Fecal microbiota transplantation(FMT)has emerged as an effective treatment for recurrent Clostridioides difficile infection(CDI)and is recommended as a standard of care(1).Since the first randomized clinical trial published in 2013,there has been an exponential rise in the number of FMTs being performed(2).However,access to FMT varies according to location and type of healthcare establishment and is complicated by the regulatory issues surrounding its use(3,4).Storing and banking stool may be an accessible and economical option for patients requiring FMT,considering the costs associated with donor screening,stool processing and storage by individual providers(5).

Zinc oxide was synthesized from zinc sulphate using different reducing agents under microwave irradia- tion. The influence of sodium borohydride, hydrazine hydrate and urea on the shape and size of the products were investigated by scanning electron microscopy （SEM） and X-ray diffraction （XRD）. SEM showed the nano-sized spherical and rectangular shaped structures in case of sodium borohydride and hydrazine hydrate, whereas micro-sized hexagonal structures were formed in case of urea under the same irradiation power. The reducing agents played an important role in forming the various structures. Thus different shapes and size of structures were produced by only varying the reducing agent, which had wide applications in various fields.

A study was conducted in Madhupur sal forest of Tangail, Bangladesh to identify the suitable agroforestry practices of the area. Considering the ecological aspects of different agroforestry practices 10 sample plots （10 m× 10 m） from each land uses were taken, including natural forest to get a comparative scenario. The study showed that among the different agroforestry practices, Margalef and Shannon- Weiner index values are the maximum for pineapple agroforestry and lower for banana agroforestry, and Evenness index value is the maximum for lemon agroforestry. Determination of tree biomass in different land uses revealed that it is highest （3 078.6 kg/100 m^2） in natural forest followed by pineapple agroforestry, lemon agroforestry and banana agroforestry. Soil pH, moisture content, organic matter, organic carbon, phosphorus and total nitrogen showed statistically significant variation while bulk density, particle density, sulphur and potassium did not show any statistically significant variation among the land uses. Soil fertility status showed that pineapple agroforestry is more fertile than rest of other land uses. The Net Present Value （NPV） indicated that banana agroforestry is financially more profitable than other two systems, while the Benefit- Cost ratio （BCR） is higher in pineapple agroforestry （4.21 in participatory agroforestry and 3.35 in privately managed land）. Even though banana agroforestry gives higher NPV, capital required for this practice is much higher. The findings suggest that pineapple agroforestry has a tendency towards becoming ecologically and economically more sound than other two practices as it has better ecological attributes and required comparatively low investment.

Alumina nanoparticles （A1NP） were synthe- sized from aluminium nitrate using extracts of tea, coffee and triphala--a well known herbal plant as well as a non- toxic and eco--friendly green material. The synthesis was carried out taking 1：4 ratio of metal salt and these extracts under microwave irradiations at 540 W, which gave better yield of nanoparticles. Water was taken as solvent medium. The formations of A1NP were initially monitored by the colour changes occurring in the reaction mixture during the incubation period. As synthesized nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscope （SEM）, UV-Visible （UV-Vis） spectroscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy （FTIR）. The A1NP were found to be spherical in shape in case of tea and coffee extracts with a size of 50-200 nm and to be oval shaped in case of triphala extract with an average size of 200-400 nm. The formation of A1NP with the microwave-assistance using these plant extracts has proved to be very faster than any other methods. In addition, excellent reproducibility of these nanoparticles, without the use of any additional capping agent or stabilizer will have great advantages in compari- son with microbial synthesis, avoiding all the tedious and hygienic complications.

In this paper,time-fractional Sharma-Tasso-Olver(STO)equation has been solved numerically through the Petrov-Galerkin approach utilizing a quintic B-spline function as the test function and a linear hat function as the trial *** Petrov-Galerkin technique is effectively implemented to the fractional STO equation for acquiring the approximate solution *** numerical outcomes are observed in adequate compatibility with those obtained from variational iteration method(VIM)and exact *** fractional order,the numerical outcomes of fractional Sharma-Tasso-Olver equations are also compared with those obtained by variational iteration method(VIM)in Song et al.[Song L.,Wang Q.,Zhang H.,Rational approximation solution of the fractional Sharma-Tasso-Olver equation,***.224:210-218,2009].Numerical experiments exhibit the accuracy and efficiency of the approach in order to solve nonlinear fractional STO equation.

In this paper, numerical solutions of the stochastic Fisher equation have been obtained by using a semi-implicit finite difference scheme. The samples for the Wiener process have been obtained from cylindrical Wiener process and Q-Wiener process. Stability and convergence of the proposed finite difference scheme have been discussed scrupulously. The sample paths obtained from cylindrical Wiener process and Q-Wiener process have also been shown graphically.

Prospects of gluino searches in multi-lepton channels in light of the ongoing LHC RUN-Ⅲ

This study investigates the prospect of discovering strongly interacting gluinos in different multi-lepton channels with lepton multiplicities greater than or equal to 2 at LHC RUN-Ⅲ,considering several pMSSM *** effectiveness of the multivariate analysis(MVA) method with the boosted decision tree(BDT) algorithm is explored to obtain a better significance for different *** results are obtained for the 3-lepton channels,indicating that the use of MVA methods can improve the sensitivity of the search for gluinos at LHC RUN-Ⅲ.The study probes the multi-lepton signatures arising from gluinos via intermediate eweakinos and sleptons at an early stage of the LHC RUN-Ⅲ.The heavier eweakinos can give rise to three or four lepton signals,in which the squark hierarchy between the L and R types plays a crucial *** study considers two sets of benchmark points that satisfy all the collider constraints obtained from the LHC RUN-Ⅱ ***,these sets of benchmark points are mostly consistent with WMAP/PLANCK data and the muon(g-2) *** corresponding results from the MVA technique demonstrate that,even for an integrated luminosity of 270 fb-1,the 5 σ discovery prospect of3l+jets+ETfor Mg=1.8 TeV in the wino type model is *** study also presents various other models that may emerge at the early stage of LHC RUN-Ⅲ.Wino type models in the scenario where left squarks are light and right squarks are heavy exhibit the best prospect of discovering gluinos in multi-lepton channels in the LHC RUN-Ⅲ *** findings of this study provide crucial insights into the potential discovery of gluinos in multi-lepton channels.

Gully erosion is one of the important problems creating barrier to agricultural *** present research used the radial basis function neural network(RBFnn)and its ensemble with random sub-space(RSS)and rotation forest(RTF)ensemble Meta classifiers for the spatial mapping of gully erosion susceptibility(GES)in Hinglo river basin.120 gullies were marked and grouped into four-fold.A total of 23 factors including topographical,hydrological,lithological,and soil physio-chemical properties were effectively *** maps were built by RBFnn,RSS-RBFnn,and RTF-RBFnn *** very high susceptibility zone of RBFnn,RTF-RBFnn and RSS-RBFnn models covered 6.75%,6.72%and 6.57%in Fold-1,6.21%,6.10%and 6.09%in Fold-2,6.26%,6.13%and 6.05%in Fold-3 and 7%,6.975%and 6.42%in Fold-4 of the *** operating characteristics(ROC)curve and statistical techniques such as mean-absolute-error(MAE),root-mean-absolute-error(RMSE)and relative gully density area(R-index)methods were used for evaluating the GES *** results of the ROC,MAE,RMSE and R-index methods showed that the models of susceptibility to gully erosion have excellent predictive *** simulation results based on machine learning are satisfactory and outstanding and could be used to forecast the areas vulnerable to gully erosion.
