The complexity and fragmentation of people’s activity space are challenging to planners.However,the relevant studies are mostly concerned on the relationship between the social attributes and the activity space of residents in a single or several communities,or the spatiotemporal laws of activity space on a macro scale.The research on the spatial characteristics of residents’activity space still needs to be strengthened.The present study analyses the spatial patterns of residents’activity space based on mobile phone signaling data to fill the gap of previous studies that assessed residents’activity space across small geographic areas.First,according to the spatial scope and direction of an activity space and residents’activity coverage rate,spatial patterns can be divided into three types:compact,extended,and directional extension patterns.The CatBoost method is then used to statistically analyze the influencing variables of spatial patterns,and the order of importance of the following influencing factors is determined:the built environment is more influential than social and economic situations.This study aims to strengthen the understanding of residents’activity space at the spatial level and provide a basis for the optimization of communities with different spatial patterns.

短程硫黄/硫铁矿自养反硝化脱氮性能研究

为了解决异养反硝化处理低n(C)/n(N)废水需外加有机碳源和硫黄自养反硝化硫酸盐产量较高的问题,启动了短程硫黄/硫铁矿自养反硝化反应器并探究其脱氮性能,通过批式试验考察了n(S)/n(N)、初始pH、硫铁矿和石灰石等因素对脱氮性能的影响.结果表明,短程硫黄自养反硝化总氮(TN)去除率稳定在96%以上,比完全硫黄自养反硝化的实际硫酸盐产量减少大约40%.在氮容积负荷(以NO_(2)^(-)-N计)为0.40 kg/(m^(3)·d)时,短程硫铁矿自养反硝化的TN去除率高达98%,进一步解决了以S^(0)为电子供体时硫酸盐产量较高的问题.短程硫黄自养反硝化在n(S)/n(N)=2.5、初始pH=8时脱氮效果较好;FeS_(2)+NaHCO_(3)组合脱氮效果最好;CaCO_(3)在减少出水中硫酸盐产量和碱度缓释方面具有优势.Thiobacillus是硫自养反硝化反应器的主要功能菌属,相对丰度在13.2%以上.

Neoadjuvant chemotherapy has become an indispensable weapon against high-risk resectable cancers,which benefits from tumor downstaging.However,the utility of chemotherapeutics alone as a neoadjuvant agent is incapable of generating durable therapeutic benefits to prevent postsurgical tumor metastasis and recurrence.Herein,a tactical nanomissile(TALE),equipped with a guidance system(PD-L1 monoclonal antibody),ammunition(mitoxantrone,Mit),and projectile bodies(tertiary amines modified azobenzene derivatives),is designed as a neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy setting,which aims at targeting tumor cells,and fast-releasing Mit owing to the intracellular azoreductase,thereby inducing immunogenic tumor cells death,and forming an in situ tumor vaccine containing damage-associated molecular patterns and multiple tumor antigen epitopes to mobilize the immune system.The formed in situ tumor vaccine can recruit and activate antigen-presenting cells,and ultimately increase the infiltration of CD8^(+)T cells while reversing the immunosuppression microenvironment.Moreover,this approach provokes a robust systemic immune response and immunological memory,as evidenced by preventing 83.3%of mice from postsurgical metastasis or recurrence in the B16-F10 tumor mouse model.Collectively,our results highlight the potential of TALE as a neoadjuvant chemo-immunotherapy paradigm that can not only debulk tumors but generate a long-term immunosurveillance to maximize the durable benefits of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.

Valuation of forest carbon sinks in China within the framework of the system of national accounts

To better promote forest resource management and strengthen the development of forest carbon sink marketization, this paper studied the accounting of forest carbon sinks from 2003 to 2008 based on a system of national accounts （SNA） and data from the latest forest resources inventory in China. The study calculated the value of forest carbon stocks at a total of RMB 817.13 × 10^9 yuan in 2003 and RMB 839.93×10^9 yuan in 2008, with an average annual increase of 0.55 % from an increase in physical carbon sinks. The total value of forest carbon sinks in 2003 and 2008 was RMB 26.73×10^9 yuan and RMB 29.77×10^9 yuan, respectively, with an average annual growth of 2.18 %. From 2003 to 2008, both stock and flow value of forest carbon sinks increased, but the total net flow value of carbon sinks decreased. The growth rate for the environmentally adjusted Gross Domestic Product （eaGDP） for China＇s forest carbon sinks was 17.23 %, outstripping the average growth rate of 9.5 % for the GDP during the same period. The study alsoindicates that China＇s forest carbon sinks affects the GDP in the range of 0.25-0.26 %, and its economic potential is not relatively huge.

建筑密度是衡量城市空间密度的重要指标之一,其在城市内部的分布模式一定程度上反映了城市水平尺度的空间生长特征。因此,探讨城市内部建筑密度的分布规律对于揭示城市空间生长的基本特征、制定促进城市可持续生长的规划策略具有重要意义。本文以中国287个地级及以上城市为研究样本,采用2000年、2010年和2020年三期100 m栅格尺度下的建筑密度数据,构建了基于建筑密度圈层梯度分析的城市边缘生长度指标,对样本城市水平尺度的空间生长特征进行了研究。主要结论包括:(1)城市建筑密度的分布整体上由中心向外围渐缓递减,其可通过负指数函数进行较好的拟合;(2)大部分城市在2000—2010年和2010—2020年两个时间段内呈现出进一步边缘生长的特征,边缘生长度的增长幅度由高到低依次为大城市、中等城市、超大和特大城市、小城市,但小城市的增长幅度在统计意义上不显著;(3)自然地理条件、人口与经济规模、宏观政策与规划引导是影响城市空间生长特征以及不同规模城市差异的重要因素。

Cancer immunotherapy is revolutionizing oncology and has emerged as a promising strategy for the treatment of multiple cancers.Indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase 1(IDO1),an immune checkpoint,plays an important role in tumor immune escape through the regulation of multiple immune cells and has been regarded as an attractive target for cancer immunotherapy.Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras(PROTAC)technology has emerged as a new model for drug research and development for its advantageous mechanism.Herein,we reported the application of PROTAC technology in targeted degradation of IDO 1,leading to the discovery of the first IDO1 PROTAC degrader 2 c,which induced significant and persistent degradation of IDO1 with maximum degradation(Dmax)of 93%in HeLa cells.Western-blot based mechanistic studies indicated that IDO 1 was degraded by 2 c through the ubiquitin proteasome system(UPS).Label-free real-time cell analysis(RTCA)indicated that 2 c moderately improved tumorkilling activity of chimeric antigen receptor-modified T(CAR-T)cells.Collectively,these data provide a new insight for the application of PROTAC technology in tumor immune-related proteins and a promising tool to study the function of IDO1.

旅游空间是旅游活动的空间载体和存在形式,其可达性水平直接影响着城市旅游体系的建设.该文以武汉为例,通过对网络游记进行词频分析以挖掘游客对城市旅游意象感知,并据此对相应的旅游空间的可达性进行定性与定量评价,进而分析旅游意象要素的可意象性与旅游空间的可达性之间的关联和差异.结果表明:研究区域内旅游空间的可意象性与其空间和感知可达性整体相关性较低;部分旅游空间的可意象性和分布与道路可达性存在不匹配的现象.该研究可为完善城市旅游规划和城市营销策划提供参考.
