To the Editor:Neutral lipidd storage disease with myopathy(NLSDM)is a rare autosomal recessive disorder caused by mutations in the PNPLA2 gene.The gene encodes adipose triglyceride lipase(ATGL),an enzyme that catalyzes hydrolysis of triglycerides in mammalian adipose tissue and plays key roles in the function of lipid droplets(LDs).The results of many biochemical studies have revealed intracellular localization of ATGLwithLDs,but catalyticactivity iscompletely lost in the context of PNPLA2mutation.

针对多飞行器对机动目标的协同制导问题,在视线坐标系下建立飞行器-目标相对运动模型,在此基础上将协同制导问题分为视线角协同以及命中时间协同2个子问题。基于扩张状态观测器分别在视线方向以及视线法向设计了分布式协同制导律。通过一致性分析证明了所设计的制导律在有向切换拓扑条件下的收敛性,并通过数值仿真的方式进一步验证了制导律的有效性。

使用OM、SEM和EDS等手段,研究了第三代镍基单晶高温合金DD33不同V型缺口取向([100]、[210]和[110])片状试样从室温到不同上限温度(1000℃、1100℃和1200℃)的热疲劳过程中裂纹的萌生和扩展行为。结果表明,在三种上限温度,DD33合金的热疲劳性能均出现明显的各向异性。在三个上限温度[100]取向试样均表现出最好的热疲劳性能;上限温度为1000℃和1200℃[110]取向试样的热疲劳性能最差,上限温度为1100℃[210]取向试样的热疲劳性能最差。不同取向试样的热疲劳裂纹的萌生和扩展行为,均呈现出一定的晶体学取向规律。热应力、氧化以及滑移系的开动,导致不同取向试样裂纹的扩展速率不同。

Many natural fibers are lightweight and display remarkable strength and toughness.These properties originate from the fibers’hierarchical structures,assembled from the molecular to macroscopic scale.The natural spinning systems that produce such fibers are highly energy efficient,inspiring researchers to mimic these processes to realize robust artificial spinning.Significant developments have been achieved in recent years toward the preparation of high-performance bio-based fibers.Beyond excellent mechanical properties,bio-based fibers can be functionalized with a series of new features,thus expanding their sophisticated applications in smart textiles,electronic sensors,and biomedical engineering.Here,recent progress in the construction of bio-based fibers is outlined.Various bioinspired spinning methods,strengthening strategies for mechanically strong fibers,and the diverse applications of these fibers are discussed.Moreover,challenges in reproducing the mechanical performance of natural systems and understanding their dynamic spinning process are presented.Finally,a perspective on the development of biological fibers is given.

Quasi-2D perovskites have been demonstrated to be competitive materials in the photodetection fields due to the enhanced moisture stability by large organic cations.However,as the increasing demands of modern technology,it is still challenging to combine the flexibility with the capability of weak light detection in a low-cost way.Here,amides,carboxylic acids,and anhydrides groups-rich carbonized polymer dots(CPDs)were employed to fll in the perovskite grain boundaries,which can passivate the point defects of perovskite by coordinating with the unbonded Pb atoms,and reduce the leakage current.Weak light detection capability was demonstrated by directly resolving light with an intensity of 10.1 pW cm^(-2).More importantly,the stretchable polymer chains on CPDs strongly interact with perovskite ions through multiple supramolecular interactions,and extend the stretchable properties to the perovskite/CPDs composites,which can maintain the integral structure stability during the deformation of perovskite crystals and restricted any crack by releasing the flm strain.Our fabricated devices show extraordinary flexible stability in the bending-dependent response tests.The viscoelasticity of CPDs improves the bending stability of the flexible quasi-2D perovskite photodetectors,and device performance shows no degradation after bending 10000 times,comparable or even outperforming the dominating flexible photodetectors.

法洛四联症(TOF)是最常见的紫绀型先天性心脏病,肺动脉闭锁(PA)也是一种较为复杂的先天性心脏畸形。本文对滨州医学院附属医院收治的1例TOF合并PA的先天性心脏病进行报道,手术方案采用外科生物补片进行肺动脉瓣的重建,缝至右心室切口到原肺动脉瓣处以抗肺动脉瓣反流,最后总结TOF/PA的临床表现、影像诊断、手术方案及未来的治疗前景等。

数字钥匙是车联网的典型应用,利用智能手机替代传统的智能钥匙,建立一套车、智能手机、云端一体化的安全标准体系,通过无线通信介质建立智能手机与车端的连接,实现车辆控制、智能分享、遥控泊车高附加值应用。为了保证车辆下线时数字钥匙产品功能的合格率,需要设计一套下线检测方案,对整套系统做全流程功能及安全性验证。为此,构建了一套基于检测上位机与安全服务密码机的数字钥匙产品产线下线检测系统,并阐述了该系统的设计构成和检测执行流程。

History and possible mechanisms of prehistoric human migration to the Tibetan Plateau

Prehistoric human history on the Tibetan Plateau is a hotly debated topic. Archaeological research on the plateau during the past few decades has enormously improved our understanding of the topic and makes it possible for us to consider the processes and mechanisms of prehistoric human migration to the region. By reviewing the published archaeological research on the Tibetan Plateau, we propose that the first people on the plateau initially spread into the He-Huang region from the Chinese Loess Plateau, and then moved to the low elevation Northeastern Tibetan Plateau and perhaps subsequently to the entire plateau. This process consisted of four stages.(1) During the climatic amelioration of the Last Deglacial period(15–11.6 ka BP), Upper Paleolithic hunter-gatherers with a developed microlithic technology first spread into the Northeastern Tibetan Plateau.(2) In the early-mid Holocene(11.6–6 ka BP), Epipaleolithic microlithic hunter-gatherers were widely distributed on the northeastern plateau and spread southwards to the interior plateau, possibly with millet agriculture developed in the neighboring low elevation regions.(3) In the mid-late Holocene(6–4 ka BP), Neolithic millet farmers spread into low elevation river valleys in the northeastern and southeastern plateau areas.(4) In the late Holocene(4–2.3 ka BP), Bronze Age barley and wheat farmers further settled on the high elevation regions of the Tibetan Plateau, especially after 3.6 ka BP. Finally, we suggest that all of the reported Paleolithic sites earlier than the LGM on the Tibetan Plateau need further examination.

Core-shell TiO2-based photocatalysts with specific composition,morphology,and functionality have attracted considerable attention for their excellent degradation properties on organic pollutants via a photocatalytic oxidation process.Herein,a N-TiO2@NH2-MIL-88(Fe)core-shell structure was prepared by coating NH2-MIL-88(Fe)on nitrogen-doped TiO2(N-TiO2)nanoparticles.Introduction of heteroatom nitrogen to pure TiOz expands the spectra response range,leading to enhanced quantum efficiency of photocatalyst.Furthermore.loading NH2-MIL-88(Fe)or N-TiOz improved the adsorption ability of the nanocomposites due to the porous tunnels of NH2-MIL-88(Fe).The resulted core-shell N-TiO2@NH2-MIL-88(Fe)nanocomposites realized the transfer of photo excited electrons from N-TiOz to NH2-MIL-88(Fe)rapidly,partially reduced Fe to Fe^2+in NH^2+MIL-88(Fe),and further enhanced the Fenton effect on efficiently degrading methylene blue dye(MB)under visible light(>420 nm)with the assistance of H2O2.
