The Chinese ancient bronze black mirror'Hei-Qi-Gu'is famous for its black colour,bright surface and anti-corroding *** the present work,methods of SEM,IR,EPMA,Memhrane-XRD, and AFM were employed to detect the composition and structure of several pieces of Hei-Qi-Gu *** was found that after casting,the surface of the bronze mirror was treated by a special process,and most of Cu was moved away while Sn and Si were rich in the surface *** oxides SnO_2 and SiO_2 on the surface in a very small particle size are particularly stable and they protect the bronze alloy successfully. The surface layer and the transition layer have been dissected mainly,and some important informa- tion has been *** special treating process of the mirror surface is searched and discussed.

Dual Band MIMO Antenna Composed of Two Low Profile Unbalanced Fed Inverted L Antennas for Wireless Communications

A low profile dual-band multiple-input-multiple-output (MIMO) antenna system is proposed. The proposed MIMO antenna consists of two low profile unbalanced fed inverted L antennas with parasitic elements to resonate at 2.45 GHz and 5 GHz. The structure is uncomplicated by locating two ultra low profile inverted L antennas on the finite conducting plane. The proposed MIMO antenna is numerically and experimentally analyzed. When the size of conducting plane is 55 mm by 55 mm and the height of antenna is 9 mm, the directive gain of 4.11 dBi and the S11 bandwidth of 5.71% are achieved for lower frequency of 2.45 GHz. At the upper frequency of 5 GHz, the directive gain of 8.22 dBi and the S11 bandwidth of 6% are obtained. The proposed antenna has good diversity gain, shown by the correlation coefficient becomes less than 0.005 at the frequency of 2.45 GHz and 5 GHz band when the distance between inverted L elements is 41 mm. A good agreement between calculated and measured results is obtained. The results show that the weak mutual coupling of the proposed antenna and this feature enables it to cover the required bandwidths for WLAN operation at the 2.4 GHz band and 5 GHz band.

Efficacy of multislice computed tomography for gastroenteric and hepatic surgeries

AIM: To determine the efficacy of multislice CT for gastroenteric and hepatic ***: Dual-phase helical computed tomography was performed in 50 of 51 patients who underwent gastroenteric and hepatic surgeries. Twenty-eight, eighteen and four patients suffering from colorectal cancer, gastric cancer,and liver cancer respectively underwent colorectal surgery (laparoscopic surgery: 6 cases), gastrectomy, and hepatectomy. Three-dimensional computed tomography imaging of the inferior mesenteric artery, celiac artery and hepatic artery was performed. And in the follow-up examination of postoperative patients, multiplanar reconstruction image was made in case of ***: Scans in 50 patients were technically satisfactory and included in the analysis. Depiction of major visceral arteries, which were important for surgery and other treatments, could be done in all *** visualization of the left colic artery and sigmoidal arteries, the celiac artery and its branches, and hepatic artery was very useful to lymph node dissection,the planning of a reservoir and hepatectomy. And multiplanar reconstruction image was helpful to diagnosis for the postoperative follow-up of ***: Three-dimensional volume rendering or multiplanar reconstruction imaging performed by multislice computed tomography was very useful for gastroenteric and hepatic surgeries.

Based on consideration that physical macroscopic performance depends on its microcosmic structure, this study applied whiteness instrument, which is mainly used to test paper whiteness (R45?), to corrosion resistance test of tinplate for the first time. As a result, it is showed that most of tinplates can be distinguished according to whiteness criterion. In addition, this method can greatly shorten testing time, which is very important to adjust production process parameters of tinplate on line. Surface morphology of alloy layer was observed by SEM. Alloy-Tin Couple (ATC) value and whiteness of alloy layer were tested. The relationship among morphology, ATC value and whiteness is illustrated.
