A new species Lobophora tsengii is described from Bach Long Vy(Bailongwei)Island,Haiphong Province,*** plants inhabit the subtidal zone and have predominantly erect fan-shaped thalli that attach to the substrate by a basal *** thallus is commonly composed of a single layer of large medullary cells with four layers of cortical cells on either side of the *** newly collected specimens from the island are morphologically similar to those from Hainan Island,China,but differ from the New Caledonian ones in having thicker *** molecular phylogenetic analyses based on concatenated rbcL and cox3 s equences,the specimens from the island were 100%identical to those from Hainan Island,China,and they formed a clade separating from other Lobophora ***,based on analyses of numerous cox3 s equences,our specimens were also distinguished from the closely related taxa occurring in New Caledonia,Kenya,and West *** the morphological and molecular analyses,we conclude that our specimens represent a new species of Lobophora,which is apparently endemic to the Beibu Gulf(Gulf of Tonkin)and adjacent waters.

A review of reservoir damage during hydraulic fracturing of deep and ultra-deep reservoirs

Through carrying out the high-temperature tensile experiments on an as-extruded Mg-11wt%Y alloy at 350℃,400℃,450℃,500℃and 550℃,the mechanical behavior and fracture mechanisms at elevated temperatures are investigated and *** results show that with the increase of temperature,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength of the alloy increase at first and then decrease,while that the elongation ratio decreases firstly and then *** the sample being tested at 350℃,the values of yield strength,ultimate tensile strength and the elongation ratio are 188 MPa,266 MPa and 11%,*** 400℃,the yield strength and ultimate tensile strength reach the maximum values of,respectively,198 MPa and 277 MPa,but the elongation ratio is the lowest and its value is only 8%.When the applied temperature is increased to 550℃,the values of yield strength and ultimate tensile strength,respectively,decrease to 140 MPa and 192 MPa and the elongation ratio increases to 38%.Failure analysis demonstrates that the fracture surfaces of different samples are mainly composed of plastic dimples and exhibit the typical characteristic of ductile *** observation to the fracture side surfaces indicates that at the temperatures of 350℃and 400℃,microcracks mainly initiate in the interior of Mg_(24)Y_(5)*** the temperatures are 450℃,500℃and 550℃,the cracks preferentially initiate at the Mg_(24)Y_(5)/α-Mg interfaces.

Lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs) have already developed into one of the most promising new-generation high-energy density electrochemical energy storage systems with outstanding features including high-energy density, low cost, and environmental friendliness. However, the development and commercialization path of LSBs still presents significant limitations and challenges, particularly the notorious shuttle effect triggered by soluble longchain lithium polysulfides(LiPSs), which inevitably leads to low utilization of cathode active sulfur and high battery capacity degradation, short cycle life, etc. Substantial research efforts have been conducted to develop various sulfur host materials capable of effectively restricting the shuttle effect. This review firstly introduces the fundamental electrochemical aspects of LSBs, followed by a comprehensive analysis of the mechanism underlying the shuttle effect in Li–S batteries and its profound influence on various battery components as well as the overall battery performance. Subsequently, recent advances and strategies are systematically reviewed, including physical confinement, chemisorption, and catalytic conversion of sulfur hosts for restricting LiPSs shuttle effects. The interplay mechanisms of sulfur hosts and LiPSs are discussed in detail and the structural advantages of different host materials are highlighted. Furthermore, key insights for the rational design of advanced host materials for LSBs are provided, and the upcoming challenges and the prospects for sulfur host materials in lithium-sulfur batteries are also explored.

为提高日径流多步预测精度,减少模型计算规模,同时提升浣熊优化(COA)算法和混合核极限学习机(HKELM)性能,提出多极小波包变换(MWPT)-改进COA算法(ICOA)-HKELM日径流时间序列预测模型。首先,利用MWPT将日径流时序数据分解为1个低频分量和2个高频分量,并构建局部高斯径向基核函数和全局多项式核函数相混合的HKELM;其次,简要介绍COA算法原理,基于Circle映射等策略对COA进行改进,提出ICOA算法,通过8个典型函数对ICOA算法进行仿真验证,并与基本COA算法、鲸鱼优化算法(WOA)、灰狼优化算法(GWO)作对比,旨在验证ICOA算法的优化性能;最后,利用ICOA优化HKELM超参数(正则化参数、核参数、权重系数),建立MWPT-ICOA-HKELM模型,并构建MWPT-COA-HKELM、MWPT-WOA-HKELM、MWPT-GWO-HKELM、小波包变换(WPT)-ICOA-HKELM、小波变换(WT)-ICOA-HKELM、MWPT-ICOA-BP模型作对比分析,通过云南省景东、把边水文站2016-2020年日径流时间序列多步预测实例对各模型进行验证。结果表明:(1)ICOA具有较好的改进效果,仿真精度优于COA、WOA、GWO算法。(2)MWPT-ICOA-HKELM模型预测效果优于其他对比模型,其对实例单步预测效果“最好”,超前3步和超前5步“较好”,超前7步“较差”,预测精度随预测步长的增加而降低。(3)利用ICOA优化HKELM超参数,可显著提高HKELM预测性能,超参数优化效果优于COA、WOA、GWO算法。

Background Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)is the leading global cause of respiratory infections and is responsible for about 3 million hospitalizations and more than 100,000 deaths annually in children younger than 5 years,representing a major global healthcare *** is a great unmet need for new agents and universal strategies to prevent RSV infections in early life.A multidisciplinary consensus development group comprising experts in epidemiology,infectious diseases,respiratory medicine,and methodology aims to develop the current consensus to address clinical issues of RSV infections in *** sources The evidence searches and reviews were conducted using electronic databases,including PubMed,Embase,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library,using variations in terms for"respiratory syncytial virus","RSV","lower respiratory tract infection","bronchiolitis","acute","viral pneumonia","neonatal","infant""children",and"pediatric".Results Evidence-based recommendations regarding diagnosis,treatment,and prevention were proposed with a high degree of *** supportive care remains the cornerstone for the management of RSV infections,new monoclonal antibodies,vaccines,drug therapies,and viral surveillance techniques are being rolled *** This consensus,based on international and national scientific evidence,reinforces the current recommendations and integrates the recent advances for optimal care and prevention of RSV *** improvements in the management of RSV infections will require generating the highest quality of evidence through rigorously designed studies that possess little bias and sufficient capacity to identify clinically meaningful end points.

装配式建筑设计、生产过程存在标准化程度低、数据联系较差等诸多问题。引入了制造业中面向制造与装配的设计(design for manufacturing and assembly,DFMA)的产品设计理念,研究了装配式建筑竖向预制混凝土(precast concrete,PC)构件的快速建模与深化设计应用,通过对建筑企业大量装配式建筑项目PC构件深化设计图纸的梳理分析,分析了图纸中构件组成规律,创新性地将PC构件二次拆分为模块。分析模块的种类、组合规律、数据架构等,形成模块的设计标准。将设计标准融入建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)软件中,并开发相应的工具软件实现模块的快速建模。以软件创建的参数化标准模块为基础,以关联、匹配、调取、组合、拆解的关键技术实现PC构件的深化设计与工厂的制造联系。最后,通过实际工程案例进行测试对比。结果表明,竖向PC构件的建模速度提升70%、深化设计效率提升约80%,深化设计费用节省约80%,实现最小制造成本。研究结果有助于构建装配式建筑标准化的设计和生产体系,推广少规格多组合的设计方法,强化数据联系,提高装配式建筑的综合效益。

拉莫三嗪分子印迹膜的制备及其吸附性能研究

利用表面分子印迹技术，以聚偏氟乙烯（Polyvinylidene fluoride, PVDF）膜为载体、拉莫三嗪（Lamotrigine, LTG）为模板、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为功能单体、甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯为交联剂、偶氮二异丁腈为引发剂、乙腈-二甲基酰胺（1∶1.5,V/V）为致孔剂，制备了可用于高选择性快速分离血浆中LTG的分子印迹膜（Molecularly imprinted polymer membranes, MIPMs）。利用扫描电子显微镜、红外光谱仪、比表面积检测仪、X射线光电子能谱分析及热重分析对MIPMs进行了表征，通过动力学吸附、等温吸附、选择性吸附、吸附-解吸附和重复利用性实验探究了MIPMs的吸附性能。结果表明，PVDF表面成功包裹了LTG分子印迹聚合物，并且材料颗粒均匀。所制备的MIPMs对LTG的吸附容量为3.77 mg/g、印迹因子为8.97，并具有较快的传质速率（30 min）以及良好的重复利用性（6次重复循环使用后吸附效率为86.66%），对血浆中LTG的提取回收率为86.54%～90.48%，相对标准偏差（RSD）为1.51%～3.15%(n=5)。本研究制备的LTG-MIPMs具有操作简单、吸附速度快、吸附容量大、选择性高以及环境友好等优点，适用于血浆中LTG的快速选择性分离提取。

结缕草属种质资源EST-SSR遗传多样性分析

本研究以43份不同来源的结缕草属种质为材料,利用表达序列标签-简单重复序列(Expressed Sequence Tag-Simple sequence repeat,EST-SSR)引物对其进行遗传多样性分析。结果表明:从125对EST-SSR引物中筛选出30对能稳定扩增、条带清晰的引物;共检测到124个标记,平均每对引物检测到4个,多态性标记有108个,多态性位点百分率为88.60%;种质间遗传相似性系数为0.530~0.864,平均为0.711;共检测到104个观察等位基因,平均每对引物检测到3个;有效等位基因数范围为0~5,平均为3;Shannon信息指数变化范围为0~1.593,平均为0.940。Nei’s基因多样性指数范围为0~0.793,平均为0.541;在遗传相似性系数为0.800时,利用非加权组平均法(Unweighted pair-group method with arithmetic means,UPGMA)法将43份种质划分为4个类群,聚类结果与种质地理位置有一定的关联,但联系不紧密。本研究结果表明43份种质的遗传多样性处于上等水平,EST-SSR标记能有效地评价结缕草属种质的遗传差异,为结缕草属种质资源的鉴定评价及分子标记辅助育种提供参考依据。
