Described in this paper are the characteristics of tetrad effects of REE in rare-metal *** on the analytical data and experimental geochemical data available,it is pointed out that the tetrad effects of REE in the granites are produced in the metal-fluid *** fractional crystallization of granitic melt(containing REE accessary minerals)and its interaction with volatile-rich(F,Cl)fluid are the major factors leading to the tetrad effects of *** this,this paper presents a composite genetic model for high-degree fractional crystallization-volatile-rich fluid metasomatism of rare-metal *** the model,quantitative calculations have been ***,it is pointed out that the tetrad effects of REE can be used as an important indicator to distinguish mineralized granites from barren ones.

Serial changes in expression of functionally clustered genes in progression of liver fibrosis in hepatitis C patients

AIM: To investigate the relationship of changes in expression of marker genes in functional categories or molecular networks comprising one functional category or multiple categories in progression of hepatic fibrosis in hepatitis C (HCV) patients. METHODS: Marker genes were initially identified using DNA microarray data from a rat liver fibrosis model. The expression level of each fibrosis associated marker gene was analyzed using reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) in clinical biopsy specimens from HCV-positive patients (n = 61). Analysis of changes in expression patterns and interactions of marker genes in functional categories was used to assess the biological mechanism of fibrosis. RESULTS: The profile data showed several biological changes associated with progression of hepatic fibrosis. Clustered genes in functional categories showed sequential changes in expression. Several sets of clustered genes, including those related to the extracellular matrix (ECM), inflammation, lipid metabolism, steroid metabolism, and some transcription factors important for hepatic biology showed expression changes in the immediate early phase (F1/F2) of fibrosis. Genes associated with aromatic amino acid (AA) metabolism, sulfur-containing AA metabolism and insulin/ Wnt signaling showed expression changes in the middle phase (F2/F3), and some genes related to glucose metabolism showed altered expression in the late phase of fibrosis (F3/F4). Therefore, molecular networks showing serial changes in gene expression are present in liver fibrosis progression in hepatitis C patients. CONCLUSION: Analysis of gene expression profiles from a perspective of functional categories or molecular networks provides an understanding of disease and suggests new diagnostic methods. Selected marker genes have potential utility for biological identification of advanced fibrosis.

The Mixed No-Idle Flow-shop Scheduling Problem(MNIFSP)is an extension of flow-shop scheduling,which has practical significance and application prospects in production *** improve the efficacy of solving the complicated multiobjective MNIFSP,a MultiDirection Update(MDU)based Multiobjective Particle Swarm Optimization(MDU-MoPSO)is proposed in this *** the biobjective optimization problem of the MNIFSP with minimization of makespan and total processing time,the MDU strategy divides particles into three subgroups according to a hybrid selection *** subgroup prefers one convergence *** subgroups are individually close to the two edge areas of the Pareto Front(PF)and serve two objectives,whereas the other one approaches the central area of the PF,preferring the two objectives at the same *** MDU-MoPSO adopts a job sequence representation method and an exchange sequence-based particle update operation,which can better reflect the characteristics of sequence differences among *** MDU-MoPSO updates the particle in multiple directions and interacts in each direction,which speeds up the convergence while maintaining a good distribution *** experimental results and comparison of six classical evolutionary algorithms for various benchmark problems demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

采用NOBIAS chelate-PA1吸附剂固相萃取法分离高盐试样中的V、Fe、Cd、Co、Cu、Zn、U和Th等8种金属离子,并用等离子体原子发射光谱仪(ICP-AES)和等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)对被分析物进行了测定.条件实验表明,当样品溶液的pH在5～6时,各元素可以在树脂上达到定量回收;3mL浓度为3mol/L的硝酸可将吸附的离子洗脱完毕;元素浓度在0～1.0μg/mL的范围内可得到定量回收,曲线呈线性关系.树脂的吸附容量为2.5mmol(Cu)/g干树脂.该方法应用于聚变堆用氧化锂球和生物样品海带中V、Fe、Cd、Co、Cu、Zn、U和Th等8种微量元素的测定,结果可靠.

BACKGROUND Secondary sclerosing cholangitis,characterized by biliary obstruction,can be caused by drugs such as immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs).While there a few reports of sclerosing cholangitis after immune checkpoint inhibitor administration,no case has been reported after discontinuation of such *** SUMMARY A 68-year-old man who underwent chemotherapy for lung adenocarcinoma with bone metastasis presented with abdominal pain and fever 4 mo after the final administration of *** tomography revealed thickening of the gallbladder wall and dilatation of the common bile *** retrograde cholangiopancreatography revealed an irregularly narrowed intrahepatic bile *** of the bile duct demonstrated that CD8+T cells were predominant over CD4+T *** biopsy showed dominant infiltration of CD8+T in the portal tract,but onion-skin lesions were not *** patient was diagnosed with immune-related sclerosing cholangitis induced by *** of methylprednisolone and endoscopic nasobiliary drainage were performed,but the cholangiography and laboratory test findings did not *** further treatment was administered due to disease progression,and the patient was referred for palliative *** Immune-related sclerosing cholangitis may have a late onset,and such cases occurring after discontinuation of ICIs should be carefully managed.

Gene expression profiles of hepatic cell-type specific marker genes in progression of liver fibrosis

AIM: To determine the gene expression profile data for the whole liver during development of dimethylni-trosamine (DMN)-induced hepatic ***: Marker genes were identified for different types of hepatic cells, including hepatic stellate cells (HSCs), Kupffer cells (including other inflammatory cells), and hepatocytes, using independent temporal DNA microarray data obtained from isolated hepatic cells. RESULTS: The cell-type analysis of gene expression gave several key results and led to formation of three hypotheses: (1) changes in the expression of HSC-specific marker genes during fibrosis were similar to gene expression data in in vitro cultured HSCs, suggesting a major role of the self-activating characteristics of HSCs in formation of fibrosis; (2) expression of mast cell-specific marker genes reached a peak during liver fibrosis, suggesting a possible role of mast cells in formation of fibrosis; and (3) abnormal expression of hepatocyte-specific marker genes was found across several metabolic pathways during fibrosis, including sulfur-containing amino acid metabolism, fatty acid metabolism, and drug metabolism, suggesting a mechanistic relationship between these abnormalities and symptoms of liver fibrosis. CONCLUSION: Analysis of marker genes for specific hepatic cell types can identify the key aspects of fibro-genesis. Sequential activation of inflammatory cells and the self-supporting properties of HSCs play an important role in development of fibrosis.
