Nature inspired optimization algorithms have made substantial step towards solving of various engineering and scientific real-life *** achieved for those evolution-ary optimization techniques are due to simplicity and flexibility of algorithm *** this paper,optimal set of filter coefficients are searched by the evolutionary optimiza-tion technique called opposition-based Differential Evolution(oDE)for solving infinite impulse response(IIR)system identification ***-based numbering con-cept is embedded into the primary foundation of Differential Evolution(DE)technique metaphorically to enhance the convergence speed and the performance for finding the optimal *** population is generated with the evaluation of a solution and its opposite solution by fitness function for choosing potent solutions for each iteration *** this competent population,faster convergence speed and better solution quality are *** and balanced search in multidimensional problem space is accomplished with judiciously chosen control parameters for mutation,crossover and selection adopted in the basic DE *** tested against standard benchmark examples,for same order and reduced order models,the simulation results establish the oDE as a competent candidate to others in terms of accuracy and convergence speed.

Vibrio harveyi is a Gram-negative,rod-shaped,polar flagellate,facultatively anaerobic,halophilic,bioluminescent marine bacteria that belongs to the family of Vibrionaceae,class,*** pathogenic organism is responsible for various diseases of vertebrates and invertebrates in marine habitats,including shrimp *** symptoms like lesions,gastroenteritis,skin ulcers,eye lesions,and tail rot have been observed due to *** *** pathogenic-ity mechanism of *** involves endotoxin lipopolysaccharide,extracellular proteases,and bacteriophage *** genes encoded extracellular hemolysin-like phospholipase B toxin could inactivate fish species via the caspase inactivation pathway,ultimately leading to *** addition,VBNC(viable but nonculturable)cells are another basis of vibriosis outbreaks in the shrimp aquaculture *** extensive amount of antibiotic use promotes the generation of multidrug-resistant ***,as an alternative strategy to combat *** infection,bacteriophages are utilized as a biocontrol ***,there is a lack of research on the immobilization and development of encapsulation strategies of ***-infecting bacteriophages which need to be studied *** conclusion,the pathogenicity of *** and its biocontrol by bacteriophages has been documented in this review.

Meckel–Gruber syndrome(MGS)is a rare lethal congenital malformation affecting 1 in 13,250–140,000 live *** classical diagnostic triad comprises multicystic dysplastic kidneys,occipital encephalocele,and postaxial *** can variably be associated with other malformations such as cleft lip and palate,pulmonary hypoplasia,hepatic fibrosis,and anomalies of central nervous system.A 20 weeks fetus was diagnosed as MGS with classical features along with many other congenital abnormalities such as microcephaly,microphthalmia,hypertelorism,cleft lip and palate,neonatal teeth,and the right side club foot which were detected only after doing *** case is reported because of its rarity emphasizing the importance of neonatal autopsy in every case of fetal death,especially where the antenatal diagnosis has not been made previously.A systematic approach to accurate diagnosis of MGS based on autopsy will be described here which can allow recurrence risk counseling and proper management in future pregnancies.

Analysis of curcumin interaction with human serum albumin using spectroscopic studies with molecular simulation

BACKGRoUND： Curcumin has emerged to be utilized as a superb beneficial agent, due to its naturally occurring anti-oxidant, anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic property. METHoDS： The interaction of curcumin with human serum albumin, the main in vivo transporter of exogenous substances, was investigated using absorption spectroscopy, steady-state fluorescence, excited state life-time studies and circular dichroism ***：Isothermal titration calorimetry techniques inferred one class of binding site with binding constant -1.74 × 10^5 M ^-1 revealing a strong interaction. The binding profile was analyzed through the evaluation of the thermodynamic parameters, which indicated the involvement of hydrophobic interactions （burial of non-polar group）. Fluorescence lifetime of tryptophan residue was observed to decrease to 1.94 ns from 2.84 ns in presence of Curcumin. Percentage of ct helicity of human serum albumin was also reduced significantly upon binding with curcumin as evidenced by circular dichroism measurement leading to conformational modification of the protein molecule. CoNCLUSIoNS： on the basis of such complementary results, it may be concluded that curcumin shows strong binding affinity for human serum albumin, probably at the hydrophobic cavities of the protein and at or around the tryptophan residue. Molecular Docking analysis of liSA and curcumin provided light on the number of binding sites at an atomic level, which were already determined at a molecular level in spectroscopic measurements. our study unfolds the modes of interaction of curcumin with human serum albumin in the light of different biophysical techniques and molecular modeling analysis.

A single-valued neutrosophic(SVN) set is a powerful general formal framework that generalizes the concept of fuzzy set and intuitionistic fuzzy set. In SVN set, indeterminacy is quantified explicitly, and truth membership, indeterminacy membership, and falsity membership are independent. In this paper, we apply the notion of SVN sets to Lie algebras. We develop the concepts of SVN Lie subalgebras and SVN Lie ideals. We describe some interesting results of SVN Lie ideals.

objective:To observe the biochemical characters and antibiotic susceptibility of isolated Staphylococcia aureus(***) strains against some conventional and traditional antibiotics. Methods:Thirty post operative pathogenic isolated *** strains were used in this study. Bacterial culture was done in Mueller-Hinton broth at 37 ℃.Characters of these strains were determined by traditional biochemical tests such as hydrolysis test of gelatin,urea,galactose, starch and protein,and fermentation of lactose and *** susceptibility were carried out by minimum inhibilory concentration test,minium bactericidal concentration test,disc agar diffusion test and brain heart infusion oxacillin screening ***:Prom this study,it was observed that 100%*** isolates showed positive results in gelatin,urea and galactose hydrolysis test.50%isolates were positive in starch hydrolysis test,35%in protein hydrolysis test. 100%isolates in lactose fermenting test,but no isolate was positive in sucrose fermenting test. Antibiotic susceptibility testing suggested that 20%of isolates were resistant to kanamycin and 46.67%were resistant to ***:These findings show that all these isolates have gelatin,urea,galactose hydrolysis and lactose fermenting activity.20%of these isolates were resistant to kanamvcin and 46.67%were resistant to oxacillin.

BACKGRoUND Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)is proven to be safe in treating various neurological conditions in children and *** is also an effective method in the treatment of oCD in *** To assess the safety and efficacy of tDCS as an add-on therapy in drug-naive adolescents with *** We studied drug-naïve adolescents with oCD,using a Children’s Yale-Brown obsessive-compulsive scale(CY-BoCS)scale to assess their *** active and sham groups were given fluoxetine,and we applied cathode and anode over the supplementary motor area and deltoid for 20 min in 10 *** occurred at 2,6,and 12 wk using *** Eighteen adolescents completed the study(10-active,8-sham group).CY-BoCS scores from baseline to 12 wk reduced significantly in both groups but change at baseline to 2 wk was significant in the active group *** mean change at 2 wk was more in the active group(11.8±7.77 vs 5.25±2.22,P=0.056).Adverse effects between the groups were *** tDCS is safe and well tolerated for the treatment of oCD in ***,there is a need for further studies with a larger sample population to confirm the effectiveness of tDCS as early augmentation in oCD in this population.

Enhanced CH4 yield by photocatalytic Co2 reduction using Tio2 nanotube arrays grafted with Au, Ru, and ZnPd nanoparticles

Metal nanoparticle （NP） co-catalysts on metal oxide semiconductor supports are attracting attention as photocatalysts for a variety of chemical reactions. Related efforts seek to make and use Pt-free catalysts. In this regard, we report here enhanced CH4 formation rates of 25 and 60 μmol·g^-1·h^-1 by photocatalytic Co2 reduction using hitherto unused ZnPd NPs as well as Au and Ru NPs. The NPs are formed by colloidal synthesis and grafted onto short n-type anatase Tio2 nanotube arrays （TNAs）, grown anodically on transparent glass substrates. The interfacial electric fields in the NP-grafted Tio2 nanotubes were probed by ultraviolet photoelectron spectroscopy （UPS）. Au NP-grafted Tio2 nanotubes （Au-TNAs） showed no band bending, but a depletion region was detected in Ru NP-grafted TNAs （Ru-TNAs） and an accumulation layer was observed in ZnPd NP-grafted TNAs （ZnPd-TNAs）. Temperature programmed desorption （TPD） experiments showed significantly greater Co2 adsorption on NP-grafted TNAs. TNAs with grafted NPs exhibit broader and more intense UV-visible absorption bands than bare TNAs. We found that Co2 photoreduction by nanoparticle-grafted TNAs was driven not only by ultraviolet photons with energies greater than the Tio2 band gap, but also by blue photons close to and below the anatase band edge. The enhanced rate of Co2 reduction is attributed to superior use of blue photons in the solar spectrum, excellent reactant adsorption, efficient charge transfer to adsorbates, and low recombination losses.
