Sulfur dioxide（SO_2） pollution in the atmospheric environment causes brain inflammatory insult and inflammatory-related microvasculature ***,there are currently no effective medications targeting the harmful outcomes from chemical ***（eCBs） are involved in neuronal protection against inflammation-induced neuronal *** 2-arachidonoylglycerol（2-AG）,the most abundant eCBs and a full agonist for cannabinoid receptors（CB1 and CB2）,is also capable of suppressing proinflammatory stimuli and improving microvasculature ***,we indicated that endogenous 2-AG protected against neuroinflammation in response to SO_2 inhalation by inhibiting the activation of microglia and astrocytes and attenuating the overexpression of inflammatory cytokines,including tumor necrosis factor alpha（TNF-a）,interleukin（IL）-1β,and inducible nitric oxide synthase（iNOS）.In addition,endogenous 2-AG prevented cerebral vasculature dysfunction following SO_2 inhalation by inhibiting endothelin 1（ET-1）,vascular cell adhesion molecule-1（VCAM-1） and intercellular adhesion molecule 1（ICAM-1） expression,elevating endothelial nitric oxide synthase（eNOS） level,and restoring the imbalance between thromboxane A2（TXA2） and prostaglandin 12（PGI2）.In addition,the action of endogenous 2-AG on the suppression of inflammatory insult and inflammatory-related microvasculature dysfunction appeared to be mainly mediated by CB1 and CB2 *** results provided a mechanistic basis for the development of new therapeutic approaches for protecting brain injuries from SO_2 inhalation.

Background The Study for Monitoring Antimicrobial Resistance Trends program monitors the activity of antibiotics against aerobic and facultative Gram-negative bacilli （GNBs） from intra-abdominal infections （IAIs） in patients *** In 2011,1 929 aerobic and facultative GNBs from 21 hospitals in 16 cities in China were *** isolates were tested using a panel of 12 antimicrobial agents,and susceptibility was determined following the Clinical Laboratory Standards Institute *** Among the Gram-negative pathogens causing IAIs,Escherichia coli （47.3％） was the most commonly isolated,followed by Klebsiella pneumoniae （17.2％）,Pseudomonas aeruginosa （10.1％）,and Acinetobacter baumannii （8.3％）.Enterobacteriaceae comprised 78.8％（1521/1929） of the total *** the antimicrobial agents tested,ertapenem and imipenem were the most active agents against Enterobacteriaceae,with susceptibility rates of 95.1％ and 94.4％,followed by amikacin （93.9％） and piperacillin/tazobactam （87.7％）.Susceptibility rates of ceftriaxone,cefotaxime,ceftazidime,and cefepime against Enterobacteriaceae were 38.3％,38.3％,61.1％,and 50.8％,*** leastactive agent against Enterobacteriaceae was ampicillin/sulbactam （25.9％）.The extended-spectrum β-lactamase （ESBL） rates among ***,***,Klebsiella oxytoca,and Proteus mirabilis were 68.8％,38.1％,41.2％,and 57.7％,*** Enterobacteriaceae were the major pathogens causing IAIs,and the most active agents against the study isolates （including those producing ESBLs） were ertapenem,imipenem,and *** the carbapenems,most agents exhibited reduced susceptibility against ESBL-positive and multidrug-resistant isolates.

Earlier, we reported that ST239 was the15-year predominant methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) clone in China. In this study, MRSA strain CN79 belonging to ST239 and isolated from blood was used to determine the whole genome sequence. Comparative genomics analysis was done between MRSA CN79and 25 sequenced S. aureus in the NCBI GenBank database. A total of 2,734 protein-encoding genes were identified in the MRSA CN79 genome, which carries 11antibiotic resistance genes and 65 virulence genes. Two prophages phiCN79A and phiNM3-like were found on the MRSA CN79 genome. MRSA CN79 carries 30 specific genes that are absent from the 25 sequenced S. aureus genomes. Most of them were prophage-related *** antibiotic resistance genes, such as b-lactamase and ABC-type multidrug transport system gene, were located on the genomic island mSab. The antibiotic resistance genes, such as tet(M), ermA1, and blaZ, were also located on different transposons. The virulence genes sea,map, hlb, and sak are located on phiNM3-like prophage and the exotoxin genes are carried on the genomic island mSaa. These results suggest that ST239 MRSA strains are widespread owing to horizontal acquisition of the mobile genetic elements harbored antibiotic resistance genes and virulence genes in response to environmental selective pressures, such as antibiotics and the human immune system during evolution.

High-density polyethylene(HDPE)pipes have gradually become the first choice for gas networks because of their excellent *** the use of pipes increases,there will unavoidably be a significant amount of waste generated when the pipes cease their operation life,which,if improperly handled,might result in major environmental contamination *** this study,the thermal degradation of polyethylene materials is simulated for different pressures(10,50,100,and 150 MPa)and temperatures(2300,2500,2700,and 2900 K)in the framework of Reactive Force Field(ReaxFF)molecular dynamics *** main gas products,density,energy,and the mean square displacement with temperature and pressure are also *** findings indicate that raising the temperature leads to an increase in the production of gas products,while changing the pressure has an impact on the direction in which the products are generated;the faster the temperature drops,the less dense the air;both temperature and pressure increase impact the system’s energy conversion or distribution mechanism,changing the system’s potential energy as well as its total energy;the rate at which molecules diffuse increases with temperature,and decreases with *** results of this investigation provide a theoretical basis for the development of the pyrolytic treatment of polyethylene waste materials.

Energy status is linked to the production of reactive oxygen species（ROS） in macrophages, which is elevated in obesity. However, it is unclear how ROS production is upregulated in macrophages in response to energy overload for mediating the development of obesity. Here,we show that the Rab-GTPase activating protein（Rab GAP） TBC1D1, a substrate of the energy sensor AMP-activated protein kinase（AMPK）,is a critical regulator of macrophage ROS production and consequent adipose inflammation for obesity development. TBC1D1 deletion decreases, whereas an energy overload-mimetic non-phosphorylatable TBC1D1S231AAmutation increases, ROS production and M1-like polarization in macrophages. Mechanistically, TBC1D1 and its downstream target Rab8a form an energy-responsive complex with NOX2 for ROS generation. Transplantation of TBC1D1S231Abone marrow aggravates diet-induced obesity whereas treatment with an ultra-stable Tt SOD for removal of ROS selectively in macrophages alleviates both TBC1D1S231Amutation-and diet-induced obesity. Our findings therefore have implications for drug discovery to combat obesity.

电动汽车不同的充放电控制与利用策略对电网负荷曲线产生不同的影响,从而影响到峰谷分时电价政策的制定与实施。提出计及电动汽车入网的电价联动模型。首先,应用蒙特卡洛模拟法模拟一定数量电动汽车充放电功率曲线;然后,供电侧基于用户需求响应调整销售侧峰谷分时电价,以优化用户负荷曲线;最后,将用户响应后的用户负荷曲线与电动汽车充放电功率曲线叠加得到新的电网负荷曲线,在此基础上,调整发电侧峰谷上网电价,以平衡用户侧削峰填谷及电动汽车入网给发、供电侧带来的效益。结合实际数据,设置3种电动汽车入网方式和2种充放电电价模式对模型进行仿真,结果验证了模型的有效性。

提出化学指纹图谱相似性测度概念 ,并以峰数弹性、峰比例同态性和峰面积同态性为评价指标 ,用于多角度评价化学指纹图谱相似性测度优劣 ,根据这些评价指标 ,用计算机仿真方法研究比较了 6种相似性测度 ,结果表明夹角余弦测度用于度量指纹图谱间谱峰比例的波动较适宜 ,峰匹配测度可较灵敏地检测小峰个数波动 ,而欧氏距离测度则具有较好的综合评价能力 .最后 ,采用实测的参麦注射液色谱分析谱图 ,研究考察了上述计算机仿真实验结果 ,证明仿真结果符合实际情况 ,这表明本研究方法可用于评价化学指纹图谱相似性测度 .

通过将变尺度小波分解滤噪与特征信息提取相结合,提出一类新的多元光度分析算法-小波基主成分回归(PCRW)方法.该法可有效地减小主成分向量残留噪声所引起的误差,显著提高多元校正准确性.将其用于分析氯霉素、醋酸地塞米松、尼泊金乙脂体系,得到满意的回收率,与PCR法相比,分析结果的总平均相对误差从3.38%降低到0.83%.

针对具有样本数据非均匀分布和非线性特点的光度分析问题 ,提出一种局部拟合主成分回归法 ,用于中药多组分计算测定 .该方法根据待测样本与各已知样本光度分析数据的欧式距离确定相应的权值 ,将部分权值较大的样本组成校正集 ,并用分段线性拟合算法建立待测样本的校正预测模型 .将其用于分析黄连的药根碱、巴马亭和小檗碱等三种生物碱 ,所得预测均方根误差分别为 0 0 2 3 ,0 0 40和 0 0 52 ,优于主成分回归法、偏最小二乘法以及人工神经元网络法所得结果 .这表明。
