Accurate and sensitive strategies for Concanavalin A(Con A)sensing are conducive to the better cognition of various important biological and physiological ***,by designing dextran-functionalized fluorescent microspheres(DxFMs)and boric acid-modified carbon dots(BCDs)as recognition unit and built-in signal reference respectively,a ratiometric fluorescent detection platform was proposed for Con A detection with high *** this protocol,the BCDs/DxFMs precipitation was formed due to the covalent interactions between cis-diol of DxFMs and boronic acid groups of BCDs,thus only fluorescence of BCDs could be detected in the *** Con A was presented,it could bind to DxFMs through its carbohydrate recognition ability and suppress the subsequent assembly between DxFMs and BCDs,leading to the simultaneous capture of DxFMs and BCDs fluorescence in the *** the BCDs content was superfluous,their fluorescence intensities were basically constant in all *** on the unchanged BCDs fluorescence signal and target-dependent DxFMs fluorescence signal in supernatant,the ratiometric detection of Con A was *** optimized conditions,this ratiometric fluorescent platform displayed a linear detection range from 0.125μg/mL to 12.5μg/mL with a detection limit of 0.089μg/***,satisfied analytical outcomes for Con A detection in serum samples were obtained,manifesting huge application potential of this ratiometric fluorescent platform in clinical diagnosis.

A survey on blockchain consensus mechanism: research overview, current advances and future directions

Purpose-As the core technology of blockchain,various consensus mechanisms have emerged to satisfy the demands of different application *** determining the security,scalability and other related performance of the blockchain,how to reach consensus efficiently of consensus mechanism is a critical issue in the ***/methodology/approach-The paper opted for a research overview on the blockchain consensus mechanism,including the consensus mechanisms’consensus progress,classification and comparison,which are complemented by documentary ***-This survey analyzes solutions for the improvement of consensus mechanisms in blockchain that have been proposed during the last few years and suggests future research directions around consensus ***,the authors outline the consensus processes,the advantages and disadvantages of the mainstream consensus ***,the consensus mechanisms are subdivided into four types according to their ***,the consensus mechanisms are compared and analyzed based on four evaluation ***,the authors summarize the representative progress of consensus mechanisms and provide some suggestions on the design of consensus mechanisms to make further advances in this ***/value-This paper summarizes the future research development of the consensus mechanisms.

Sulfated Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides exert immunomodulatory potential on macrophages via Toll-like receptor 4 mediated MAPK/NF-κB signaling pathways

The biological activity of plant polysaccharides can be enhanced by sulfated *** this study,the immunomodulatory effect of sulfated Cyclocarya paliurus polysaccharides(SCP3)on macrophages RAW264.7 and its potential molecular mechanism were *** showed that SCP3 at 25-100μg/m L increased viability and improved phagocytosis of RAW264.7 ***,SCP3 could activate mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPK)and nuclear factor kappa B(NF-κB)signaling pathways,which increased the phosphorylation of Erk1/2,JNK,p38 and NF-κB p65,promoting secretion of cytokines tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6)and nitric oxide(NO)as well as the production of reactive oxygen species(ROS).In addition,Toll-like receptor 4(TLR4)receptor inhibitors were able to block the production of NO and TNF-αby SCP3-stimulated *** on Western blot analysis and validation using specific inhibitors against MAPK and NF-κB signaling pathways,the results demonstrated that SCP3 induced macrophages activation and enhanced TNF-αand NO production via TLR4-mediated MAPK and NF-κB *** summary,SCP3 has significant immunomodulatory *** underlying molecular mechanism was that SCP3 activates macrophages via TLR4 receptors to promote ROS production,which in turn activates the downstream MAPK/NF-κB signaling pathway and then increases the secretion levels of cytokines and NO.

Modulation of starch digestibility using non-thermal processing techniques:A review

Obesity and type 2 diabetes are widespread throughout the world, especially in developed countries. Starch is an important part of human staple food, the modulating of starch digestibility is conducive to reducing postprandial blood glucose levels and alleviating the chronic disease caused by high caloric intake. The digestion properties of starch are correlated with its structural features, including crystallization, amylose/amylopectin ratio, non-starch components, etc. Among the modified methods applied to regulate starch digestibility, non-thermal processing techniques(NTPT) receive extensive attention due to the characteristics of safety, environmental friendliness and high efficiency. The influence and mechanism of NTPT on the digestion properties of starch are discussed in this review, including ultrasounds, high pressure, γ-irradiation, etc. NTPT induces the alternation of morphological and structural characteristics of native starch, changing their sensitivity to enzymes. The effects of NTPT on the digestibility of starch are highly related to the processing parameters and structure characteristics of native starch. The review shows that NTPT is an effective way to modulate the digestion properties of starch and prevent people from suffering from chronic diseases such as obesity and type 2 diabetes.

Nutritional intervention based on curcumin-loaded polysaccharides nanoparticle for synergetic improvement of ulcerative colitis

The prevalence of ulcerative colitis (UC) is increasing annually， while current non-targeted drugs for UC have limited effectiveness， easily relapsed， and serious side effects. Herein， curcumin (Cur)-loaded nanoparticle with conlon-targeted property based on Mesona chinensis polysaccharides was developed for the synergistic and targeted improvement of UC. Results show that ZmNPs have good encapsulation of Cur， targeted delivery of Cur to the colon， and prolonged its retention time. In vivo safety assessments have shown that ZmNPs have good safety and biocompatibility. As expected， Cur-ZmNPs effectively alleviated the symptoms of DSS-induced UC by decreasing colonic inflammation by inhibiting the TLR4/MAPK pathway， regulating the levels of oxidative stress and immune homeostasis of UC mice. Oral administration of Cur-ZmNPs can reduce apoptosis of intestinal epithelial cells， alleviate colonic mucosal damage and repair intestinal barrier function. Cur-ZmNPs also had a positive effect on improving gut microbiota disorders and promoting the production of SCFAs. This study provides a novel strategy for synergistic alleviation of UC by MCP-based NPs loaded with food bioactives.

流域蓄水容量是山丘区小流域山洪预警指标确定时土壤干湿状态的分类依据。山东省山洪灾害防治区小流域蓄水容量的确定,一般是根据山东省水文图集中的三大水文分区确定,且各分区面积较大,而山洪预警中山丘区小流域的面积一般在20 km^2左右,以图集中各分区的平均蓄水容量,代表局地一个小流域的蓄水容量,可能存在较大误差,并且图集中的流域蓄水容量是根据1975年之前的流域水文气象资料推算的,而近40年来,流域下垫面条件发生了较大改变,流域蓄水容量也可能发生了变化。因此,为了更精确地确定半干旱半湿润的北方地区,特别是水文资料短缺或无水文资料的山丘区小流域的蓄水容量,该文采用SCS-CN模型确定小流域蓄水容量。以猪洞河流域为研究区域,精选1990-2008年的6场典型实测降雨径流资料,确定伊府水库之上猪洞河流域7个子流域的蓄水容量分别是116.49、90.53、84.57、121.48、111.34、94.95和76.52 mm,整个猪洞河流域的平均蓄水容量是95.82 mm。并采用实测降雨径流分析法和SCS公式法,求得猪洞河流域的蓄水容量分别是88.97和98.98 mm,与前述方法确定的蓄水容量相差分别为7.7%和-3.2%。因此,综合分析3种方法,可认为SCS-CN模型确定小流域蓄水容量是合理可行的。

目的:探讨人性化护理在妇产科临床护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2009年6月—2011年6月于本院妇产科住院的120例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组与B组各60例,A组采用常规的护理程序进行护理,B组采用人性化护理程序进行护理,后将两组患者的治疗依从性、不良情绪改善情况及满意度进行统计及比较。结果:B组的治疗依从性及不良情绪改善情况均优于A组,患者的满意率也高于A组,P均<0.05,均有显著性差异。结论:人性化护理在妇产科临床护理中的应用效果好,也较受欢迎。

由于技术在创设与使用过程中具有意向性,其在创设之初便被赋予了功能归属,所以技术具有非中立性特征,而元宇宙技术的创设意向与运行意向均具有跨行业垄断的数字化平台属性。所以元宇宙技术作为教育技术具有多种不适切性:在前提性维度下,元宇宙的的资本收益意向与教育技术的育人意向之间具有意向性冲突;在合法性维度下,元宇宙平台的系统标准化权利破坏了教育的公平性;在实践性维度下,元宇宙平台以流量为结算标准的运行机制与作为公共产品的教育平台的运行机制相违背。所以元宇宙教育的前提是其具备公共属性而非资本属性,应通过监管与参与规定功能归属,通过异构数据互动规避教育垄断,通过提前布局促进元宇宙教育平台发展。
