改进水循环优化BP神经网络的大坝变形预测

为提升传统基于反向传播(BP)神经网络的大坝变形预测方法的精度和噪声稳健性,提出一种改进水循环算法(IWCA)优化的BP神经网络(IWCA-BP)模型。首先利用经验模态分解(EMD)将高维复杂变形数据分解为一系列结构简单的本征模函数(IMF)和剩余项之和的形式;然后利用IWCA-BP神经网络分别对每个IMF进行建模预测,作为一种启发式优化算法,IWCA能快速准确地实现BP神经网络初值的全局寻优,提升预测性能;最后利用某混凝土大坝实际变形数据开展实验。结果表明,相较于卡尔曼滤波、支持向量机、BP神经网络和粒子群优化随机森林方法,EMD-IWCA-BP方法能获得更高的预测精度和噪声稳健性,具有更高的应用前景。

High temperature piezoelectric energy harvester(HTPEH)is an important solution to replace chemical battery to achieve independent power supply of HT wireless ***,simultaneously excellent performances,including high figure of merit(FOM),insulation resistivity(ρ)and depolarization temperature(Td)are indispensable but hard to achieve in lead-free piezoceramics,especially operating at 250°C has not been reported ***,well-balanced performances are achieved in BiFeO3–BaTiO3 ceramics via innovative defect engineering with respect to delicate manganese *** to the synergistic effect of enhancing electrostrictive coefficient by polarization configuration optimization,regulating iron ion oxidation state by high valence manganese ion and stabilizing domain orientation by defect dipole,comprehensive excellent electrical performances(Td=340°C,ρ250°C>10^(7)Ωcm and FOM_(250°C)=4905×10^(–15)m^(2)N^(−1))are realized at the solid solubility limit of manganese *** HT-PEHs assembled using the rationally designed piezoceramic can allow for fast charging of commercial electrolytic capacitor at 250°C with high energy conversion efficiency(η=11.43%).These characteristics demonstrate that defect engineering tailored BF-BT can satisfy high-end HT-PEHs requirements,paving a new way in developing selfpowered wireless sensors working in HT environments.

如何培养学生的综合应用能力，提高其就业竞争力，是目前地理空间信息工程专业人才培养急需解决的问题。文中在传统教学方法基础上，引入PBL教学方法，将PBL教学方法与传统教学方法相结合，在地理空间信息工程教学改革中进行了探索与实践。教学实践表明，PBL教学模式不仅取得了较好的教学效果，而且极大地提高学生的自主学习能力，培养学生的创造性、实践能力、合作精神以及交流能力。

A Wind Tunnel Experimental Study on the Wake Characteristics of a Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine

The characteristics of wind turbine wakes are influenced by multiple factors,including the atmospheric boundary layer(ABL) wind and wind turbine operating conditions(e.g.,tip speed ratio and yaw angle).In this study,two types of ABL winds with different velocity gradients and turbulence intensities are generated in a wind tunnel through configurations of spires,baffles,and various numbers of roughness elements.A wind turbine with a rotor diameter of 0.8 m and a hub height of 0.6 m is tested under varying tip speed ratios,yaw angles,and ABL wind *** results indicate that the streamwise velocity deficit in the near-wake region becomes more pronounced with an increase in the tip speed ratio,while the far-wake velocity deficit remains largely unaffected by changes in the tip speed *** the yaw angle increases,the wake deflection becomes more prominent and the wake narrows;the offset of the wake center at various downstream positions grows linearly,reaching a maximum value of approximately half the rotor ***,the turbulence level and influence range in the wake region are reduced when the turbine is *** ABL wind conditions,high turbulence intensity in the incoming flow accelerates wake recovery,and the Reynolds stress at different lateral positions tends to become consistent with increasing longitudinal ***,turbulence has a significant impact on the meandering characteristics of the wind turbine wake,with greater fluctuations in the wake center observed under higher turbulence ***,this study provides insights that could inform the optimal operation of wind farms.

以自主研发的DK4A型柴油机可变气门系统为研究对象,利用数值模拟与试验相结合的方式,系统化研究附加升程峰值与原机气门升程峰值间隔角、附加升程高度和附加升程持续角对进气状态参数的影响.结果表明:峰值间隔角存在一个临界值,当峰值间隔角小于临界值时,峰值间隔角不影响发动机缸内气体状态参数;当峰值间隔角大于临界值时,进气门关闭角随着峰值间隔角的增大而延迟,进气总管气体质量流量越小,压缩上止点气体温度和压力越低;在附加升程高度不影响进气门关闭角的情况下,附加升程高度的增加能放大发动机缸内气体状态参数的变化率;当附加升程持续角影响进气门关闭角时,附加升程持续角越大进气门关闭角越延迟,发动机进气流量、压缩上止点温度和压力也随着附加升程持续角的增大而减小.

A Deep Learning Estimation Method for Temperature-Induced Girder End Displacements of Suspension Bridges

To improve the accuracy of thermal response estimation and overcome the limitations of the linear regression model and Artificial Neural Network(ANN)model,this study introduces a deep learning estimation method specifically based on the Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)network,to predict temperature-induced girder end displacements of the Dasha Waterway Bridge,a suspension bridge in ***,to enhance data quality and select target sensors,preprocessing based on the sigma rule and nearest neighbor interpolation is applied to the raw ***,to eliminate the high-frequency components from the displacement signal,the wavelet transform is ***,the linear regression model and ANN model are established,whose results do not meet the requirements and fail to address the time lag effect between temperature and *** study proceeds to develop the LSTM network model and determine the optimal parameters through hyperparameter sensitivity ***,the results of the LSTM network model are discussed by a comparative analysis against the linear regression model and ANN model,which indicates a higher accuracy in predicting temperatureinduced girder end displacements and the ability to mitigate the time-lag *** be more specific,in comparison between the linear regression model and LSTM network,the mean square error decreases from 6.5937 to 1.6808 and R2 increases from 0.683 to 0.930,which corresponds to a 74.51%decrease in MSE and a 36.14%improvement in *** to ANN,with an MSE of 4.6371 and an R2 of 0.807,LSTM shows a decrease in MSE of 63.75%and an increase in R2 of 13.23%,demonstrating a significant enhancement in predictive performance.

This study primarily investigates the rock fracture mechanism of bottom cushion layer blasting and explores the effects of the bottom cushion layer on rock *** involves analyses of the evolution patterns of blasting stress,characteristics of crack distribution,and rock fracture features in the ***,blasting model experiments were carried out using the dynamic caustics principle to investigate the influence of bottom cushion layers and initiation methods on the integrity of the bottom rock *** experimental results indicate that the combined use of bottom cushion layers and inverse initiation effectively protects the integrity of the bottom rock ***,the process of stress wave propagation and dynamic crack propagation in rocks was simulated using the continuum-discontinuum element method(CDEM)and the Landau explosion source model,with varying thicknesses of bottom cushion *** numerical simulation results indicate that with increasing cushion thickness,the absorption of energy generated by the explosion becomes more pronounced,resulting in fewer cracks in the bottom rock *** illustrates the positive role of the cushion layer in protecting the integrity of the bottom rock mass.

Multiple sclerosis(MS),which is characterized by inflammatory demyelination in the central nervous system(CNS),is the most common neurological disease in the young adult *** autoimmune encephalomyelitis(EAE),an animal model of MS,is often used in preclinical *** data indicate that in addition to immune cells such as T cells and dendritic cells,CNS resident microglia and astrocytes play important roles in demyelinating neuroinflammation(Healy et al.,2022).In particular,microglia are key immune-competent cells that can respond to environmental *** depletion of transforming growth factor-β-activated kinase 1,a mitogen-associated protein kinase kinase kinase,in microglia is reported to reduce CNS inflammation and diminish axonal and myelin damage *** suggests that elucidating the mechanisms of microglia-specific responses during pathologies may help in the development of treatments that reduce EAE/MS disease severity(Goldmann et al.,2013).
