Octavinyl polyhedral oligomeric silsesquioxane (POSS) was polymerized on the surface of Fe3O4 nanoparticles (NPs) and then the NPs were functionalized with carboxylic acid groups using thiol-ene click reactions with thioglycolic *** as-prepared Fe3O4@POSS-COOH magnetic hybrid NPs had mesoporous structures with an average particle diameter of 15 nm and a relatively high specific surface area of 447 m^2· g^-*** results showed that 4 mg of Fe3O4@POSS-COOH NPs efficiently adsorbed and removed methylene blue from water at 5 *** is due to the presence of both carboxylic acid and pendant vinyl groups on the Fe3O4@POSS-COOH *** NPs could be easily withdrawn from water within a few seconds under moderate magnetic field and showed high stability in acid and alkaline aqueous mediums.

The main proposition of the current investigation is to develop a computational intelligence-based framework which can be used for the real-time estimation of optimum battery state-of-charge （SOC） trajectory in plug-in hybrid electric vehicles （PHEVs）. The estimated SOC trajectory can be then employed for an intelligent power management to significantly improve the fuel economy of the vehicle. The devised intelligent SOC trajectory builder takes advantage of the upcoming route information preview to achieve the lowest possible total cost of electricity and fossil fuel. To reduce the complexity of real-time optimization, the authors propose an immune system-based clustering approach which allows categoriz- ing the route information into a predefined number of segments. The intelligent real-time optimizer is also inspired on the basis of interactions in biological immune systems, and is called artificial immune algorithm （AIA）. The objective function of the optimizer is derived from a computationally efficient artificial neural network （ANN） which is trained by a database obtained from a high-fidelity model of the vehicle built in the Autonomic software. The simulation results demonstrate that the integration of immune inspired clustering tool, AIA and ANN, will result in a powerful framework which can generate a near global optimum SOC trajectory for the baseline vehicle, that is, the Toyota Prius PHEV. The outcomes of the current investigation prove that by taking advantage of intelligent approaches, it is possible to design a computationally efficient and powerful SOC trajectory builder for the intelligent power management of PHEVs.

Reliable estimation of the pore size distribution(PSD) in porous materials such as metal–organic frameworks(MOFs) and zeolitic imidazolate frameworks(ZIFs) is crucial for accurately assessing adsorption capacity and corresponding selectivity. In this study, the so-called zeolitic imidazolate framework-7(ZIF-7) is successfully synthesized via relatively fast and convenient microwave technique. The morphology and structure of the obtained MOF were characterized by XRD, SEM and N_2 and CO_2adsorption/desorption isotherms at 77 K and0 °C respectively. Then, to determine the PSD of the fabricated MOF, carbon dioxide isotherms are experimentally measured at various temperatures up to atmospheric pressure. Afterward, the experimental CO_2 isotherms data are utilized in two recently proposed in-house algorithms of SHN1 and SHN2 to extract the true PSD of manufactured ZIF-7. The obtained results revealed that median pore diameter of the fabricated ZIF-7 is estimated around 0.404 nm and 0.370 nm by using CO_2 isotherms at 273 K and 298 K respectively. These values are in good agreement with the real pore diameter of 0.42 nm. Moreover, experimental data of water adsorption isotherms over four different MOFs, borrowed from literature, are employed to illustrate further effectiveness of the above algorithms on successful determination of the corresponding pore size distributions. all predicted PSDs are proved to be in good agreement with those obtained from independent methods such as topology and morphology studies.

随着通信技术的不断发展,无线通信经历了从第1代以语音业务为代表的移动电话系统,到目前大规模商用的第4代(4G)以移动数据、移动计算及移动多媒体为代表的无线宽带系统的持续演进。当前阶段,随着智能终端的快速普及以及网络通信容量的急速增长,面向5G的无线通信技术的演进需求也更加迫切,开始受到业界极大关注。无线移动通信的快速发展,虽然吸引了越来越多的移动用户,给各大运营商带来了新的商机,但随着客户需求的越来越高,也为运营商带来了许多的压力与挑战。一方面,传统的无线通信性能指标,比如网络容量、频谱效率等需要持续提升以进一步提高有限且日益紧张的无线频谱利用率;另一方面,更丰富的通信模式以及由此带来的终端用户体验的提升以及蜂窝通信应用的扩展也是一个需要考虑的演进方向。作为未来5G的关键候选技术,D2D(Device-to-Device)通信实现了数据在终端间直接传输,具有节省频谱资源、提高网络容量、降低终端能耗、缩短延时等优点。本文讨论并且分析了在LTE-A网络中引入D2D通信后所带来的干扰抑制问题及功率控制问题,主要的研究内容如下:从增加双方距离的角度出发,考虑了小区间干扰,设计了一种改进的基于动态干扰限制区域Dynamic Interference Limited Area(DILA)的多用户资源算法。从控制D2D用户发射功率的角度出发,建立了基于动力学的D2D用户发射功率控制系统,并提出功率控制补偿因子算法。针对D2D接收端对蜂窝用户的干扰,考虑到小区间干扰,设计了基于DILA的多用户资源算法。该算法可以根据用户信道状态和负载情况灵活地改变复用资源的数量,通过设置动态干扰限制区域来调整干扰限制区域的大小,消除一些近距离的蜂窝资源,从而减少干扰在系统之间确保D2D用户和小区,同时以最大化用户SINR(Signal to Interference Plus Noise Ratio)为约束条件,提高了系统容量。为了抑制干扰,使解决方案高效、持久地消除干扰,本文提出了一种频率复用技术,该技术的目的是当D2D用户位于另一个eNodeB(Evolved NodeB,Base station)区域时,在D2D通信中复用蜂窝用户的频谱带,以确保有效降低干扰。在D2D用户之间,在D2D用户和传统蜂窝网络之间。这可以提高频谱效率和吞吐量,从而保证D2D和蜂窝通信的可靠性,并降低中断概率。

Lower baseline alT cut-off values and HBV DNA levels better differentiate HBeAg(-) chronic hepatitis B patients from inactive chronic carriers

AIM： To determine whether new cut-off values for aianine aminotransferase （alT） and baseline hepatitis B virus （HBV） DNA levels better differentiate HBeAg（-） chronic hepatitis B （CriB） patients from inactive chronic carriers. METHODS： Ninety-one patients [32 HBeAg（＋） CriB, 19 inactive carriers and 40 HBeAg（-） CriB] were followed up for 2 years and were tested for HBV DNA levels by a PCR-based assay. alT was tested twice during the last 6 mo using new cut-off values： ULN （upper limit of normal） 30 IU/L for males, 19 IU/L for females. Diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, positive and negative predictive values were calculated by discriminant analysis. RESULTS： When using the revised alT cut-off values, the lowest optimal HBV DNA level that differentiated HBeAg（-） CHB patients from inactive carriers was 50000 copies/mL. The diagnostic accuracy of HBV DNA to determine inactive carriers with a cut-off of 50000 copies/mL was similar to the previously recommended cut-off of 100000 copies/mL （91%）. HBV DNA levels were lower than the cut-off value in 95% of inactive carriers and in 28% of HBeAg（-） CHB patients. With alT 〈 30 IU/L in men and 〈 19 IU/L in women and HBV DNA levels 〈 100000 copies/mL, the risk of CHB is 5%. On the other hand, if alT values were 〉 30 IU in men and 〉 19 IU in women and baseline HBV DNA levels were 〉 100000 copies/mL, the risk is 86%. CONCLUSION： New cut-off values for alT together with HBV DNA levels proposed by AASLD （American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases） and NIH （National Institute of Health） consensus seem appropriate to characterize inactive carriers.

Objectives:Colour is amongst the parameter which is used for process control during *** and Methods:In this study,the effects of hot air roasting temperature(120,130,145,160,and 170°C)and hot air velocity(0.6,1.3,and 2 m/s)on colour change kinetics of pistachio nuts were investigated by employing image analysis and simultaneously chlorophylls and xanthophylls(lutein andβ-carotenoid)concentration were determined by spectrophotometric measurement ***:We found that roasting temperature and hot air velocity had significant effect on colour *** is a correlation between a-and b-value with chlorophylls and xanthophylls concentration,*** roasting temperature was found to be the main factor affecting colour *** variations in the pigments concentration and colour parameters of pistachio nuts were adequately simulated by quadratic and cubic *** changes in L-,b-values,and xanthophylls degradation were well-fitted to the first-order kinetic model while a-value and chlorophylls degradation followed the zero-order *** activation energy was determined at 113.9,116.7,and 117.2 kJ/mol with R2≥99.9 and 191,195,and 163.2 kJ/mol with R2≥99.5 and 73.7,71.3,and 81.6 kJ/mol with R2≥99.9 for L-,b-,and a-value in hot air velocity of 0.6,1.3,and 2 m/s,***:Activation energy of chlorophylls and xanthophylls degradation were in the range of the activation energy for the yellowness(b-value)and redness(a-value)reactions.

也门的住宅建筑主要是钢筋混凝土结构体系,该体系中钢筋混凝土梁柱构件的滞回性能较差。在这种类型的建筑中,内部填充板(即墙)使用20厘米厚的空心混凝土砌块建造,外部填充板(即墙)由石料和普通混凝土混合制成的砖石砌成,此类结构的楼板体系采用30cm的空心混凝土肋板。在也门缺乏国家建筑规范的情况下,大多数最近建造的钢筋混凝土结构均按照不同的国际建筑规范的要求设计,其中ACI-318是也门工程师最常采用的规范。此外,工程建筑物依据抵抗重力荷载设计,忽略了地震荷载的影响。因此,这种类型的建筑被认为在地震作用下具有易损性。由于也门缺乏实际地震破坏数据,无法量化钢筋混凝土住宅建筑可能遭受的地震破坏,因此将普通钢筋混凝土住宅分为不同的建筑类别,生成了对应的地震易损性分析曲线。本文的主要研究内容和结论如下:(1)根据研究人员的实地调查,根据区域划分不同的建筑等级(A-C)。按照高度分为三种类别:每一区域类别分为三层、五层和七层建筑(即A-C)。此外,还考虑了竖向局部不规则性(如阳台)对建筑物地震易损性的影响,共分析了18座具有代表性的建筑。(2)建立了18座代表性建筑的有限元模型。利用ETABS v17软件对这些结构进行非线性静力(推覆)分析,得到各建筑等级的承载力曲线。(3)确定了四种损伤极限状态:轻度、中度、重度和完全损伤。依据文献中的方程,基于各代表性建筑等级的双线性理想能力谱曲线,计算这些损伤极限状态。针对各个代表性的建筑等级,建立了基于对数正态累积分布函数的结构地震易损性曲线。本文得到的地震易损性曲线为量化也门钢筋混凝土住宅的地震破坏概率提供依据。

Cirrhotic cardiomyopathy:A cardiologist's perspective

Cardiac dysfunction is frequently observed in patients with cirrhosis, and has long been linked to the direct toxic effect of alcohol. Cirrhotic cardiomyopathy(CCM) has recently been identified as an entity regardless of the cirrhosis etiology. Increased cardiac output due to hyperdynamic circulation is a pathophysiological hallmark of the disease. The underlying mechanisms involved in pathogenesis of CCM are complex and involve various neurohumoral and cellular pathways, including the impaired β-receptor and calcium signaling, altered cardiomyocyte membrane physiology, elevated sympathetic nervous tone and increased activity of vasodilatory pathways predominantly through the actions of nitric oxide, carbon monoxide and endocannabinoids. The main clinical features of CCM include attenuated systolic contractility in response to physiologic or pharmacologic strain, diastolic dysfunction, electrical conductance abnormalities and chronotropic incompetence. Particularly the diastolic dysfunction with impaired ventricularrelaxation and ventricular filling is a prominent feature of *** underlying mechanism of diastolic dysfunction in cirrhosis is likely due to the increased myocardial wall stiffness caused by myocardial hypertrophy,fibrosis and subendothelial edema,subsequently resulting in high filling pressures of the left ventricle and ***,no specific treatment exists for *** liver transplantation is the only established effective therapy for patients with end-stage liver disease and associated cardiac *** transplantation has been shown to reverse systolic and diastolic dysfunction and the prolonged QT interval after ***,we review the pathophysiological basis and clinical features of cirrhotic cardiomyopathy,and discuss currently available limited therapeutic options.

缺乏可持续发展的思想,建筑业就不能取得发展。建筑业与国家的经济直接相关,同时,建筑行业的污染问题也日益严重,除了由于建筑运营造成的大量能源消耗外,项目生命周期中废弃物排放也是造成环境问题的一个原因。因此,建筑业的可持续发展变得十分紧迫（Xu et al.,2019）。近年来,人们对绿色建筑的关注逐渐增加,为了提高建筑项目的可持续性,世界各地开发了许多评估工具。但是,在石油资源丰富的阿拉伯海湾国家却没有得到相应的应用。基于这一问题,本研究旨在建立一个有效的框架,从生命周期的角度评估阿拉伯海湾地区的建设项目的可持续性。该地区由于人口和经济的增长带来了房地产行业的大幅增长,从而产生了更多的能源需求（Shaawat＆Jamil,2014）,但可持续的理念并未得到广泛使用。尽管当前有许多评估系统和办法,例如《建筑研究机构环境评估方法》（BREEAM）;能源和环境设计领导力（LEED）;海湾地区的全球可持续发展评估系统（GSAS）和Estidama Pearl（Banani et al.,2016）,但是由于这些评级系统的复杂性和实施难度,限制了它们的使用。同样,试图评估阿拉伯海湾建设项目可持续性的研究只是讨论海湾地区可持续性评估的一项研究,其方法仅仅依赖于与这三个系统的匹配。此外,沙漠环境在该地区的地理环境中占主导地位,这就是为什么阿拉伯海湾地区被认为是世界上最干旱的地区之一（al-Kaabi＆Mackey,2019）,因此,在阿拉伯海湾地区,建筑业必须拥有自己的可持续发展体系,该体系框架要符合可持续发展的原则和目标,同时与阿拉伯海湾地区的当地情况相一致。该框架将提高城市建设从业人员对可持续性概念的认识,帮助规划人员设计可持续的项目目标,促使承包商选择可持续的替代实施方案,并激励设施管理者可持续地运营设施。本研究的主要工作是提出“al-HAJJ”的海湾建设项目可持续性评估系统应用于阿拉伯海湾地区的建设项目可持续评估。本研究尝试根据专家的观点使用模糊层次分析法（FAHP）尽可能提高结果的准确度,这将使这项研究的研究成果对阿拉伯海湾地区的决策者来说具有重要的实践价值。本研究提出的al-HAJJ框架用于评估阿拉伯海湾地区建筑项目的可持续性,其中包括（24）初期,设计和施工阶段的经济,环境和社会指标,从而评价该建筑项目在该三个周期中是否可持续,以及在结束阶段该项目是否可持续。
