Electronic waste(e-waste)and diabetes are global challenges to modern ***,solving these two challenges together has been challenging until ***,we propose a laser-induced transfer method to fabricate portable glucose sensors by recycling copper from *** bring up a laser-induced full-automatic fabrication method for synthesizing continuous heterogeneous Cu_(x)O(h-Cu_(x)O)nano-skeletons electrode for glucose sensing,offering rapid(licable to a wide range of Cu-containing *** this approach,h-Cu_(x)O nanoskeletons,with an inner core predominantly composed of Cu_(2)O with lower oxygen content,juxtaposed with an outer layer rich in amorphous Cu_(x)O(a-Cu_(x)O)with higher oxygen content,are derived from discarded printed circuit *** employed in glucose detection,the h-Cu_(x)O nano-skeletons undergo a structural evolution process,transitioning into rigid Cu_(2)O@CuO nano-skeletons prompted by electrochemical *** transformation yields exceptional glucose-sensing performance(sensitivity:9.893 mA mM^(-1) cm^(-2);detection limit:0.34μM),outperforming most previously reported glucose *** functional theory analysis elucidates that the heterogeneous structure facilitates gluconolactone *** glucose detection device has also been downsized to optimize its scalability and portability for convenient integration into people’s everyday lives.

The flexible perovskite light-emitting diodes(FPeLEDs),which can be expediently integrated to portable and wearable devices,have shown great potential in various *** FPeLEDs inherit the unique optical properties of metal halide perovskites,such as tunable bandgap,narrow emission linewidth,high photoluminescence quantum yield,and particularly,the soft nature of *** present,substantial efforts have been made for FPeLEDs with encouraging external quantum efficiency(EQE)of 24.5%.Herein,we summarize the recent progress in FPeLEDs,focusing on the strategy developed for perovskite emission layers and flexible electrodes to facilitate the optoelectrical and mechanical *** addition,we present relevant applications of FPeLEDs in displays and ***,perspective toward the future development and applications of flexible PeLEDs are also discussed.

Ferroptosis:a potential therapeutic target for stroke

Ferroptosis is a form of regulated cell death characterized by massive iron accumulation and iron-dependent lipid peroxidation,differing from apoptosis,necroptosis,and autophagy in several *** is regarded as a critical mechanism of a series of pathophysiological reactions after stroke because of iron overload caused by hemoglobin degradation and iron metabolism *** this review,we discuss ferroptosis-related metabolisms,important molecules directly or indirectly targeting iron metabolism and lipid peroxidation,and transcriptional regulation of ferroptosis,revealing the role of ferroptosis in the progression of *** present updated progress in the intervention of ferroptosis as therapeutic strategies for stroke in vivo and in vitro and summarize the effects of ferroptosis inhibitors on *** review facilitates further understanding of ferroptosis pathogenesis in stroke,proposes new targets for the treatment of stroke,and suggests that more efforts should be made to investigate the mechanism of ferroptosis in stroke.

Cereal is an essential source of calories and protein for the global *** predicting cereal quality before harvest is highly desirable in order to optimise management for farmers,grading harvest and categorised storage for enterprises,future trading prices,and policy *** use of remote sensing data with extensive spatial coverage demonstrates some potential in predicting crop quality *** studies have also proposed models and methods for predicting such traits based on multiplatform remote sensing *** this paper,the key quality traits that are of interest to producers and consumers are *** literature related to grain quality prediction was analyzed in detail,and a review was conducted on remote sensing platforms,commonly used methods,potential gaps,and future trends in crop quality *** review recommends new research directions that go beyond the traditional methods and discusses grain quality retrieval and the associated challenges from the perspective of remote sensing data.

Impact of a Nurse-Led Chronic Disease Management Intervention Model on Quality of Care and Satisfaction of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

Objective:To explore the impact of a nurse-led chronic disease management model on the quality of care and satisfaction of maintenance hemodialysis ***:72 patients who received maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)from June 2021 to March 2022 were selected to undergo the nurse-led chronic disease management *** hemodialysis indexes,nutritional status,and the occurrence of adverse events were assessed after 24 weeks of the intervention,and patients’satisfaction was investigated and ***:Comparing pre-intervention and after 24 weeks of intervention,urea reduction rate and urea clearance were improved but not statistically different(P>0.05),butβ2-microglobulin was significantly reduced compared with pre-intervention(P0.05),and the level of blood phosphorus decreased significantly compared with pre-intervention(Plications was significantly lower than before intervention(P0.05),and Self-Anxiety Scale scores were significantly lower and better than before intervention(Plized nurses is conducive to improving the psychological state and nutritional status of dialysis patients,enhancing the adequacy of dialysis for patients,reducing the incidence of related complications,and ultimately achieving the purpose of improving the quality of life of patients,which has significant clinical

[Objectives]To determine the biological safety of BT protein from Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)fermentation broth to mammals at high doses.[Methods]Healthy mice were randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 mice in each *** experimental groups were fed with Bt fermentation supernatant at 0.2,0.6 and 1.0 mL/kg,respectively,once a day for 7 consecutive *** blank control group was fed normally without intragastric administration.[Results]There was no significant difference in blood routine and blood biochemical analysis between the experimental group and the control *** intragastric administration,the mice were dissected,and no obvious pathological changes were found;the heart,liver,spleen,lung and kidney were taken to make tissue sections,and no pathological changes were found by microscopic observation.[Conclusions]Mice can tolerate high doses of BT protein from *** fermentation broth.

信息基础设施是城市群发展的重要支撑，其发展水平对城市群绩效具有重要影响，对城市群信息基础设施发展水平的时空差异及其对经济绩效差距的影响进行了实证研究。研究发现：(1)城市群信息基础设施建设水平显著提升，但信息基础设施应用水平趋向分化。(2)城市群间信息基础设施发展水平差距自2014年以后逐年缩小，建设水平差距显著缩小；但应用水平差距迅速扩大，且城市群内部差距扩大趋势更为明显。(3)信息基础设施建设水平差距通过积累效应和配置效应影响城市群绩效差距，缩小建设水平差距能够缓解城市群绩效差距。(4)信息基础设施应用水平差距对城市群绩效差距的影响具有异质性。从全国层面看，应用水平的不平衡会加剧城市群绩效差距。从区域层面看，在逃避竞争效应主导下，东部和中部的应用水平相对平衡能够缓解城市群绩效差距；在技术追赶效应下，东北和西部应用水平保持适当差距能够缩小城市群绩效差距。

连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯(GFRPP)复合材料杆集成了热塑性树脂可多次成型、环境友好、可回收利用和玻璃纤维高应变、低成本等优点,在混凝土结构领域,GFRPP复合材料有望替代钢筋和热固性纤维增强聚合物(FRP)筋成为新型热塑性复合材料。本文采用加速实验研究了模拟海水-海砂混凝土环境下GFRPP杆的水吸收及层间剪切性能长期演化规律与退化机制。研究结果表明:GFRPP杆吸水行为符合Fick定律,21℃、40℃和60℃浸泡温度下GFRPP杆的饱和吸水率分别为0.63%、0.78%和0.81%;经120天21℃、40℃和60℃模拟海水-海砂混凝土孔溶液浸泡后,GFRPP杆层间剪切强度保留率分别为80.5%、72.8%和66.5%。最后,结合SEM和FTIR表征技术,揭示模拟海水-海砂混凝土孔溶液浸泡下GFRPP杆性能退化机制。

Studies have found a U-shaped relationship between sleep duration and chronic kidney disease(CKD)risk,but limited research evaluated the association of reallocating excessive sleep to other behavior with *** included 104538 participants from the nationwide cohort of the Risk Evaluation of Cancers in Chinese Diabetic Individuals:A Longitudinal Study,with self-reported time of daily-life *** isotemporal substitution models,we found that substituting 1 h of sleeping with sitting,walking,or moderate-to-vigorous physical activity was associated with a lower CKD ***-time physical activity displacement was associated with a greater prevalence reduction than occupational physical activity in working *** stratified analysis,a lower CKD prevalence related to substitution toward physical activity was found in long *** pronounced correlations were observed in long sleepers with diabetes than in those with prediabetes,and they benefited from other behavior substitutions toward a more active *** U-shaped association between sleep duration and CKD prevalence implied the potential effects of insufficient and excessive sleep on the kidneys,in which the pernicious link with oversleep could be reversed by time reallocation to physical *** divergence in the predicted effect on CKD following time reallocation to behavior of different domains and intensities and in subpopulations with diverse metabolic statuses underlined the importance of optimizing sleeping patterns and adjusting integral behavioral composition.

碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)与钢材相比具有轻质高强、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、蠕变小及温度敏感性低等优势,可替代传统钢索用于桥梁结构以提升桥梁跨度及服役寿命。但是,由于CFRP为正交各向异性材料,导致CFRP索难以锚固。为此,提出了一种变刚度黏结剂与弯折索体结合的锚固系统,通过理论分析、有限元模拟及试验验证等方法研究了锚固系统的承载性能。结果表明:相比于传统的CFRP平行索锚系统,弯折索锚系统可明显提高锚固承载力及降低索锚滑移量,变刚度黏结介质可明显降低锚具加载端应力集中现象,避免拉索的局部断裂;当CFRP拉索(19根筋)弯折角为4°,黏结材料弹性模量范围为8~18 GPa时,锚固效率达96%,拉索所受压应力和剪应力峰值分别降低约48%和64%。
