[Objective]The paper was to study a synthetic method suitable for industrial production of intermediate N-Chloroformyl-N-[4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]methyl carbamate of indoxacarb.[Method]Using 4-trifluoromethoxy aniline as the starting material,[4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]carbamate was synthesized by homogeneous formylation method without acid-binding ***,it was reacted with sodium methoxide/potassium methoxide by reactive distillation to obtain[4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]carbamate ammonium sodium/potassium,then directly reacted with triphosgene to obtain crude products of N-carbonochloridoyl-N-[4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]carbamate;finally,competing product was obtained by recrystallization.[Result]The intermediate N-chloroformyl-N-[4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]carbamate was synthesized by the *** content of products was higher than 98%.The yield of product reached above 96%(calculated by 4-trifluoromethoxy aniline).[Conclusion]The method used for the synthesis of intermediate N-chloroformyl-N-[4-(trifluoromethoxy)phenyl]methyl carbamate was simple,with less three wastes,higher safety and lower cost.

Many technological innovations have been developed in agriculture for rice *** still rely on intensive soil tillage,broadcasting fertilizer,excess irrigation water and labor for rice *** cultivation under unpuddled condition in band-tillage(BT)is a new alternative rice cultivation system in the regions where rainfall,fresh water resources,fertilizers and labors are ***,the concept of inter-row BT(T-shaped)with row fertilizer application in soils for unpuddled transplanted rice cultivation(T1)was carried out at Fangzheng,Harbin in the northeast of *** improved system(T1)was compared with traditional practices(T2)in randomized complete block design with three replications.T2 was done with removal of crop residue,full tillage,broadcasting fertilizer and puddled soils by using the conventional *** results showed that all parameters were satisfied and met the requirements of agronomic *** variations of fertilizing stability and evenness were 1.84%and 1.72%,*** cone penetration resistance was less in T1 than T2 after *** water was saved by 26.3%in treatment T1 as compared with T2 for wet land preparation,and wet soil resistance depth had no significant *** depth was significantly different between the treatments which was affected by intensive tillage and puddling in T2 as compared with *** temperature was nearly similar,but comparatively 0.23°C(on average)higher than traditional system throughout the crop growing *** growth rate and grain yield increased by 8.5%and 5.3%,respectively in band till with fertilizer placed compared to conventional practices of puddled *** unit production cost(￥/kg of grain yield)was found lower by 12.3%in treatment T1 than *** output-input ratio was marginally greater in treatment T1;1.51)as compared to T2;1.32).Short-term findings suggest that inter-row BT system with row fertilizer application could

Hox gene clusters are one of the most ancient and highly conserved multigene loci in the animal *** conserved roles of the Hox genes encoding homeodomain-containing transcription factors were controlling morphogenesis and organogenesis in the evolution of *** proteins have remained enigmatic with regard to the molecular mechanisms that endow them with specific and diverse *** specific regional functions of individual Hox genes largely reflect their restricted expression patterns,the disruption of which can lead to developmental defects and *** silkworm,there are more than 30 mutants exhibiting profound morphological alterations during development,such as extra color markings,supernumerary or defective legs,abnormal silkgland,defective wings and embryonic ***,we identified the mutation region responsible for the E mutants by positional *** results showed that they are associated with the defect of Hox gene *** mutations in the gene coding region destroyed the encoded protein,while,mutations in the intergenic region affected the Hox gene expression *** long non-coding RNAs（lncRNAs） and miRNAs were also been identified in the Hox cluster,which supposed to regulate Hox gene expression as *** series of genome duplications associated with animal evolution have generated sets of paralogous genes within a *** silkworm,we identified five silkworm special homeobox（Shx） genes exhibiting tissues-specific expression pattern which suggesting that they are available to evolve new roles in regulation of different developmental processes compared to the ancestral functions in axial *** of the Hox genes expression and their roles in establishing the body structures in silkworm promise to shed light on the regulatory mechanisms of Hox genes during vertebrate evolution.

In this work, we explored changes in expression of the CIP/KIP family related genes and the cycledependent factors Pcna, Cdk4 and Cdk2 during growth and development including mice, fruit flies and silkworms. When the organism was in a period of rapid development, the related genes of the CIP/KIP family were in a low expression state, and the cell cycle-dependent genes were highly expressed. In mammals, the CIP/KIP family includes three genes, p21, p27/Dacapo, and p57. However, only one gene, P27/Dacapo, exists in the CIP/KIP family in silkworm, and the orthologous gene in the silkworm is named Bmdacapo. Down-regulation of Bmdacapo in silkworm embryos caused overdevelopment of silkworm embryos, which means that Bmdacapo could inhibit the growth and development of *** cell proliferation activity was examined. High expression of Bmdacapo suppressed the proliferation of silkworm cells. This result echoed the development of Bmdacapo in inhibiting the development of silkworm embryos. Consistenting with studies in mice and fruit flies, high expression of Bmdacapo caused cell G1/S arrest. Unlike mammals, Bmdacapo could simultaneously inhibit the expression of the cycle-dependent genes Pcna, Cdk4, and Cdk2. Our data will provided a new perspective for the study of the cell cycle and the regulation of growth and development.

p27 plays critical roles in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis, which have been well studied in mammals and the fruit fly. However, the mechanism underlying p27 regulation of the cell cycle has not been thoroughly researched. In the study, Genevestigator, Kaplan–Meier Plotter and the Human Protein Atla were used to analyze the expression of p27, CDK6 and CCND1, as well as its prognostic value in different tumor tissues and corresponding normal tissues. RT-PCR and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of p27, CDK6, and CCND1 in the tissues of cancer patients. The effects of p27, CDK6, and CCND1 on the proliferation of A549 lung cancer cells were examined by the MTT assay, and flow cytometry was used to investigate the mechanism by which p27 affected cell proliferation. Immunofluorescence, co-immunoprecipitation, and Western blotting were used to determine if p27 interacted with CDK and CCND1 to regulate the cell cycle. And the results are as the followings: p27, CDK6, and CCND1 played different roles in tumorigenesis and development. This conclusion echoed with the results of CDK6 and CCND1 affecting the cell cycle and cell proliferation. p27 regulated the cell cycle and inhibited cell proliferation by affecting the formation of the cell cycle-dependent complex CDK6/CCND1, but did not directly affect the expression of CDK6 and CCND1. Moreover, CCND1 did not regulate the cell cycle alone. It worked together with CDK6. This study provides insights into the effects of p27 on the formation and development of tumors, and analyzed the regulatory mechanisms.
