The potential mechanisms of the spreading phenomena uncover the organizations and functions of various ***,due to the lack of valid data,most of early works are limited to the simulated process on model *** this paper,we track and analyze the propagation paths of real spreading events on two social networks:Twitter and *** empirical analysis reveals that the spreading probability and the spreading velocity present the explosive growth within a short period,where the spreading probability measures the transferring likelihood between two neighboring nodes,and the spreading velocity is the growth rate of the information in the whole ***,we observe the asynchronism between the spreading probability and the spreading *** explain the interesting and abnormal issue,we introduce the time-varying spreading probability into the susceptible-infected(SI)and linear threshold(LT)*** the analytic and experimental results reproduce the spreading phenomenon in real networks,which deepens our understandings of spreading problems.

Because it is complex and inconvenient to use the common temperature field calculating method and experiment method, for arialyzing heat transfer properties of laser diode module （LDM）, an equivalent electrical network method is presented in this paper. Two kinds of semi-solid samples of AZ80−0.2Y−0.15Ca(wt.%)(AZ80M)magnesium alloy were prepared by semi-solid isothermal heat treatment of materials with and without equal channel angular pressing(ECAP)*** microstructures of initial and semi-solid treated samples were compared and *** results showed a significant difference in the liquid phase distribution between three-pass ECAP processed(3P)and as-received samples during the isothermal heating *** semi-solid 3P sample showed a more uniform liquid distribution due to its smaller dihedral ***,the coarsening processes of solid grains of as-received and 3P samples were dominated by the coalescence and Ostwald ripening mechanism,*** difference of coarsening processes was mainly related to the proportion of the high-angle grain boundaries in materials,which further affected the evolution behavior of the liquid pools.

Our goal was to establish two new predictive models of prostate cancer to determine whether to require a prostate biopsy when the prostate-specific antigen level is in the diagnostic gray zone.A retrospective analysis of 197 patients undergoing prostate biopsy with prostate-specific antigens between 4 and 10 ng ml^?1 was *** these,47 patients were confirmed to have cancer,while the remaining 150 patients were diagnosed with benign prostate disease after examining biopsy *** multivariate logistic regression models were established including age,prostate volumes,free/total prostate-specific antigen ratio,and prostate-specific antigen density using SPSS 19.0 to obtain the predicted probability and Logit P,and then,two receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curves were drawn to obtain the best cutoff value for prostate biopsy:one for the group of all the prostate cancers and one for the group of clinically significant prostate *** best cutoff value for prostate biopsy was 0.25 from the multivariate logistic regression ROC curve model of all the prostate cancers,which gave a sensitivity of 75.4%and a specificity of 75.8%.The best cutoff value for prostate biopsy was 0.20 from the multivariate logistic regression model of clinically significant prostate cancers,which gave a sensitivity of 76.7%and a specificity of 80.1%.We identified the best cutoff values for prostate biopsy(0.25 for all prostate cancers and 0.20 for clinically significant prostate cancers)to determine whether to require prostate biopsy when the PSA level is in the diagnostic gray zone.

The effects of yttrium(Y)and yttrium+calcium(Y+Ca)additions on the electrochemical properties and discharge performance of the as-extruded Mg−8Al−0.5Zn−0.2Mn(AZ80)anodes for Mg−air batteries were *** results show that the addition of 0.2 wt.%Y increased the corrosion resistance and discharge activity of AZ80 *** was attributed to the fine and sphericalβ-Mg_17)Al_(12) phases dispersing evenly in AZ80+0.2Y alloy,which suppressed the localized corrosion and severe“chunk effect”,and facilitated the rapid activation ofα-*** addition of 0.2 wt.%Y and 0.15 wt.%Ca generated grain refinement and a reduction of theβ-Mg_17)Al_(12) phase,resulting in a further enhancement in discharge ***,the incorporation of Ca in Mg_17)Al_(12) and Al_(2)Y compounds compromised the corrosion resistance and anodic efficiency of AZ80+0.2Y+0.15Ca ***,AZ80+0.2Y anode exhibited excellent overall discharge performance,with the peak discharge capacity and anodic efficiency of 1525 mA·h·g^(−1) and 67%at 80 mA/cm^(2),13%and 14%higher than those of AZ80 anode,respectively.

Compressive sensing technique has been widely applied to achieve range-Doppler reconstruction of high frequency radar by utilizing sparse random stepped-frequency(SRSF) signal, which can suppress the complex electromagnetic interference and greatly reduce the coherent processing interval. An important way to improve the performance of sparse signal reconstruction is to optimize the sensing matrix(SM). However, the existing research on the SM optimization needs to design a measurement matrix with superior performance, which needs a large amount of computation and does not consider the influence of the waveform parameters design. In order to improve the superior reconstruction performance, a novel SM optimization approach for SRSF signal is proposed by using two-dimensional ambiguity function(TDAF) in this paper. Firstly, based on the two-dimensional sparse reconstruction model of the SRSFs, the internal relationship between the waveform parameters and the SM was derived. Secondly, the SM optimization problem was directly transformed into the waveform design of SRSFs. Furthermore, on the basis of analyzing the relationship between the mutual coherence matrix of SM and the TDAF matrix of SRSFs, the purpose of optimizing the SM can be achieved by designing the TDAF of the SRSFs. Based on this analysis, a sparse waveform optimization method with joint constraints of maximum and mean sidelobes of the TDAF by using the genetic algorithm was derived. Compared with the traditional SM optimization method, our method not only avoids generating a new measurement matrix, but also further reduces the complexity of the waveform optimization. Simulation experiments verified the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Waves with the same wave parameters, such as significant wave height and period, but with different wave groupiness factors are simulated, to study the motion behavior of a moored ship under the action of waves with different Groupiness Factors of Height （GFH） and Group Length Factors （GLF）. The numerical results show that both the sway and heave motions increase with an increase in GFH. In contrast, the influence of GLF on the motions of a moored ship is weak.

Objective:This study explores the mechanism of action of Danhongqing formula(DHQ),a compoundbased Chinese medicine formula,in the treatment of cholestatic liver ***:In vivo experiments were conducted using 8-week-old multidrug resistance protein 2 knockout(Mdr2-/-)mice as an animal model of cholestatic liver *** was administered orally for 8 weeks,and its impact on cholestatic liver fibrosis was evaluated by assessing liver function,liver histopathology,and the expression of liver fibrosis-related ***-time polymerase chain reaction,Western blot,immunohistochemistry and other methods were used to observe the effects of DHQ on long non-coding RNA H19(H19)and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)phosphorylation in the liver tissue of Mdr2-/-*** addition,cholangiocytes and hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)were cultured in vitro to measure the effects of bile acids on cholangiocyte injury and H19 *** overexpressing H19 were constructed,and a conditioned medium containing H19 was collected to measure its effects on STAT3 protein expression and cell *** intervention effect of DHQ on these processes was also *** overexpressing H19 were constructed to measure the impact of H19 on cell activation and assess the intervention effect of ***:DHQ alleviated liver injury,ductular reaction,and fibrosis in Mdr2-/-mice,and inhibited H19expression,STAT3 expression and STAT3 *** formula also reduced hydrophobic bile acid-induced cholangiocyte injury and the upregulation of H19,inhibited the activation of HSCs induced by cholangiocyte-derived conditioned medium,and decreased the expression of activation markers in *** overexpression of H19 in a human HSC line confirmed that H19 promoted STAT3 phosphorylation and HSC activation,and DHQ was able to successfully inhibit these ***:DHQ effectively alleviated spontaneous cholestatic liver fibrosis in Md

The subsea production system is a vital equipment for offshore oil and gas production. The control system is one of the most important parts of it. Collecting and processing the signals of subsea sensors is the only way to judge whether the subsea production control system is normal. However, subsea sensors degrade rapidly due to harsh working environments and long service time. This leads to frequent false alarm incidents. A combinatorial reasoning-based abnormal sensor recognition method for subsea production control system is proposed. A combinatorial algorithm is proposed to group sensors. The long short-term memory network(LSTM) is used to establish a single inference model. A counting-based judging method is proposed to identify abnormal sensors. Field data from an offshore platform in the South China Sea is used to demonstrate the effect of the proposed method. The results show that the proposed method can identify the abnormal sensors effectively.
