The existence of a trans-boundary population of the snow leopard(panthera uncia)that inhabits the massifs of Tsagaanshuvuut(Mongolia)-Tsagan-Shibetu(Russia)was determined through non-invasive genetic analysis of scat samples and by studying the structure of territory use by a collared female *** genetic analysis included species identification of samples through sequencing of a fragment of the cytochrome b gene and individual identification using a panel of 8 *** home range of a female snow leopard marked with a satellite Global positioning System(GpS)collar was represented by the minimum convex polygon method(MCp)100,the MCp 95 method and the fixed kernel 95 *** results revealed insignificant genetic differentiation between snow leopards that inhabit both massifs(minimal fixation index[FST]),and the data testify to the unity of the cross-border ***,5 common individuals were identified from Mongolian and Russian *** finding clearly shows that their home range includes territories of both *** addition,regular movement of a collared snow leopard in Mongolia and Russia confirmed the existence of a cross-border snow leopard *** data support that trans-boundary conservation is important for snow leopards in both *** conclude that it is crucial for Russia to study the northern range of snow leopards in Asia.

Finite dimensional modules over Weft algebras are investigated and corresponding gauge bundle functors, from the category of vector bundles into the category of fibered manifolds, are determined. The equivalence of the two definitions of gauge Well functors is proved and a number of geometric examples is presented, including a new description of vertical Well bundles.

A new prescribed-time state-feedback design is presented for stochastic nonlinear strictfeedback *** from the existing stochastic prescribed-time design where scaling-free quartic Lyapunov functions or scaled quadratic Lyapunov functions are used,the design is based on new scaled quartic Lyapunov *** designed controller can ensure that the plant has an almost surely unique strong solution and the equilibrium at the origin of the plant is prescribed-time mean-square *** that,the authors redesign the controller to solve the prescribed-time inverse optimal mean-square stabilization *** merit of the design is that the order of the scaling function in the controller is reduced dramatically,which effectively reduces the control *** simulation examples are given to illustrate the designs.

SATI algorithm - the calculation of stress aligned HTI stiffness tensor for sandstone reservoir from wireline data

I present an algorithm that uses cross-dipole wireline data only in order to estimate the HTI stiffness tensor for sandstone formations under in-situ asymmetric lateral (azimuthal) stress *** algorithm is based on the generalization of terms "excess compliance" and "fracture weakness" developed within the linear slip interface theory for fractured rocks and is applied here to describe the effect of grain contacts in loose sandstones.I introduce the term "plane of weakness" being oriented (aligned) orthogonal to theminimal horizontal principal stress direction in order to describe the overall effective weakness of sandstone caused by the different principal *** the quantification of this phenomenon I use the anisotropic Gassmann *** a result I am able to calculate a HTI stiffness tensor for the interval length of a saturated sandstone formation and the respective Thomsen's *** input data required for these calculations have to be provided by wireline logging and will consist of porosity,density,p-wave velocity,fast and slow shear wave velocities and oil-water saturation *** algorithm in its current form is applicable to sandstone reservoirs *** limitation is based on two assumptions,which state that all the measured anisotropy is induced by the present stress in sandstone and that the unstressed sandstone would be nearly *** a technical viewpoint this algorithm can be implemented fairly easily in data acquisition and interpretation software relying on correct estimation of anisotropy *** is also cheap because it does not require any additional measurements apart from the cross-dipole logging.

The field of mobility prediction has been widely investigated in the recent past,especially the reduction of the coverage radius of cellular networks,which led to an increase in hand-over *** the cell coverage very frequently,for example,may lead to service disruptions if a predictive approach is not deployed in the *** several works examined mobility prediction in the new-generation mobile networks,all of these studies focused on studying the time features of mobility traces,and the spectral content of historical mobility patterns was not considered for prediction purposes as *** the present study,we propose a new approach to mobility prediction by analyzing the effects of a proper mobility sampling *** proposed approach lies in the mobility analysis in the frequency domain,to extract hidden features of the mobility ***,we proposed a new methodology to determine the spectral content of mobility traces(considered as signals)and,thus,the appropriate sampling frequency,which can provide numerous *** considered several types of mobility models(***,urban,and vehicular),containing important details in the time and frequency *** simulation campaigns were performed to observe and analyze the characteristics of mobility from real traces and to evaluate the effects of sampling frequency on the spectral content.

Higher Laplace–Beltrami Operators on Bounded Symmetric Domains

It was conjectured by the first author and peetre that the higher Laplace-Beltrami opera- tors generate the whole ring of invariant operators on bounded symmetric domains. We give a proof of the conjecture for domains of rank 〈 6 by using a graph manipulation of Kahler curvature tensor. We also compute higher order terms in the asymptotic expansions of the Bergman kernels and the Berezin transform on bounded symmetric domain.

Analysis of the instability growth rate during the jet-background interaction in a magnetic field

The two-stream instability is common, responsible for many observed phe- nomena in nature, especially the interaction of jets of various origins with the back- ground plasma （e.g. extragalactic jet interacting with the cosmic background）. The dispersion relation that does not consider magnetic fields is described by the well- known Buneman relation. In 2011, Bohata, Bren and Kulhanek derived the relation for the two-stream instability without the cold limit, with the general orientation of a magnetic field, and arbitrary stream directions. The maximum value of the imaginary part of the individual dispersion branches ωn（k） is of interest from a physical point of view. It represents the instability growth rate which is responsible for the onset of turbulence mode and subsequent reconnection on the scale of the ion radius accom- panied by a strong plasma thermalization. The paper presented here is focused on the non-relativistic instability growth rate and its dependence on various input parameters, such as magnitude and direction of magnetic field, sound velocity, plasma frequency of the jet and direction of the wave vector during the jet - intergalactic medium in- teraction. The results are presented in plots and can be used for determination of the plasma parameter values close to which the strong energy transfer and thermalization between the jet and the background plasma occur.

In order to improve the physical Layer Security(pLS)perspective,this paper aims to empower function of pLS by considering a backhaul Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access(NOMA)system in two practical *** the proposed schemes,the untrusted user intercepts information transmitted to the far user,or the external eavesdropper overhears confidential information sent to the far user in the context of NOMA *** the conventional NOMA systems,this paper emphasizes the actual situations of the existence of actual illegal users and legitimate users,especially the reasonable use of relay selection architecture to improve the confidentiality *** evaluate the security properties of the proposed scheme,a comprehensive analysis of the Security Outage probability(SOp)performance is first performed,and then the corresponding SOp asymptotic expressions are derived for real scenarios related to eavesdroppers and untrusted *** results are performed to verify the analysis in terms of the secure performance metric.

penile prosthesis implantation and tunica albuginea incision without grafting in the treatment of peyronie＇s disease with erectile dysfunction

We evaluated penile prosthesis implantation with tunica albuginea-relaxing incisions without grafting in the treatment of peyronie＇s disease associated with erectile dysfunction. Between April 2005 and June 2011, 62 patients underwent surgery due to severe peyronie＇s disease associated with erectile dysfunction. Malleable and inflatable penile prostheses were inserted in 49 and 13 cases, respectively. penile prostheses were inserted into the corpora cavernosa using the standard ventral approach. After lifting the neurovascular bundle, the tunica albuginea was incised and opened at the plaque region to correct the deformities and to lengthen the penis. Subsequently, the wide neurovascular bundle was replaced, and all incisions of the tunica albuginea were covered to prevent corporal grafting. In the median follow-up of 35 months （range 14-82 months）, the penis was completely straightened in 59 （95%） patients. Numbness of the glans, which the patients found initially upsetting, decreased or disappeared spontaneously 3-6 months later. penile prosthesis implantation with tunica albuginea incisions is a viable alternative in the treatment of peyronie＇s disease because the extensive dissection of the neurovascular bundle allows a good approach to the plaque and provides excellent covering of the incised tunica albuginea without additional grafting.
