Objectives:The secondary products of lipid oxidation are one of the main factors inducing protein *** effects of oxidation treatment with malondialdehyde(MDA)on the immunoreactivity of amandin and its digestion were *** and Methods:The rabbit IgG binding ability of amandin was analyzed by western blotting,and the changes in amandin oxidation and immunoreactivity during digestion of amandin with different degrees of oxidation were investigated in combination with an almond allergen enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay *** of linear epitopes of amandin by oxidation was investigated by liquid chromatography-tandemmass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Results:The results showed that the immunoreactivity of amandin was significantly reduced after 1 mmol/L MDA and 100 mmol/L MDA ***,the 1 mmol/L MDA treatment was owing to cleavage of linear epitope peptide in amandin and oxidation of the active amino *** 100 mmol/L MDA treatment was due to aggregation of amandin and significant decrease in its *** also reduced di-gestibility of amandin and significantly affected immunoreactivity during ***-MS/MS also identified four oxidation-prone methionine sites(aa 264-274,298-308,220-240,and 275-297)in gamma conglutinin ***:MDA treatment reduced the immunoreactivity of *** treatment also led to protein aggregation,which slowed down the digestion of amandin and altered the immunoreactivity of amandin during digestion.

Driving mechanism and boundary control of urban sprawl

Since the reform and opening-up, China＇s economy has achieved remarkable development and so does the urbanization. However, there is an unavoidable contradiction between urban sprawl and the protection of arable land and the environment. By redefining the urban sprawl boundary, this paper is to provide a solution for the conflict above on the China＇s urbanization context. The ideal boundary, moderate boundary and limit boundary are defined for urban sprawl in space. Taking Nanjing city as a case, the three urban sprawl boundaries are estimated in this paper based on the calculation of agricultural land resources value in Nanjing. The results show that 1） the integrated value of agricultural （cultivated） land resources in Nanjing is 1.55× 10^7 CNg·hm^-2, the economic value accounts for only 8.74% of the integrated value, while 91.26% of the integrated value has not revealed itself due to the existing institutional arrangements, policy distortions, and imperfect land market; 2） it is difficult to define the ideal and moderate boundaries due to the relatively low price of North Nanjing. In South Nanjing the land price is expensive and the ideal, moderate and limit boundaries are expanded to Jiangning, Qixia, and Yuhuatai; 3） the city scale of South Nanjing should be limited within 5.82 × 10^4 hm^2, which is roughly the same as the designated size of 5.81 × 10^4 hm^2 in the urban planning. It is suggested that the rational scope of urban expansion should be controlled within the moderate boundary.

Aqueous Zn-ion batteries(AZIBs)are the potential options for the next-generation energy storage scenarios due to the cost effectiveness and intrinsic ***,the industrial application of AZIBs is still impeded by a series of parasitic reactions and dendrites at zinc *** this study,taurine(TAU)is used in electrolyte to simultaneously optimize the coordination condition of the ZnSO4electrolyte and interfacial chemistry at the *** can preferentially adsorb with the zinc metal and induce an in situ stable and protective interface on the anode,which would avoid the connection between H_(2)O and the zinc metal and promote the even deposition of Zn^(2+).The resulting Zn//Zn batteries achieve more than 3000 hours long cyclic lifespan under 1 mA cm^(-2)and an impressive cumulative capacity at 5 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,Zn//Cu batteries can realize a reversible plating/stripping process over 2,400cycles,with a desirable coulombic efficiency of 99.75%(1 mA cm^(-2)).Additionally,the additive endows Zn//NH_(4)V_(4)O_(10)batteries with more stable cyclic performance and ultrafast rate *** capabilities can promote the industrial application of AZIBs.

Clinical characteristics of 310 SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant patients and comparison with Delta and Beta variant patients in China

Although the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)Omicron variant has spread,data on the clinical characteristics of infected patients are *** this study,the demographic,clinical characteristics,and laboratory data of 310 SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant patients treated at Haihe Hospital of Tianjin were collected and *** on these patients was compared to 96 patients with the Delta variant of concern(VOC)and 326 patients with the Beta VOC during the previous coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)outbreak in *** the 310 patients infected with the Omicron variant,the median age was 35 *** patients were clinically classified as mild(57.74%),and the most common symptoms were cough(48.71%),fever(39.35%),and sore throat(38.26%).The results for different vaccination groups in the Omicron group showed that the median of“SARS-CoV-2 specific IgG”after 2 or 3 doses of vaccination was higher than the unvaccinated group(all Ps<0.05).Older age was associated with a higher proportion of moderate cases and lower asymptomatic and mild cases based on clinical *** to the Delta and Beta groups,the median age of the Omicron group was *** total number of asymptomatic patients and mild patients in the Omicron virus group was higher than the Delta and Beta groups(60.97%vs.54.17%vs.47.55%).This study presented the clinical characteristics of the first group of patients infected with the Omicron variant in Tianjin,China,and compared their clinical features with patients infected by the Delta and Beta variants,which would increase our understanding of the characteristics of SARS-CoV-2 Omicron variant.

The Characteristics of the Evaporator/Evaporator for Direct Expansion Solar Assisted Heat Pump System

Direct expansion solar assisted heat pump (DX-SAHP) technology is developed by combining solar energy heat utilization with heat pump energy saving technology. The experimental researches of the DX-SAHP hot water system are conducted in this paper, and overall performance of DX-SAHP is analyzed with three different structures of collectors/evaporators, namely a bare-plate collector, a glass-plate collector and double collectors/evaporators (a bare-plate collector and a glass-plate collector). The influence factors and overall performance are studied, which show that the overall performance of the system is mainly influenced by solar irradiation intensity and the collector area. Comparing with glass-plate collector in similar conditions, bare-plate collector system COP is higher. While increasing collector area is conducive to improve the system COP, but will reduce the collector efficiency and increase the workload of the compressor by comparing the bare-plate collector with double-plate collectors.

环氧树脂纳米复合材料界面及其对电性能影响分析

实验分别采用混酸、环氧大分子、硅烷偶联剂(KH560)对多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)表面进行改性制得酸化碳纳米管(C-MWCNTs)、环氧功能化碳纳米管(E-MWCNTs)、硅烷偶联化碳纳米管(Si-MWCNTs),将改性后的MWCNTs和有机化蒙脱土(O-MMT)通过溶液共混的方式与环氧树脂(EP)制备成环氧树脂纳米复合材料。通过分析试样的冲击实验数据、断面形貌以及MWCNTs的红外光谱来确定不同功能化方式处理的MWCNTs对纳米复合材料中界面区域的影响。借鉴界面势垒模型分析界面区域对纳米复合材料电性能的影响。分析结果表明,Si-MWCNTs、E-MWCNTs与环氧树脂的界面结合强度大于C-MWCNTs。当纳米掺杂组分质量分数相同时,Si-MWCNTs/EP中界面区域大于E-MWCNTs/EP中界面区域。当Si-MWCNTs在基体中分散均匀时,随Si-MWCNTs的质量分数的增加,Si-MWCNTs/EP中自由体积增加,键合区域对偶极极化限制性增强,二者共同促进Si-MWCNTs/EP纳米复合材料的介电常数和介质损耗的降低,过渡区域陷阱密度增大,Si-MWCNTs/EP纳米复合材料的击穿强度得到提高。O-MMT的加入减弱了MWCNTs在基体中的团聚,使MWCNTs/O-MMT/EP的电导率降低。

伊布利特与胺碘酮治疗心房颤动的Meta-分析

目的系统评价伊布利特与胺碘酮治疗心房颤动的有效性与安全性。方法检索中国学术期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、维普中文期刊全文数据库(VIP)、万方数据库、PubMed、Embase和Cochrane Library,检索时间均为建库至2019年6月。纳入伊布利特与胺碘酮比较治疗房颤的随机对照试验(RCTs),由两名研究员独立筛选并提取资料,采用Cochrane标准进行评价,运用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta-分析。结果最终纳入18篇RCTs进行Meta-分析,结果显示伊布利特组较胺碘酮组治疗房颤的有效性(OR=2.65,95%CI=2.03~3.46,P<0.00001)、房颤转复时间(WMD=-21.54,95%CI=-24.73^-18.34,P<0.00001)均优于胺碘酮组;两组治疗房颤安全性比较差异无统计学意义(RR=0.74,95%CI=0.46~1.18,P=0.20),但胺碘酮组不良反应发生率(18.36%)稍高于伊布利特组(16.18%)。结论伊布利特对房颤转复的有效率显著高于胺碘酮,转复时间亦较胺碘酮短,在安全性方面二者无显著差异。由于纳入样本量较少,以后研究中仍需大样本、高质量的RCT进一步确认以期得到可靠的结果。
