The si.e transform can be used as a tool to conquer the problems of di.crete multi.tone (DMT) systems to i.crease the bi. rate. i. the proposed di.crete si.e transform based di.crete multi.tone (DST-DMT) system, we make use of the energy compacti.n property of the DST to reduce the channel effects on the transmi.ted si.nals. The mathemati.al model of the proposed DST system i. presented i. the paper. Si.ulati.n experi.ents have been carri.d out to test the effect of the proposed DST-DMT system. The results of these experi.ents show that the performance of the DST-DMT system i. better than that of the tradi.i.nal FFT-DMT system. The results also show that employi.g the proposed TEQ i. the DST-DMT system can i.crease the bi. rate by about 2.57 Mbps.

Syenograni.i. dykes i. the north of Egypt's Eastern Desert are of geologi.al and economi. i.terest because of the presence of magmati. and supergene enri.hment of radi.acti.e mi.erali.ati.n. Zi.con crystal morphology wi.hi. the syenograni.i. dykes allows preci.e defi.i.i.n of sub-alkali.e seri.s grani.es and crystalli.ed at mean temperature of about 637 °C. The growth pattern of the zi.cons suggest magmati. and hydrothermal ori.i.s of radi.acti.e mi.erali.ati.n. Hydrothermal processes are responsi.le for the formati.n of si.ni.i.ant zi.con overgrowth; hi.h U-zi.con margi.s mi.ht have occurred contemporaneously wi.h the emplacement of syenograni.i. dykes whi.h show anomalous urani.m(e U) and thori.m(e Th) contents of up to 1386 and 7330 ppm, *** chemi.try revealed a relati.e i.crease of Hf consi.tent wi.h decreasi.g Zr content, suggesti.g the replacement of Zr by Hf duri.g hydrothermal *** urani.m mi.erali.ati.n i. present and recogni.ed by the presence of uranophane and autuni.e.

The 300±20 Ma anomalously radi.acti.e trachytes of Wadi.El Karei., central Eastern Desert, are a si.ni.i.ant example of U-mi.erali.ati.n related to the alkali.e volcani.s i. Egypt. Extensi.e portable gamma-ray spectrometri. data has been uti.i.ed to i.enti.y geologi.al factors controlli.g urani.m mobi.i.y i. the geologi.al uni.s along the three detai.ed study locati.ns of Kab Al-Abyad, South Wadi.W) Al-Tarafawy and W. Al-Farkhah; thei. eT h/eU rati.s averagi.g around 4.1, 3.7 and 5.6 respecti.ely. Quanti.ati.e analysi. wi.h the i.tegrati.n of mobi.i.y maps and geologi.al studi.s suggest two systems controlli.g U-mi.rati.n wi.hi. the geologi.al uni.s(confi.ed system and unconfi.ed system). i. the confi.ed system, the syngeneti.ally formed U have experi.nced mobi.i.y after leachi.g and are redi.tri.uted i. the presence of an i.corporati.n carri.r duri.g transportati.n(probably as carbonate complexes). Then the retardant for urani.m i. achi.ved by sorpti.n or by copreci.i.ati.n wi.h the ai. of Fe oxy-hydroxi.e, and fi.ally the formati.n of i.mobi.e secondary U-beari.g mi.erals takes place along a li.hogeochemi.al trap. i. contrast to the confi.ed system, the unconfi.ed one i. basi.ally lacki.g the li.hogeochemi.al trap whi.h i.fluences the fi.al accumulati.n of U-beari.g mi.erals. The radi.acti.i.y of the trachyte rocks ari.es from the radi.acti.e mi.erals uranophane and betauranophane wi.h U-and/or Th-beari.g mi.erals samarski.e, Th-ri.h REE si.i.ates, monazi.e and allani.e.

Call admi.si.n control (CAC) and resource reservati.n (RR) for mobi.e communi.ati.n are two i.portant factors that guarantee system effi.i.ncy and quali.y of servi.e (QoS) requi.ed for di.ferent servi.es i. a very scarce resource as the radi. spectrum. A new scheme was proposed whi.h extends the concepts of resource shari.g and reservati.ns for wi.eband code di.i.i.n multi.le access (WCDMA) systems wi.h a uni.ue feature of soft capaci.y. Voi.e and data traffi. were consi.ered. The traffi. i. further classi.i.d i.to handoff and new requests. The reservati.n thresholds were dynami.ally adjusted accordi.g to the traffi. pattern and mobi.i.y predi.ti.n i. order to achi.ve the maxi.um channel uti.i.ati.n, whi.e guaranteei.g di.ferent QoS constrai.ts. The performance of proposed scheme was evaluated usi.g Markov models. New call blocki.g probabi.i.y, handoff call droppi.g probabi.i.y, and channel uti.i.ati.n were used as benchmarks for the proposed scheme.

(PAPR) reducti.n i. orthogonal frequency di.i.i.n multi.lexi.g (OFDM) systems was *** approach i. based on assi.ni.g powers to the di.ferent subcarri.rs of OFDM usi.g an unequal power di.tri.uti.n *** addi.i.n,a reduced complexi.y selecti.e mappi.g (RC-SLM) scheme was *** proposed scheme i. based on parti.i.ni.g the frequency domai. symbol sequence i.to several sub-blocks,and then each sub-block i. multi.li.d by di.ferent phase sequences whose length i. shorter than that used i. the conventi.nal SLM ***,a ki.d of low complexi.y conversi.ns i. used to replace the i.FT *** performance of the proposed RC-SLM scheme along wi.h the new approach was studi.d wi.h computer *** obtai.ed results show that the proposed RC-SLM scheme i. able to achi.ve the lowest computati.nal complexi.y when compared wi.h other low complexi.y schemes proposed i. the li.erature whi.e at the same ti.e i.proves the PAPR reducti.n performance by about 0.3 dB.
