for solving a given *** this league,the results obtained in this study would be a conclusive and a reliable reference for the consultants.

In vehicular ad hoc networks(VANETs),the topology information(TI)is updated frequently due to vehicle *** frequent changes in topology increase the topology maintenance *** reduce the control message overhead,cluster-based routing schemes are *** clusterbased routing schemes,the nodes are divided into different virtual groups,and each group(logical node)is considered a *** topology changes are accommodated within each cluster,and broadcasting TI to the whole VANET is not *** cluster head(CH)is responsible for managing the communication of a node with other nodes outside the ***,transmitting real-time data via a CH may cause delays in *** real-time data require quick service and should be routed through the shortest path when the quality of service(QoS)is *** paper proposes a hybrid scheme which transmits time-critical data through the QoS shortest path and normal data through *** this way,the real-time data are delivered efciently to the destination on ***,the routine data are transmitted through CHs to reduce the topology maintenance *** work is validated through a series of simulations,and results show that the proposed scheme outperforms existing algorithms in terms of topology maintenance overhead,QoS and real-time and routine packet transmission.

A GIS-Based Decision Support System for Reducing Air Ambulance Response Times: A Case Study on Public Schools in Jeddah City

In injuries reducing ambulance response time (time from injury to hospital arrival) is an important factor for saving people’s lives. Helicopter emergency medical services can reduce out-of-hospital transport times because of their high speed and their ability to travel in straight paths?unlike ground ambulance which are restricted to road network paths, as well as the ability toaccess rural or remote area injuries that are difficult to reach by ground ambulance. GIS technology aids air ambulance movement planning to reduce out-of-hospital response time based on mathematical and geographic models to support decision making which is necessary from out-of-hospital care providers. The goal of this study is to use GIS to develop an efficient DSS to outline where air ambulance can reduce response times, by using spatial analysis tools to create Euclidean distance and direction zones around receiving hospitals. The study concludes that GIS technology can be used to develop an efficient DSS to outline where air ambulance can reduce response times, by creating surfaces of Euclidean allocation, direction, and distance that can be used to improve initial response times for the civil defense air rescue and air ambulance services.

Efficiency Performances of LVDC Supplies for Residential Building

The Low Voltage Direct Current(LVDC)architecture gives higher benefits over the classic low-voltage alternating current(LVAC)supply *** has fewer energy conversion stages,is compatible with renewable energy sources,and is easier to integrate with *** this paper,an LVDC supply concept is proposed and compared with currently used conventional photovoltaic(PV)systems in terms of *** new LVDC photovoltaic system behavior is validated using LTspice modeling *** findings of this work prove that the concept of LVDC supply is highly attractive when the electricity produced by the photovoltaic is used onsite in the *** carry out an efficient system,the PV power mounted in the houses should be precisely rated with respect to the magnitude of the load energy *** proposed three house examples to verify the superiority of our proposed system in comparison with the traditional LVDC PV *** annual analysis of the energy saved by the studied systems was carried *** main benefit of the suggested LVDC supply is the short way taken by the energy generated by the photovoltaic system to supply DC loads within daytime *** registered increase in system efficiency reached more than 20%for the proposed LVDC system.

Predefined Exponential Basis Set for Half-Bounded Multi Domain Spectral Method

A non-orthogonal predefined exponential basis set is used to handle half-bounded domains in multi domain spectral method (MDSM). This approach works extremely well for real-valued semi-infinite differential problems. It spans simultaneously wide range of exponential decay rates with multi scaling and does not suffer from zero crossing. These two conditions are necessary for many physical problems. For comparison, the method is used to solve different problems and compared with analytical and published results. The comparison exhibits the strengths and accuracy of the presented basis set.

Micro-Invasive Glaucoma Surgery with the iStent inject: Impact on IOP and Medication Burden in a Real-World Setting

Background: The iStent inject is a Micro-Invasive Glaucoma Surgical (MIGS) device that has shown to reduce IOP and to be safe for glaucoma patients with fewer complications than regular surgery. Objective: To investigate, up to 15 - 20 months, the efficacy and safety of implantation of two second-generation trabecular microbypass stents in patients with or without prior glaucoma surgery. Methods: Fifty-seven eyes were implanted with the iStent inject. The population was comprised of eyes with primary open-angle glaucoma (n = 51), pseudoexfoliation glaucoma (n = 5) and ocular hypertension (n = 1). Major outcome parameters included IOP, medication needs and corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA). Follow-up time points were one day, 2 - 4 months, 9 - 14 months and 15 - 20 months. Results: The main reason to perform MIGS was IOP reduction in 68.4%, reduced number of medications due to drug intolerance in 24.6% and reduced medication due to compliance issues in 7.0% of the eyes. IOP decreased by 22.47%, from 19.40 ± 3.83 mmHg preoperatively (preop) to 15.04 ± 1.67 mmHg at 15-20 months postoperatively. IOP reduction was achieved at all follow-up time points (p Conclusions: Insertion of the iStent inject in patients with or without prior glaucoma surgery shows effective and sustained improvements in IOP with no safety concerns.

Data Encryption Standard(DES)is a symmetric key cryptosystem that is applied in different cryptosystems of recent ***,researchers found defects in the main assembling of the DES and declared it insecure against linear and differential *** this paper,we have studied the faults and made improvements in their internal structure and get the new algorithm for Improved *** improvement is being made in the substitution step,which is the only nonlinear component of the *** alteration provided us with great outcomes and increase the strength of ***,a novel 6×6 good quality S-box construction scheme has been hired in the substitution phase of the *** construction involves the Galois field method and generates robust S-boxes that are used to secure the scheme against linear and differential *** again,the key space of the improved DES has been enhanced against the brute force *** out-comes of different performance analyses depict the strength of our proposed substitution boxes which also guarantees the strength of the overall DES.

An Intelligent Forecasting Model for Disease Prediction Using Stack Ensembling Approach

This research work proposes a new stack-based generalization ensemble model to forecast the number of incidences of conjunctivitis *** addition to forecasting the occurrences of conjunctivitis incidences,the proposed model also improves performance by using the ensemble *** rate of acute Conjunctivitis per 1000 for Hong Kong is collected for the duration of the first week of January 2010 to the last week of December ***-processing techniques such as imputation of missing values and logarithmic transformation are applied to pre-process the data sets.A stacked generalization ensemble model based on Auto-ARIMA(Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average),NNAR(Neural Network Autoregression),ETS(Exponential Smoothing),HW(Holt Winter)is proposed and applied on the *** analysis is conducted on the collected dataset of conjunctivitis disease,and further compared for different performance *** result shows that the RMSE(Root Mean Square Error),MAE(Mean Absolute Error),MAPE(Mean Absolute Percentage Error),ACF1(Auto Correlation Function)of the proposed ensemble is decreased *** the RMSE,for instance,error values are reduced by 39.23%,9.13%,20.42%,and 17.13%in comparison to Auto-ARIMA,NAR,ETS,and HW model *** research concludes that the accuracy of the forecasting of diseases can be significantly increased by applying the proposed stack generalization ensemble model as it minimizes the prediction error and hence provides better prediction trends as compared to Auto-ARIMA,NAR,ETS,and HW model applied discretely.
