Inspired by the function of crucial components in photosystemⅡ(PSⅡ),electrochemical and dyesensitized photoelectrochemical(DSPEC)water oxidation devices were constructed by the selfassembly of well-designed amphipathic Ru(bda)-based catalysts(bda=2,2'-bipyrdine-6,6'-dicarbonoxyl acid)and aliphatic chain decorated electrode surfaces,forming lipid bilayer membrane(LBM)-like *** Ru(bda)catalysts on electrode-supported LBM films demonstrated remarkable water oxidation performance with different O-O formation ***,compared to the slow charge transfer process,the O-O formation pathways did not determine the PEC water oxidation efficiency of the dyesensitized photoanodes,and the different reaction rates for similar catalysts with different catalytic paths did not determine the PEC performance of the ***,charge transfer plays a decisive role in the PEC water oxidation *** an indolo[3,2-b]carbazole derivative was introduced between the Ru(bda)catalysts and aliphatic chain-modified photosensitizer in LBM films,serving as a charge transfer mediator for the tyrosine-histidine pair in PSⅡ,the PEC water oxidation performance of the corresponding photoanodes was dramatically enhanced.

Exploring the phase transition of high entropy alloys(HEAs)with multiple major elements is of great importance for understanding the underlying physical *** martensitic phase tran-sition has been frequently reported in HEAs,however,nanoscale microstructural phase evolution has not been investigated to the same ***,we have prepared the Ti_(33)Nb_(15)Zr_(25)Hf_(25)O_(2)HEA and investi-gated the strain glass transition and its associated properties using dynamic mechanical analysis and mi-crostructure *** have found that the elastic modulus in Ti_(33)Nb_(15)Zr_(25)Hf_(25)O_(2)HEA deviates from Wachtman’s equation and observed the Elinvar effect in the form of temperature-independent mod-ulus in the temperature range from 150 K to 450 K and frequency-dependence modulus around 220 *** strain glass transition has been evidenced in Ti_(33)Nb_(15)Zr_(25)Hf_(25)O_(2)HEA by the formation and growth of nano-sized domains during in-situ transmission electron microscopy(TEM)cooling,and substantiated by the broken ergodicity during zero-field-cooling/*** strain glass transition is believed to account for the Elinvar effect,where the modulus hardening of nano-sized domains compensates dynam-ically with the modulus softening of the transformable matrix.

Hydrodynamic Characteristics of Undular Tidal Bores in the Qiantang River Based on Field Observations

Understanding the undular tidal bores in the Qiantang River is essential for effective river management and *** breaking tidal bores have been studied extensively, reports on undular tidal bores in the Qiantang Riverremain limited. Furthermore, observed data on undular tidal bores fulfilling the requirements of short measurementtime intervals, and spring, medium, and neap tide coverage, and providing detailed data for the global vertical stratificationof flow velocity are quite limited. Based on field observations at Qige in the Qiantang estuary, we analyzedthe characteristics of undular tidal bores. The results showed that the flooding amplitude (a) of the first wave isalways larger than its ebbing amplitude (b). moreover, the vertical distribution of the maximum flood velocity exhibitesthree shapes, influenced by the tidal range, while that of the maximum ebb velocity exhibites a single shape. Duringthe initial phase of the flood tide in the spring and medium tides, the upper water body experiences multiple oscillatingchanges along the flow direction, corresponding to the alternating process of the crest and trough of the tide levelupon the arrival of the tidal bore. The tidal range is a crucial parameter in tidal bore hydrodynamics. By establishingthe relationship between hydrodynamic parameters and tidal range, other hydrodynamic parameters, such as the tidalbore height, maximum flood depth–averaged velocity, maximum flood stratified velocity at the measurement points,and duration of the flood tide current, can be effectively predicted, thereby providing an important reference for rivermanagement and maintenance.

In this work,novel D-A alternating polymers(PJ-1,PJ-2,and PJ-3)with chlorinated benzodithiophene and chlorinated thiazole units were synthesized via gradual *** polymers could be obtained readily through a few concise synthesis *** them,PJ-1 displayed desirable properties including energy levels,crystallinity,and charge transport *** binary and ternary organic solar cells(OSCs)fabricated based on PJ-1 displayed significant power conversion efficiency(PCE)of 15.02%and 19.12%,respectively,placing them among the highest reported for ternary ***,the PJ1-based devices also showcased one of the highest figure-of-merit values,indicating their promising potential for future *** study offers valuable insights and supports the development of costeffective and high-performance polymer donors for the generation of OSCs.

上海自贸试验区积极主动对接DEPA跨境数据流动规则不仅是落实自身职能发挥、推动自身建设提质升级的必要举措,更是国家层面上对接国际高标准经贸规则、推进高水平制度型开放乃至在国际层面上顺应数字经济发展趋势、参与全球数字经济治理的必然选择。通过对比梳理我国跨境数据流动治理现状以及DEPA相关内容可以发现,DEPA中核心创新内容主要集中于采用数据保护可信任标志、探索数据监管沙盒机制以及推动政府数据开放等领域。相应地,上海自贸试验区在数据传输便利化机制建设、数据创新制度路径探索以及政府数据开放具体规定实施等方面存在不足。未来,上海自贸试验区应当在拓宽数据流动互信互惠范围、丰富开放性数据保护能力认证机制建设、探索数据监管沙盒治理路径、推动数据监管重心后移以及拓展政府数据共享内容,试点建立政府数据国际交换合作机制等方面积极探索,以求完善我国跨境数据流动治理体系,更大程度地发挥数据要素价值。

The photogenerated charge carrier separation and transportation of inside photocathodes can greatly influence the performance of photoelectrochemical(PEC)H2 production *** TiO_(2) with p-type semiconductors to construct heterojunction structures is one of the most widely used strategies to facilitate charge separation and ***,the band position of TiO_(2) could not perfectly match with all p-type ***,taking antimony selenide(Sb_(2)Se_(3))as an example,a rational strategy was developed by introducing a viologen electron transfer mediator(ETM)containing polymeric film(poly-1,1′-dially-[4,4′-bipyridine]-1,1′-diium,denoted as PV^(2+))at the interface between Sb_(2)Se_(3) and TiO_(2) to regulate the energy band alignment,which could inhibit the recombination of photogenerated charge carriers of *** Pt as a catalyst,the constructed Sb_(2)Se_(3)/PV^(2+)/TiO_(2)/Pt photocathode showed a superior PEC hydrogen generation activity with a photocurrent density of−18.6 mA cm^(-2) vs.a reversible hydrogen electrode(RHE)and a half-cell solar-to-hydrogen efficiency(HC-STH)of 1.54%at 0.17 V ***,which was much better than that of the related Sb_(2)Se_(3)/TiO_(2)/Pt photocathode without PV^(2+)(−9.8 mA cm^(-2),0.51%at 0.10 V ***).

Suppressor tRNAs are engineered or naturally occurring transfer RNA molecules that have shown promise in gene therapy for diseases caused by nonsense mutations, which result in premature termination codons(PTCs) in coding sequence, leading to truncated, often nonfunctional proteins. Suppressor t RNAs can recognize and pair with these PTCs, allowing the ribosome to continue translation and produce a full-length protein. This review introduces the mechanism and development of suppressor t RNAs, compares suppressor tRNAs with other readthrough therapies, discusses their potential for clinical therapy, limitations, and obstacles. We also summarize the applications of suppressor tRNAs in both in vitro and in vivo, offering new insights into the research and treatment of nonsense mutation diseases.

榫卯节点是古建筑木结构区别于其他结构的重要构造措施之一,具有典型的半刚性连接特性,其力学性能对古建筑木结构的抗震性能影响较大。根据在结构中连接方式的不同,总结了水平与竖向构件连接、竖向构件连接和水平构件连接榫卯节点的特点和用途。从受力机理、力学模型和数值分析3个方面,对榫卯节点力学性能的研究现状进行了梳理。在受力机理方面,归纳了不同类型榫卯节点的受力特点与破坏特征,分析了节点构造尺寸、节点损伤及构造措施等因素对节点力学性能的影响。在力学模型方面,阐述了基于理论推导、模型试验和数值模拟力学模型的建立过程,并指出了不同方法的局限性。在数值分析方面,以木材本构关系为基础,介绍了榫卯节点的精细化数值分析和在整体结构中的简化分析。通过对榫卯节点力学性能的研究成果的回顾,发现节点类型不完善、影响因素不全面、力学模型复杂和模拟精度不足等问题,为榫卯节点力学性能的进一步研究指出方向,也为准确反映节点在古建筑木结构中的力学性能提供支撑。
