The change of crops’nitrogen content can cause the surface of crop leaf and the physiological characteristics of the internal organization to change,thus can cause the spectrum reflection characteristic of the crop leaf to *** this paper,the amount of fertilizer was controlled,and nitrogen-containing samples of the rice cultivation experiment was conducted to study the relevant relations of the reflection spectrum of the rice leaf and the nitrogen content of the rice leaf in the earing *** network and LM neural network,Bayesian neural network are used to set up prediction models of rice leaf’s nitrogen content,and a comparative analysis of the network training situation and the predicted results are carried *** results show that LM neural network converges faster than BP neural network,and convergence precision of Bayesian neural network is higher than BP neural network’*** terms of prediction accuracy,LM neural network is the best.

The catalyst of Fe-Mo/ZSM-5 has been found to be more active than Fe-ZSM-5 and Mo/ZSM-5 separately for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of nitric oxide (NO) with *** kinetics of the SCR reaction in the presence of Owas studied in this *** results showed that the observed reaction orders were 0.74-0.99,0.01-0.13,and 0 for NO,Oand NHat 350-450℃,respectively. And the apparent activation energy of the SCR was 65 kJ/mol on the Fe-Mo/ZSM-5 *** SCR mechanism was also deduced. Adsorbed NO species can react directly with adsorbed ammonia species on the active sites to form Nand *** Omight serve as a reoxidizing agent for the active sites that have undergone reduction in the SCR *** is also important to note that a certain amount of NO was decomposed directly over the Fe-Mo/ZSM-5 catalyst in the absence of NH.

Molecular dynamics simulation was carried out to investigate the liquid andamorphous microstructures of binary Ag_x-Rh_((100-x)) (x = 25, 50, 75 in atom fraction) *** feature of homogeneous interatomic binding of Ag-Rh liquid was found and probed, whichcan be retained into amorphous solids upon rapid cooling. Homogeneous binding may occur when thedifference in the elemental atomic sizes is less than 10%. The icosahedra in liquid before theformation of amorphous state exist in a stable state and the network formed by 1551-clusters inmolten alloys would inhibit the crystallization and diffusion of atoms. A higher degree of1551-clusters will be favorable to form metallic glasses.

2A12 Al alloy was suffered from equal-channel angular pressing（ECAP） in this experiment. The influence of ECAP pass number on ultimate strength（UTS）, hardness and elongation was studied. The results show that during ECAP the number of sample passing through the channels is very important for mechanical properties and microstructure refinement. ECAP not only increases their plasticity and hardness but also leads to refined grain. But the elongation reduces from 17.5% tol 1.8 % after 1 pass ECAP, then almost tends to be unchanged with the increasing of pass number. The value of ultimate strength of 2A12 Al alloy increases by 135%, hardness by 51%, and ultra fine grains of about 200 nm can be observed after 8 passes.

AIM:To investigate the effect of the G-1666A polymorphism in the multidrug resistance related protein-1 (MRP1) on outcome of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). METHODS:A cohort of 162 patients with surgically resected HCC who received no postsurgical treatment until relapse was studied. Genotyping was performed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Electrophoretic mobility shift assay (EMSA) was used to evaluate the influence of the G-1666A polymorphism on the binding affinity of the MRP1 promoter with its putative transcription factors. RESULTS:Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that patients with GG homologues had a reduced 4-year disease-free survival compared with those carrying at least one A allele (P = 0.011). Multivariate Cox regression analysis indicated that the-1666GG genotype represented an independent predictor of poorer disease-free survival [hazard ratio (HR) = 3.067,95% confidence interval (CI):1.587-5.952,P = 0.001],and this trend became worse in men (HR = 3.154,95% CI:1.604-6.201,P = 0.001). A similar association was also observed between 4-year overall survival and the polymorphism in men (HR = 3.342,95% CI:1.474-7.576,P = 0.004). Moreover,EMSA suggested that the G allele had a stronger binding affinity to nuclear proteins. CONCLUSION:The MRP1-1666GG genotype predicted a worse outcome and was an independent predictor of poor survival in patients with HCC from Southeast China.

In this study, grain refining effect of Al-1.5℃ master alloy was examined on an AZ63B magnesium alloy, and the refining mechanism was studied through investigating the role of C and Fe in this process. The results show that addition of Al-1.5℃ master alloy leads to significant decrease of the mean grain size from about 270μm to 50μm at the center of the AZ63 alloy ingot. Grain refinement by carbon addition is mainly due to the heterogeneity nucleation on the Al-, C-, O-, Fe- and Mn-rich particles, but not constitutional undercooling caused by the carbon solute element. Fe plays an important role in the formation of the nucleating particles, but not acts as an inhibiting element.

The climate over the closed inland Barkol Lake,which is located in northeastern Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,is significantly influenced by westerly winds *** improve our understanding of past climate processes in westerly wind influenced regions in northwestern China,a 250-cm sediment section was retrieved from this *** taking the carbon reservoir effect into consideration,the chronological sequence of this section was reconstructed based on seven conventional radiocarbon dates of bulk samples,and the bottom age of this section was determined to be about 9400 cal a ***-proxy datasets,includingδ18O car,δ13C car of authigenic carbonate,and total organic carbon were examined using wavelet analysis and singular spectrum analysis *** show that the Holocene in the Barkol Lake region can be divided into four stages:(1) a cold and dry early stage before～8000 cal a BP;(2) a moderately warm and wet middle stage between～8000 and 6000 cal a BP;(3) a warm and dry stage,along with a cooling-wetting tendency from 6000 to 2700 cal a BP;and(4) a fluctuating cooling and wet stage between 2700-800 cal a BP,and a drier stage since 800 cal a *** general trend of Holocene climatic changes revealed by Barkol Lake sediments was in agreement with that of adjacent *** infer that climatic changes during the Holocene in the Barkol Lake region were influenced not only by high latitudes,especially the North Atlantic region climate,but also tropical low-latitude processes,such as the El Nio/La Nia-Southern *** study demonstrates that the enhanced activities of ENSO may have played an important role in climatic changes in northeastern Xinjiang during the *** results also suggest that climatic patterns may be temporally different in the northern Xinjiang area in response to the changing predominant control of either the Westerly or the Asian summer monsoon,depending on the contrast of their relative strengths.
