In China pediatric liver transplantation (PLT) has become a safe and standardized procedure. Innovations and measures to further improve long-term survival and quality of life for children should be the next focus. In particular better strategies related to the surgical treatment of high-risk recipients as well as the long-term follow-up of pediatric liver recipients have to be addressed. A particular attention should be given to children presenting significant co-morbidities and those needing retransplantation. A tight multidisciplinary follow-up system addressing both short-and long-term issues of pediatric liver recipients is still a challenge for the Chinese pediatric transplant community.

Dear Editor,This letter deals with the stabilization problem of nonlinear stochastic systems via self-triggered impulsive control(STIC), where the timing of impulsive control actions is not dependent on continuous state monitoring. In contrast to the existing self-triggered control method, novel self-triggered mechanism(STM) is proposed by incorporating a waiting time for stabilizing impulses. This allows for direct prediction of the next impulsive instant.

Background: Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) is the most common complication of herpes zoster infection and affects patients' quality of life. Acupuncture therapy is regarded as a competitive method of treatment for analgesia. Objective: To summarize evidence from systematic reviews(SRs) and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of different acupuncture therapies for treating PHN. Methods: Eight electronic databases were searched from their inception to August 5, 2022, including 4 international electronic databases(PubMed, EMBASE, the Cochrane Library, and Web of Science) and 4 Chinese databases(Chinese Biomedical Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Database and Wanfang Database).Methodological quality was assessed by A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR 2).The Risk of Bias in Systematic Review(ROBIS) tool was used to assess the risk of bias in SRs. Evidence level was assessed by the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation(GRADE)approach. Results: Totally, 7 SRs were included, including 128 studies and 9,792 patients. In AMSTAR 2, most of the SRs were of low or critically low levels since they had more than 1 critical deficiency. In ROBIS, 1 SR(14.29%)was rated as high risk, and the other 6(85.71%) were rated as low risk. In the GRADE system, 9 outcomes(28.13%)were valued as high level, 5(15.63%) as moderate level, 1(3.13%) as low, and 17(53.13%) as very low. In the effectiveness of acupuncture therapy, the group "moxibustion vs. original medical treatment" [mean difference(MD)=–1.44, 95% confidence interval(CI): –1.80 to –1.08, I2=99%, P<0.00001] was of the highest heterogeneity and the group "bloodletting vs. original medical treatment"(MD=–2.80, 95% CI: –3.14 to –2.46, I2=0, P<0.00001)was of the lowest heterogeneity. The technology of solid-state lighting has developed for decades in various ***,as an element part,determines the application domain of lighting *** instance,blue and redemitting phosphors are required in the process of plant supplementing light,arrow-band emitting phosphors are applied to backlight displays,*** this work,a Bi3+-activated blue phosphor was obtained in a symmetrical and co mpact crystal structure of Gd3Sb07（GSO）.Then,the co-doping strategy of alkali metal ions（Li+,Na+,and K+） was used to optimize the *** result shows that the photoluminescence intensity is increased by 2.1 times and 1.3 times respectively by introducing Li+and K+*** only that,it also achieves narrow-band emitting with the full width of half-maximum（FWHM） reaching 42 nm through Na+doping,and its excitation peak position also shifts from 322 to 375 nm,which can be well excited by near-ultraviolet（NUV） light emitting diode（LED） chips（365 nm）.Meanwhile,the electroluminescence spectrum of GSO:0.6 mol%Bi3+,3 wt%Na+matches up to 93.39% of the blue part of the absorption spectrum of chlorophyll *** summary,the Bi3+-activated blue phosphor reported in this work can synchronously meet the requirements of plant light replenishment and field emission displays.

By combining experimental α-decay energies and half-lives, the α-particle preformation factor for nuclei around neutron magic numbers N of 126, 152, and 162 were extracted using the two-potential approach. The nuclei around the shell closure were more tightly bound than adjacent nuclei. Additionally, based on the WS4 mass model (Wang et al., Phys. Lett.B 734, 215 (2014)), we extended the two-potential approach to predict the α-decay half-lives of nuclei around N values of178 and 184 with Z of 119 and 120. We believe that our findings will serve as guidelines for future experimental studies.

AIM:To test the effect of autophagy on inflammatory damage resulting from oxidative stress in adult retinal pigment epithelial cell line(ARPE-19).METHODS:ARPE-19 cells were pretreated with 200 and 600μmol/L hydrogen peroxide(H_(2)O_(2))at various time *** changes of cell morphology,cell viability,reactive oxygen species(ROS)level,autophagic activity,and the inflammatory cytokines(TNFα,IL-6,and TGFβ)were measured at baseline and after treatment with autophagy inducer rapamycin(Rapa)and suppressor wortmannin(Wort)or ***:The levels of ROS,cytokines(TNFα,IL-6,and TGFβ),and autophagic activity were significantly increased in ARPE-19 cells after pretreated with H2O2(all P<0.05)and IL-10 was significantly decreased(P<0.05).By upregulating autophagy,Rapa significantly reduced oxidative stress-induced secretion of pro-inflammatory factors(TNFα and IL-6)and ROS(all P<0.05),yet elevated the production of TGFβ(P<0.05).In contrast,suppression of autophagy through Wort or ATG5 knockdown reduced cell viability,increased cell apoptotic rate,and exacerbated the generation of ROS and inflammatory cytokines(TNFα,IL-6,and TGFβ;all P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Autophagy demonstrates a protective effect on ARPE-19 cell through mitigating oxidative damage and oxidative stress-induced inflammatory *** of autophagy may be a potential way for agerelated macular degeneration.

Rockburst prediction based on multi-featured drilling parameters and extreme tree algorithm for full-section excavated tunnel faces

The suddenness, uncertainty, and randomness of rockbursts directly affect the safety of tunnel construction. The prediction of rockbursts is a fundamental aspect of mitigating or even eliminating rockburst hazards. To address the shortcomings of the current rockburst prediction models, which have a limited number of samples and rely on manual test results as the majority of their input features, this paper proposes rockburst prediction models based on multi-featured drilling parameters of rock drilling jumbo. Firstly, four original drilling parameters, namely hammer pressure (Ph), feed pressure (Pf), rotation pressure (Pr), and feed speed (VP), together with the rockburst grades, were collected from 1093 rockburst cases. Then, a feature expansion investigation was performed based on the four original drilling parameters to establish a drilling parameter feature system and a rockburst prediction database containing 42 features. Furthermore, rockburst prediction models based on multi-featured drilling parameters were developed using the extreme tree (ET) algorithm and Bayesian optimization. The models take drilling parameters as input parameters and rockburst grades as output parameters. The effects of Bayesian optimization and the number of drilling parameter features on the model performance were analyzed using the accuracy, precision, recall and F1 value of the prediction set as the model performance evaluation indices. The results show that the Bayesian optimized model with 42 drilling parameter features as inputs performs best, with an accuracy of 91.89%. Finally, the reliability of the models was validated through field tests.

To elucidate the adsorption characteristics and retention mechanisms of fracturing fluids in diverse clay minerals, we conducted on-line nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) and atomic force microscopy(AFM)experiments. The depth and extent of solid phase damage are determined by the ratio between the size of fine fractions in fracturing fluid residue and the pore-throat size in experiments. Poor physical properties(K 0.5 m D) combined with a scattered distribution of retained fracturing fluid is associated with high gas phase recovery permeability, whereas a continuous sheet-like distribution results in low recovery permeability. The expansive surface area and presence of filamentous illite minerals facilitate the multiple winding and adsorption of fracturing fluids, demonstrating strong hydrogen-bonding, multi-layering and multiple adsorption properties. The geological characteristics of the main gas formations exhibit significant variation, and the severity of damage caused by fracturing fluids occurs in diverse sequences. To address this issue, a differentiated strategy for optimizing fracturing fluids has been proposed.

Tanreqing Injection Inhibits Activation of NLRP3 Inflammasome in Macrophages Infected with Influenza A Virus by Promoting Mitophagy

Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Tanreqing Injection(TRQ) on the activation of nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain-like receptor pyrin domain containing 3(NLRP3) inflammasome in macrophages infected with influenza A virus and the underlying mechanism based on mitophagy pathway. Methods:The inflammatory model of murine macrophage J774A.1 induced by influenza A virus [strain A/Puerto Rico/8/1934(H1N1), PR8] was constructed and treated by TRQ, while the mitochondria-targeted antioxidant Mito-TEMPO and autophagy specific inhibitor 3-methyladenine(3-MA) were used as controls to intensively study the anti-inflammatory mechanism of TRQ based on mitophagy-mitochondrial reactive oxygen species(mt ROS)-NLRP3 inflammasome pathway. The levels of NLRP3, Caspase-1 p20, microtubule-associated protein 1 light chain 3 Ⅱ(LC3Ⅱ) and P62 proteins were measured by Western blot. The release of interleukin-1β(IL-1β) was tested by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay, the mt ROS level was detected by flow cytometry, and the immunofluorescence and co-localization of LC3 and mitochondria were observed under confocal laser scanning microscopy. Results: Similar to the effect of Mito-TEMPO and contrary to the results of 3-MA treatment, TRQ could significantly reduce the expressions of NLRP3, Caspase-1 p20, and autophagy adaptor P62, promote the expression of autophagy marker LC3Ⅱ, enhance the mitochondrial fluorescence intensity, and inhibit the release of mt ROS and IL-1β(all Pming the type of mitophagy. Conclusion: TRQ could reduce the level of mt ROS by promoting mitophagy in macrophages infected with influenza A virus, thus inhibiting the activation of NLRP3 inflammasome and the release of IL-1β, and attenuating the inflammatory response.

打车软件使信息条件下的城市出租车运营特征明显区别于传统巡游模式,为了准确测算出在此信息条件下出租车乘客的等待时间,首先由交通小区实载出租车的到发量关系将各小区划分为饱和、平衡及不饱和小区,然后考虑信息条件对空驶出租车搜索行为的影响以预测出空驶出租车分布矩阵,最终根据出租车的单次空驶时间与乘客单次等待时间守恒关系构建出各小区乘客的平均等待时间模型。在数值实验中,在同一网络里与传统背景下均衡模型对比可知打车软件对不同小区的乘客等待时间影响不同。对于饱和及平衡小区,乘客单次平均等待时间缩短了65%,对于未饱和小区乘客单次平均等待时间增加了23%~58%,同时该区域出租车空驶率降低。计算结果表明：打车软件能增强信息透明度,降低出租车空驶率,对乘客等待时间有一定的影响,可提供对打车软件的引导及管理的决策依据。
