With the popularization of higher education in China,the employment situation of college students is more complex and *** paper adopts the questionnaire method to explore the employment view of acupuncture and tuina undergraduates of Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese *** employment concept of acupuncture and tuina undergraduates in the minority border areas has changed *** graduation,97.95%of students choose to work in fields related to medicine and acupuncture,prefer positions close to home,and are attracted to high-salary companies,among other ***,enhancing the competitive advantages of medical students by guiding their career planning,providing employment selection advice,fostering innovation and entrepreneurship,improving basic skills,and offering graduate entrance examination guidance is crucial for broadening their employment opportunities.

LONP1 ameliorates liver injury and improves gluconeogenesis dysfunction in acute-on-chronic liver failure

Background:Acute-on-chronic liver failure(ACLF)is a severe liver disease with complex *** hypoglycemia is common in patients with ACLF and often predicts a worse *** evidence suggests that glucose metabolic disturbance,especially gluconeogenesis dysfunction,plays a critical role in the disease progression of *** protease-1(LONP1)is a novel mediator of energy and glucose ***,whether gluconeogenesis is a potential mechanism through which LONP1 modulates ACLF remains ***:In this study,we collected liver tissues from ACLF patients,established an ACLF mouse model with carbon tetrachloride(CCl 4),lipopolysaccharide(LPS),and D-galactose(D-gal),and constructed an in vitro hypoxia and hyperammonemia-triggered hepatocyte injury ***1 overexpression and knockdown adenovirus were used to assess the protective effect of LONP1 on liver injury and gluconeogenesis *** histopathology,biochemical index,mitochondrial morphology,cell viability and apoptosis,and the expression and activity of key gluconeogenic enzymes were detected to explore the underlying protective mechanisms of LONP1 in ***:We found that LONP1 and the expressions of gluconeogenic enzymes were downregulated in clinical ACLF liver ***,LONP1 overexpression remarkably attenuated liver injury,which was characterized by improved liver histopathological lesions and decreased serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)in ACLF ***,mitochondrial morphology was improved upon overexpression of ***,the expression and activity of the key gluconeogenic enzymes were restored by LONP1 ***,the hepatoprotective effect was also observed in the hepatocyte injury model,as evidenced by improved cell viability,reduced cell apoptosis,and improved gluconeogenesis level and activity,while LONP1 knockdown worsened liver injury and gluconeogenesis ***

The transition of traits between genetically related lineages is a fascinating topic that provides clues to understanding the drivers of speciation and *** can be learned about this process from phylogeny-based trait ***,such inference is often plagued by genome-wide gene-tree discordance(GTD),mostly due to incomplete lineage sorting(ILS)and/or introgressive hybridization,especially when the genes underlying the traits appear ***,by collecting transcriptomes,whole chloroplast genomes(cpDNA),and population genetic datasets,we used the coalescent model to turn GTD into a source of information for ILS and employed hemiplasy to explain specific cases of apparent“phylogenetic discordance”between different morphological traits and probable species phylogeny in the Allium *** concatenation and coalescence methods consistently showed the same phylogenetic topology for species tree inference based on single-copy genes(SCGs),as supported by the KS ***,GTD was high across the genomes of ***:~27%e38.9%of the SCG trees were in conflict with the species *** and nuclear incongruence was also *** coalescent simulations indicated that such GTD was mainly a product of *** hemiplasy risk factor calculations supported that random fixation of ancient polymorphisms in different populations during successive speciation events along the *** phylogeny may have caused the character transition,as well as the anomalous cpDNA *** study exemplifies how phylogenetic noise can be transformed into evolutionary information for understanding character state transitions along species phylogenies.

The efficiency of the actual Stirling engine is much lower than the ideal Carnot cycle *** obtain more precise efficiency for Stirling engines,this paper proposes a modified Stirling cycle with a more accurate heat transfer process in Stirling engines based on a thermodynamic function called available *** finite-time thermodynamic method is used to analyze the model performance under constant heat source temperature,finite temperature difference heat transfer,and incomplete regenerative processes.A new polytropic process is introduced to model the heat transfer between the working fluid and external heat sources in which only heat above ambient temperature is converted into technical *** regenerator is divided into numerous smaller heat reservoirs with individual temperature to analyze the incomplete regenerative *** expressions of the output power and thermal efficiency are obtained based on the modified irreversible Stirling cycle,and the effects of irreversible losses are analyzed to evaluate the performance of the proposed *** indicate that the efficiency of the modified cycle is much lower than that of the ideal Stirling cycle with an isothermal *** the increase of the average heat transfer temperature difference,there exists an optimum value for the power of the irreversible *** optimum power of the model was obtained for varying thermodynamic parameters by optimizing the average heat transfer temperature difference between the hot and cold *** optimize the irreversible model,the multi-objective optimization analysis is carried out based on NSGA-Ⅱ,which results in an optimized output power of 40.87 kW and an optimized thermal efficiency of 44%.

针对工业机器人用SCM420钢制行星齿轮热处理畸变问题,采用改进的正火工艺以调整渗碳前的预备组织,并设计合理的装料方案和冷却方式等措施,同时在渗碳过程中采用阶梯升温的工艺,有效地控制了渗碳淬火过程中齿轮畸变。结果表明,采用优化正火后可得到均匀一致的铁素体+珠光体的组织,硬度为175~180 HBW。随后经渗碳淬火回火后,批量生产的行星齿轮表面硬度、心部硬度和有效硬化层深度均值分别为59.74 HRC、40.44 HRC和0.530 mm。渗碳层中的马氏体级别为1级,残留奥氏体和碳化物级别为1~2级;心部组织级别为1~2级。齿轮精度、平面翘曲、齿沟振幅和齿形齿筋等全部满足技术要求。

Objective To observe the clinical application value of total free-breathing cardiac MR(CMR)examination *** Two patients who underwent CMR scanning under free-breathing state,including cine,motion correction T1 and T2 mapping,blood flow imaging,and late gadolinium enhancement scanning were retrospectively enrolled,and the qualities of the above images were evaluated and compared with that of conventional CMR images under breath-holding *** No significant difference of imaging quality was found between total free-breathing and conventional breath-holding *** differences of left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac output,left ventricular end-diastolic volume index and left ventricular mass measured based on CMR images under different breath conditions were *** Total free-breathing CMR was feasible in clinical practice,which could provide"one-stop"evaluation of cardiac structure,function and myocardial histological characteristics,hence having promising clinical prospects.

Activated hepatic stellate cells(aHSCs),the main source of extracellular matrix deposition,are key targets in liver ***,no effective drug specific to aHSCs has been clinically applied due to poor drug delivery ***,we designed a CXC chemokine receptor 4(CXCR4)-targeted reactive oxygen species(ROS)-responsive platform AMD-Dex-ROS-responsive-sorafenib(ARS)based on natural polysaccharide and thioctic acid frame,which can deliver anti-fibrosis drug represented by sorafenib specifically to aHSCs on account of CXCR4 over-expression on aHSCs,and smartly disassemble via ROS-responsive thioketal rupture relying on high intracellular ROS in HSCs,realized on-demand drug release and effective liver fibrosis ***,in this platform,the CXCR4 antagonist AMD3100 not only enhanced aHSCs targeting efficiency of sorafenib but also effectively magnified the aHSCs elimination of sorafenib by blocking stroma cell derived factor-1(SDF-1)/CXCR4-induced aHSCs protection,resulting in synergistic anti-fibrosis *** platform provided a new approach for drug delivery system design and liver fibrosis treatment.

A novel approach towards the selection of regenerators for optimal Stirling engine performance based on energy and exergy analyses

Regenerators play a vital role in enhancing the overall performance of Stirling ***,this paper performed an energy and exergy analysis to elucidate the significance of regenerator characteristics concerning system performance,contributing to the optimal regenerator’s design and *** relationship between regenerator structure,regenerator exergy destruction,and output power,thermal efficiency,and exergy efficiency for Stirling engines was established by integrating the thermal model of Stirling engines with a mathematical model of *** contrast to cross-flow and parallel-flow regenerators,a novel concept of inclined-flow regenerators,featuring a matrix surface inclined in the direction of gas flow,was developed to achieve higher and more balanced engine output power and energy utilization efficiency.A comprehensive investigation was conducted into the effects of matrix structure types and regenerator geometries on the performance of both regenerators and *** results reveal that,following structural optimization,Stirling engines equipped with the inclined-flow regenerator demonstrate a substantial 16.6%,38.3%,and 37.2%increase in power output,thermal efficiency,and exergy efficiency,respectively,compared to those equipped with cross-flow *** contrast,when compared to engines fitted with parallel-flow regenerators,they experience a 13.5%reduction in power output but achieve remarkable enhancements of 45.4%and 36.7%in thermal and exergy efficiency,*** study introduces new insights into selecting regenerator structures for enhancing the output performance of Stirling engines.
