Inetetamab combined with tegafur as second-line treatment for human epidermal growth factor receptor-2-positive gastric cancer: A case report

BACKGROUND Human epidermal growth factor receptor-2(HER-2)plays a vital role in tumor cell proliferation and ***,the prognosis of HER2-positive gastric cancer is ***,a novel anti-HER2 targeting drug independently developed in China,exhibits more potent antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity than trastuzumab,which is administered as the first-line treatment for HER2-positive gastric cancer in combination with *** this case,the efficacy and safety of inetetamab combined with tegafur was investigated as a second-line treatment for HER2-positive gastric *** SUMMARY A 52-year-old male patient with HER2-positive gastric cancer presented with abdominal distension,poor appetite,and fatigue two years after receiving six cycles of oxaliplatin combined with tegafur as first-line treatment after surgery,followed by tegafur monotherapy for six *** patient was diagnosed with postoperative recurrence of gastric *** received 17 cycles of a combination of inetetamab,an innovative domestically developed anti-HER2 monoclonal antibody,and tegafur chemotherapy as the second-line treatment(inetetamab 200 mg on day 1,every 3 wk combined with tegafur twice daily on days 1–14,every 3 wk).Evaluation of the efficacy of the second-line treatment revealed that the patient achieved a stable condition and progression-free survival of 17 *** tolerated the treatment well without exhibiting any grade 3-4 adverse *** Inetetamab combined with chemotherapy for the treatment of metastatic HER2-positive gastric cancer demonstrates significant survival benefits and acceptable safety.

PAP2(Production of anthocyanin pigment 2)编码MYB转录因子,与bHLH、WD40形成MYB-bHLH-WD40复合体来调控花青素合成。本研究从埃塞俄比亚芥和黑芥中分别克隆出2个和1个PAP2基因拷贝,分别命名为***2、***2、***2,这三个基因均由3个外显子和2个内含子组成,均编码247个氨基酸。基于本研究克隆的PAP2基因序列和已报道的其他芸薹属PAP2基因序列,设计了3对能分别检测A、B、C基因组PAP2基因的引物,通过等位特异PCR可以区分芸薹属禹氏三角中的6个物种PAP2的基因组来源。选取芥菜型油菜B基因组的***2基因构建过表达载体,转化拟南芥,其叶片变紫,表明PAP2基因正调控花青素合成。遮光处理10天后紫叶埃塞俄比亚芥的叶片紫色变淡,花青素含量下降了41.22%。荧光定量PCR和转录组研究表明,遮光处理植株叶片中***2和***2表达量均下降,花青素合成的结构基因查尔酮合成酶基因(CHS)、查尔酮异构酶基因(CHI)、黄烷酮3-羟化酶基因(F3H)、二氢黄酮醇还原酶基因(DFR)、花青素合成酶基因(ANS)、类黄酮3-葡糖基转移酶基因(UFGT)等基因的表达量也下降。本研究完成了对芸薹属植物中埃塞俄比亚芥和黑芥PAP2基因的克隆,并对其进行进化分析。根据本实验中克隆及其他已报道的PAP2基因序列设计等位基因特异性PCR引物,为芸薹属种间杂交后代PAP2基因的基因组传递鉴定提供了分子标记。通过***2基因转拟南芥植株结果表明PAP2基因参与花青素的积累。紫叶埃塞俄比亚芥经遮光处理后,发现BcaPAP2基因及花青素合成结构基因的表达受光照的诱导。本研究在芸薹属中克隆PAP2基因,并初步验证PAP2的功能,为进一步解析芸薹属植物花青素合成的调控机制提供参考。

Enhanced cycle stability of aprotic li-O_(2) batteries based on a self-defensed redox mediator

liBr as a promising redox mediator(RM)has been applied in li-O_(2)batteries to improve oxygen evolution reaction kinetics and reduce ***,the redox shuttle of Br_(3)^-can induce the unexpected reactions and thus cause the degradation of liBr and the corrosion of li anode,resulting in the poor cyclability and the low round-trip ***,MgBr_(2)is firstly employed with dual functions for li-O_(2)batteries,which can serve as a RM and a SEI film-forming *** Br^(–)is beneficial to facilitating the decomposition of li_(2)O_(2)and thus decreasing the ***,a uniform SEI film containing Mg and MgO generates on li anode surface by the in-situ spontaneous reactions of Mg^(2+)and li anode in an O_(2)environment,which can suppress the redox shuttle of Br_(3)^-and improve the interface stability of li anode and *** from these advantages,the cycle life of li-O_(2)battery with MgBr_(2)electrolyte is significantly extended.

The interfacial characteristics of the li metal anode(LMA)play a crucial role in its overall *** various materials being applied to modify the interface,a comprehensive understanding of their specific mechanisms remains to be ***,we have prepared carbon cloth(CC)frameworks with their surfaces modified using ferromagnetic metal/liF heterogeneous films(T^(M)-liF-CC)as the substrate for LMA,which exhibit superior electrochemical *** ferromagnetic Co as a representative example,our study demonstrates that the enhanced performance of Co-liF-CC,compared to bare CC,is attributed to the spinpolarized interface contributed by the Co/liF *** and liF play individual roles in redistributing electrons and li^(+)to promote homogeneous li *** nanoparticles play a crucial role in generating strong surface capacitance by storing electrons in spin-split bands,while liF,with low surface diffusion barriers,ensures fast transportation of li^(+).The Co-liF-CC@li electrodes deliver long lives of 7400 and 3600 h at 1 and 2 mA·cm^(-2)in symmetric cells,respectively;moreover,they enable full batteries with high and durable capacities,particularly when the N/P ratios are low(3.3 or even 1.7).

封严片在航空发动机的密封和减振中起到关键作用。针对某型航空发动机多次发生因封严片硬度低导致的开裂和变形问题,提出了将封严片材料由固溶态GH600材料更换为冷轧态GH5188材料的优化改进方案。试验结果表明,冷轧态GH5188材料封严片在设计许用上限温度条件下保温100h后,硬度依然可保持在350HV以上的较高水平,且即使经历一定的短时超温后,硬度仍能与改进前封严片的硬度相当。提出的优化改进方案效果明显,可以保证封严片长期工作可靠性,具有良好的工程实用价值。

Integrating machine learning and CALPHAD method for exploring low-modulus near-β-Ti alloys

Traditional theoretical and empirical calculation methods can guide the design of β-and metastable β-alloys for bio-titanium. However, it is still difficult to obtain novel near-β-Ti alloys with low modulus. This study developed a method that combines machine learning with calculation of phase diagrams(CALPHAD) to facilitate the design of near-β-Ti alloys. An elastic modulus database of Ti–Nb–Zr–Mo–Ta–Sn system was constructed first, and then three features(the electron to atom ratio, mean absolute deviation of atom mass, and mean electronegativity) were selected as the key factors of modulus by performing a three-step feature selection. With these features, a highly accurate model was built for predicting the modulus of near-β-Ti alloys. To further ensure the accuracy of modulus prediction, machine learning with the elastic constants calculated was leveraged by CALPHAD database. The root mean square error of the well-trained model can be as low as 6.75 GPa. Guided by the prediction of machine learning and CALPHAD, three novel near-β-Ti alloys with elastic modulus below 50 GPa were successfully designed in this study. The best candidate alloy(Ti–26Nb–4Zr–4Sn–1Mo–Ta) exhibits an ultra-low modulus(36.6 GPa) after cold rolling with a thickness reduction of 20%. Our method can greatly save time and resources in the development of novel Ti alloys, and experimental verifications have demonstrated the reliability of this method.

Identification of the ice channel is the basic technology for developing intelligent ships in ice-covered waters,which is important to ensure the safety and economy of *** the Arctic,merchant ships with low ice class often navigate in channels opened up by *** in the ice channel often depends on good maneuverability skills and abundant experience from the captain to a large *** ship may get stuck if steered into ice fields off the *** this circumstance,it is very important to study how to identify the boundary lines of ice channels with a reliable *** this paper,a two-staged ice channel identification method is developed based on image segmentation and corner point *** first stage employs the image segmentation method to extract channel *** the second stage,an intelligent corner regression network is proposed to extract the channel boundary lines from the channel region.A non-intelligent angle-based filtering and clustering method is proposed and compared with corner point regression *** training and evaluation of the segmentation method and corner regression network are carried out on the synthetic and real ice channel *** evaluation results show that the accuracy of the method using the corner point regression network in the second stage is achieved as high as 73.33%on the synthetic ice channel dataset and 70.66%on the real ice channel dataset,and the processing speed can reach up to 14.58frames per second.
