The brain is a complex network system in which a large number of neurons are widely connected to each other and transmit signals to each *** memory characteristic of memristors makes them suitable for simulating neuronal synapses with *** this paper,a memristor is used to simulate a synapse,a discrete small-world neuronal network is constructed based on Rulkov neurons and its dynamical behavior is *** explore the influence of system parameters on the dynamical behaviors of the discrete small-world network,and the system shows a variety of firing patterns such as spiking firing and triangular burst firing when the neuronal parameterαis *** results of a numerical simulation based on matlab show that the network topology can affect the synchronous firing behavior of the neuronal network,and the higher the reconnection probability and number of the nearest neurons,the more significant the synchronization state of the *** addition,by increasing the coupling strength of memristor synapses,synchronization performance is *** results of this paper can boost research into complex neuronal networks coupled with memristor synapses and further promote the development of neuroscience.

Adhesive hydrogels have been recently proposed as a potential option to seal and treat gastric perforation(GP)which causes high mortality despite advancements in surgical ***,to be effective,the hydrogels must have sufficient tissue adhesiveness,tough mechanical property,tunable biodegradability and ideally are easy to apply and ***,we report an adhesive and resilient hydrogel for the sealing and treatment of gastric *** hydrogel consists of a bioactive,transglutaminase(TG)-crosslinked gelatin network and a dynamic,borate-crosslinked poly-N-[Tris(hydroxymethyl)methyl]acrylamide(PTH)*** hydrogel can be formed in situ,facilitating easy delivery to the GP and allowing for precise sealing of the *** vivo experiments,using a perforated stomach mouse model,shows that the adhesive hydrogel plug effectively seals GP defects and promotes gastric mucosa ***,this hydrogel represents a promising biomaterial for GP treatment.

Inconel 718(IN718)alloy is widely applied to fabricate high temperature resistant or corrosion resistant parts due to its excellent mechanical ***,the machining of IN718 alloy is difficult as it may cause serious tool wear and poor surface quality(SQ)of the *** this work,grinding experiments on IN718 alloy at different speeds were conducted by using a CBN grinding *** relationship between grinding speed,SQ and subsurface damage(SSD)was well *** increasing grinding speed,surface roughness decreased,and SQ was greatly ***,the microhardness of the grinding surface declined as the grinding speed *** SSD depth was almost unchanged when the grinding speed was lower than 15 m/s,then it decreased with higher grinding *** was attributed to the mechanical-thermal synergistic effect in the grinding *** results indicated that increasing grinding speed can effectively improve the SQ and reduce the SSD of IN718 *** conclusion in the work may also provide insight into processing other hard-to-machining materials.

The adaptation of osteosarcoma cells to therapeutic pressure impedes the efficacy of chemotherapy for ***,the characteristics and cellular organization of therapy-resistant cells in osteosarcoma tumors remain ***,we utilized single-cell transcriptomics to systematically map the cell-type-specific gene expression in a chemotherapy-resistant osteosarcoma *** data demonstrated the VEGFR2-JMJD3-abundant subsets as quiescent stem-like cells,thereby establishing the hierarchy of therapy-resistant actively cycling progenitor pools(JMJD3-abundant)in ***2 inhibitor and JMJD3 inhibitor synergistically impeded osteosarcoma cell propagation and tumor *** osteosarcoma cells are predisposed to apoptosis induced by the synergistic therapy through activation of the CHOP pro-apoptotic factor via the endoplasmic reticulum(ER)stress,the stem-like/progenitor cells exhibit an adaptive response,leading to their *** in cellular glutathione levels in stem-like/progenitor cells caused by the treatment with a glutathione synthesis inhibitor increases ER stress-induced ***,the marked therapeutic improvement of synergistic therapy against stem-like/progenitor cells was achieved by using glutathione-scavenging nanoparticles,which can load and release the drug pair ***,our study provides a framework for understanding glutathione signaling as one of the therapeutic vulnerabilities of stem-like/progenitor ***,these findings revealed a promising arsenal by encapsulating glutathione-scavenging nanoparticles with co-targeting VEGFR2 and JMJD3 to eradicate chemotherapy-resistant osteosarcoma.

忆阻器由于具有低功耗、记忆能力和纳米尺寸等特点,是实现人工神经突触的理想器件。为构建简洁、高效、功能全面地联想记忆电路,该文首先提出一种简单的神经元电路和基于压控阈值忆阻器的突触电路。然后根据巴甫洛夫联想记忆模型,设计了相应的联想记忆电路。电路结构简单,仅包含3个神经元电路和突触电路,可有效降低网络复杂度和功耗。尤为重要的是该电路可以模拟全功能的联想记忆行为,不但实现了学习、遗忘、加速学习、减速遗忘以及减速自然遗忘等功能,而且学习速率和自然遗忘速率能够根据学习的次数自动调整,使电路更具仿生性。此外,该电路与艾宾浩斯遗忘曲线相吻合,扩大了电路的适用范围。

为了研究分段线性忆阻系统的簇发振荡及其形成机理,该文在一非自治系统中引入分段线性忆阻器模型与慢变化的周期激励项,建立了一种两时间尺度的4D分段线性忆阻系统。由于分段线性忆阻器模型的引入,系统被非光滑分界面分成不同的子系统。相应子系统控制的名义平衡轨迹的稳定性与非光滑分界面均会影响系统的簇发现象,导致轨迹在非光滑分界面处的突然跃迁与非光滑分岔的产生,从而展现出两种不同机理的簇发模式。利用微分包含定理对分岔机理进行分析,并借助时序图、转换相图等,通过数值仿真与Multisim电路仿真验证了理论分析的正确性,该文对分段线性忆阻系统的动力学行为及应用研究具有重要意义。

In this paper,the principal decomposition of the velocity gradient tensor[∇v]is discussed in 3 cases based on the discriminant∆:∆0 with 3 distinct real eigen values,and∆=0 with 1 or 2 distinct real eigen *** velocity gradient tensor can also be classified as rotation point,which can be decomposed into three parts,i.e.,rotation[R],shear[S]and stretching/compression[SC],and non-rotation point,we defined a new resistance term[L],and the tensor can be decomposed into three parts,i.e.,resistance[L],shear[S]and stretching/compression[SC].Example matric are also displayed to demonstrate the new *** of principal decomposition between 3 different cases,and between Resistance and Liutex will also be discussed.

The biopharmaceutical industry contributes substantially to volatile organic compounds(VOCs)emissions,causing growing concerns and social developmental *** study conducted an on-site investigation of the process-based emission of VOCs from three biopharmaceutical *** the workshops of the three enterprises,26 VOCs were detected,which could be sorted into 4 classes:hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons,oxygen-containing compounds,and nitrogen-containing *** were the main components of waste gases,accounting for 44.13%-77.85%of the overall ***-based source profiles were compiled for each process unit,with the fermentation and extraction units of tiamulin fumarate being the main source of VOC *** heptanone,vinyl acetate,diethylamine,propylene glycol methyl ether(PGME),and benzene were screened as priority pollutants through a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation *** level concentration simulation results of the Gauss plume diffusion model demonstrated that the diffusivity of VOCs in the atmosphere was relatively high,indicating potential non-carcinogenic and carcinogenic risks 1.5-2 km ***,the process-based formation potentials of ozone and secondary organic aerosols(SOAs)were determined and indicated that N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone,dimethyl heptanone,and PGME should be preferentially controlled to reduce the ozone formation potential,whereas the control of benzene and chlorobenzene should be prioritized to reduce the generation of *** results provide a basis for understanding the characteristics of VOC emission by biopharmaceutical industries and their diffusion,potentially allowing the development of measures to reduce health risks and secondary pollution.
