In this work,the size-dependent buckling of functionally graded(FG)Bernoulli-Euler beams under non-uniform temperature is analyzed based on the stressdriven nonlocal elasticity and nonlocal heat *** utilizing the variational principle of virtual work,the governing equations and the associated standard boundary conditions are systematically extracted,and the thermal effect,equivalent to the induced thermal load,is explicitly assessed by using the nonlocal heat conduction *** stressdriven constitutive integral equation is equivalently transformed into a differential form with two non-standard constitutive boundary *** employing the eigenvalue method,the critical buckling loads of the beams with different boundary conditions are *** numerically predicted results reveal that the growth of the nonlocal parameter leads to a consistently strengthening effect on the dimensionless critical buckling loads for all boundary ***,the effects of the influential factors pertinent to the nonlocal heat conduction on the buckling behavior are carefully examined.

目的:基于心率联合不同部位加速度计计数建立健身气功·五禽戏的能量消耗(energy expenditure,EE)预测模型,为五禽戏的EE监测提供参考依据。方法:选取74名18~30岁健康大学生作为研究对象,按习练水平分为熟练组(n=39,男21、女18)和初学组(n=35,男17、女18),其中55名为建模组,19名为验证组。佩戴Polar心率表、ActiGraph-GT3X+加速度计(9个部位:腰部、两侧上臂、两侧腕部、两侧大腿和两侧踝部)和CORTEX MetaMax3B-R2便携式气体代谢仪测试习练1套五禽戏的心率(heart rate,HR)、加速度计计数[X轴、Y轴、Z轴及三轴向量幅值(vector magnitude,VM)的计数值]和EE相关指标。以气体代谢仪所测精准EE为基准,建立HR、加速度计计数或HR联合加速度计计数的线性回归模型,并分析对比不同预测模型的准确性。结果:(1)五禽戏运动EE与性别、身高、体重、肌肉量、HR相关指标和不同部位加速度计计数(腰部X轴计数值,左大腿VM值及X轴、Y轴计数值,右大腿VM值及Y轴、Z轴计数值,左脚踝VM值及Y轴计数值,右脚踝VM值及Y轴、Z轴计数值)均显著相关(P<0.05);(2)五禽戏运动EE的HR、加速度计计数和HR联合加速度计数模型的调整后R2分别为0.582、0.508、0.678(P<0.05);预测值与实测值的相关性介于0.706~0.817之间,Bland-Altman分析中每种模型仅1个误差值落在了95%置信区间外,其余均落入95%置信区间内,即模型均具有较好的拟合效果,精确度较高;(3)在不同预测模型中,HR联合加速度计计数模型的预测效果最好:EE(kcal)=-20.089+0.279×体重(kg)+0.243×ΔHR(运动HR-安静HR,次/分)+0.001×右大腿Y轴计数值+0.181×运动HR(次/分)-4.202×性别(男=0,女=1)。结论:HR联合加速度计计数建立的五禽戏运动EE预测模型效果最好,可较为准确地推算1套五禽戏运动的EE。

目的探讨全身免疫炎症指数(systemic immune-inflammation index, SII)对溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis, UC)活动度及病变范围的评估价值。方法选取2021年9月至2023年8月就诊于鞍山市中心医院的UC患者103例及同期的健康体检者80例。收集分析UC组、对照组的相关病例资料及血清学指标,比较这些指标在不同活动程度和病变范围之间的差异性。对血清学炎症指标与UC疾病活动度和病变范围进行相关性分析。采用ROC曲线评价各炎症指标对UC活动性和病变范围的诊断效能。结果与对照组相比,UC组患者的SII明显增高(P<0.05)。进一步分析,在不同疾病活动度UC组中,SII水平差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随着UC患者病变范围的扩大,SII水平也会升高(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,SII水平与UC患者的Mayo评分和病变范围均呈正相关(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示,SII对于UC患者病情活动度及病变范围的评估作用优于其他免疫炎症指标(AUC分别为0.782和0.768,最佳截断值分别为512.143和677.99,灵敏度分别为72.40%和69.40%,特异度分别为81.30%和76.10%)。结论 UC患者的SII水平升高与疾病活动度和病变范围相关。此外,SII与CRP、PLR等血清学炎症指标相比,对UC的活动度和病变范围具有更高的预测价值。

目的了解2022年相较于2019年北京市社区卫生服务机构传染病防控能力变化,为完善北京市基层卫生能力提供政策建议。方法采用问卷调查方式收集2019和2022年北京市社区卫生服务机构基本情况。结果相较2019年,2022年北京市社区卫生服务机构平均服务人口由43 491人增长至45 096人,距离最近的二级或三级医院的服务平均距离由4.42 km缩短至2.94 km,发热哨点设置率由5.39%提升至38.77%,传染病防控专职人员占比由5.19%增加至10.05%,传染病防控兼职人员占比由2.98%增加至8.30%,社区卫生服务机构P2实验室数量由32家增长至97家。结论相较于2019年,2022年北京市社区卫生服务机构的传染病防控能力有所提升,但人力资源、实验室能力等方面仍比较薄弱,建议制定有效提升社区卫生服务机构相关能力的防控政策。

Effects of Cu^2＋ Counter Ions on the Actuation Performance of Flexible Ionic Polymer Metal Composite Actuators

The resistance of Ionic Polymer Metal Composite （IPMC） electrodes plays an important role in the actuation performance of IPMC actuators. Owing to crack formation on the surface of platinum electrode, the surface resistance of the electrode increases, which greatly limits its actuating performance. In this paper, we proposed a new method of dynamic self-repair electrodes by ex- changing Cu2＋ into the IPMC basement membrane. IPMC actuators with Cu2＋ were prepared and the actuation performance in the air was subsequently measured. Compared with conventional IPMC actuators containing Li＋ counter ions, those containing Cu2＋ counter ions exhibited 2 times - 3 times larger displacement and 2 times -3 times bigger blocking force. In the morphology observation, we found that many small copper particles scattered in the middle of cracks after several bending cycles, which leads to an obvious decrease in electrode resistance. In the Cyclic Voltammetry （CV） scan measurement, we observed that the oxidation reaction of copper alternates with reduction reaction of copper ions with the change of voltage polarity, which was a dynamic process. Based on these analyses, it is concluded that the presence of Cu2＋ can repair the damaged electrodes and induce lower electrode resistance, thus leading to the performance improvement of actuation.

The rheological properties of nanocellulose aqueous suspensions play a critical role in the development of nanocellulose-based bulk ***-crystalline,high-aspect ratio,and slender nanofibrillated cellulose(NFC)were extracted from four biomass *** cellulose nanofibrils and nanofibril bundles formed inter-connected networks in the NFC aqueous *** storage moduli of the suspensions with different concentrations were higher than their corresponding loss *** the concentration increased,the storage and loss modulus of NFC dispersion *** the shear rate increased to a certain value,there were differences in the changing trend of the rheological behavior of NFC aqueous suspensions derived from different biomass resources and the suspensions with different solid *** dispersion’s storage and loss modulus increased when the temperature rose to nearly 80℃.We hope this study can deepen the understanding of the rheological properties of NFC colloids derived from different biomass resources.

Size-dependent macrophage-targeting of mannose-modified rosiglitazone liposomes to alleviate inflammatory bowel disease

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is a refractory chronic intestinal inflammatory disease caused by a malfunction of immune system. As the key immune cells in the intestine, macrophages play an important role in maintaining intestinal homeostasis and tissue repair of the IBD. Pharmacological modulation of macrophage function exhibits the promising therapeutic effect for IBD. In this study, mannose-modified liposomes (MAN-LPs) are prepared for macrophage targeting to improve therapeutic efficiency. Rosiglitazone (ROSI) as an agonist of peroxisome proliferators-activated receptor γ (PPAR-γ) is used as the model drug to fabricate different sized liposomes. The impacts of mannose modification and particle size for macrophage targeting are investigated in cells, zebrafish, and mouse models and the therapeutic effects of the MAN-LPs are evaluated on dextran sulfate sodium (DSS)-induced IBD mouse. Compared to unmodified liposome, MAN-LPs display higher uptake by RAW 264.7 cells and better co-localization with macrophage in zebrafish model. Furthermore, MAN-LPs could effectively accumulate in the inflammatory intestinal sites in IBD mouse model. Most importantly, the targeting ability of MAN-LPs is obviously enhanced with the increasing of particle size, whereas the largest MAN-LPs particles achieve the best anti-inflammatory effect in cells, and a higher therapeutic efficiency in IBD mouse model. Therefore, mannose-modified liposome is a promising strategy for macrophage-targeting in IBD treatment. Particle size of MAN-LPs will affect macrophage targeting ability, as well as the therapeutic effect in-vivo.
