The widespread contamination of soils and aquifers by non-aqueous phase liquids （NAPL）, such as crude oil, poses serious environmental and health hazards globally. Understanding the infiltration characteristics of NAPL in soil is crucial in mitigating or remediating soil contamination. The infiltration characteristics of crude and diesel oils into undisturbed loessal soil cores, collected in polymethyl methacrylate cylindrical columns, were investigated under a constant fluid head （3 era） of either crude oil or diesel oil. The infiltration rate of both crude and diesel oils decreased exponentially as wetting depth increased with time. Soil core size and bulk density both had significant effects on NAPL infiltration through the undisturbed soil cores; a smaller core size or a greater bulk density could reduce oil penetration to depth. Compacting soil in areas susceptible to oil spills may be an effective stratage to reduce contamination. The infiltration of NAPL into soil cores was spatially anisotropic and heterogeneous, thus recording the data at four points on the soil core is a good stratage to improve the accuracy of experimental results. Our results revealed that crude and diesel oils, rather than their components, have a practical value for remediation of contaminated loessal soils.

In this paper, we consider the nonconforming finite element approximations of fourth order elliptic perturbation problems in two dimensions. We present an a posteriori error estimator under certain conditions, and give an h-version adaptive algorithm based on the error estimation. The local behavior of the estimator is analyzed as well. This estimator works for several nonconforming methods, such as the modified Morley method and the modified Zienkiewicz method, and under some assumptions, it is an optimal one. Numerical examples are reported, with a linear stationary Cahn-HiUiard-type equation as a model problem.

Fused ternary CaF_(2)–SiO_(2)–MnO fluxes have been manufactured and applied to join EH36 shipbuilding steel under high heat input submerged arc *** fluxes have been designed to clarify the effect of MnO content in CaF_(2)–SiO_(2)–MnO flux on the impact toughness of the weld metal,with the added amount of MnO from 10 to 50 wt.%at the expense of CaF_(2).With the increase in MnO content,the Charpy impact energy increases first and then decreases,experiencing a maximum value at 30 wt.%*** of the weld metals has also been studied to account for impact toughness *** has been demonstrated that the highest acicular ferrite volume fraction in the weld metal is achieved at 30 wt.%MnO,which is concurrent to the maximum value of Charpy impact *** is believed that the Mn and O content variations in the weld metal contribute synergistically to such an interesting phenomenon.

In this paper, we study the total number of progeny, W, before regenerating of multitype branching process with immigration in random environment. We show that the tail probability of ｜W｜ is of order t-κ as t→∞, with κ some constant. As an application, we prove a stable law for （L-1） random walk in random environment, generalizing the stable law for the nearest random walk in random environment （see ＂Kesten, Kozlov, Spitzer： A limit law for random walk in a random environment. In this paper,we form a method to calculate the probability generating function of the total progeny of multitype branching *** examples,we calculate probability generating function of the total progeny of the multitype branching processes within random walk which could stay at its position and（2-1） random ***,we could give the probability generating functions and the distributions of the first passage time of corresponding random ***,for recurrent random walk which could stay at its position with probability 0 〈 r 〈 1,we show that the tail probability of the first passage time decays as 2/√π（1-r）1/√n= when n →∞.

将Fe-MIL-101通过聚偏二氟乙烯固定在三聚氰胺泡沫(MF)上制备MIL-101@MF复合材料,将其用做枪头固相萃取(PT-SPE)的吸附剂,并结合液相色谱-串联质谱法实现了鸡蛋中酰胺醇类(CAPs)抗生素的高效测定。对MIL-101@MF的形貌、晶体结构和官能团进行了表征,证实了Fe-MIL-101的成功合成并固定在MF上。优化了PT-SPE萃取条件,在多反应监测模式下,以基质标准曲线结合内标法同时测定氯霉素(CAP)、甲砜霉素(TAP)、氟苯尼考(FF)。由于氢键、π-π、静电等相互作用,MIL-101@MF对3种CAPs具有极高的萃取能力,萃取过程小于3 min,材料可重复使用60次。3种CAPs的定量下限为0.1μg/kg,加标回收率为78.2%~108%。采用该方法测定80批次鸡蛋样品,TAP的检出率2.50%,含量为0.21~1.2μg/kg;FF的检出率8.75%,含量为0.47~4.2μg/kg。该方法操作简便、灵敏度高且定量准确,有望应用于动物源性食品中多兽药残留的预处理中,为我国进出口食品安全残留监控提供技术支撑。

Background:Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a liver disorder characterized by the accumulation and degeneration of fat in the liver cells,a condition that may further deteriorate and lead to cirrhosis and liver *** studies showed that metabolic dysfunction can promote NAFLD *** Zhugan Decoction(LGZGD)has therapeutic effects on *** mechanism of LGZGD still remains *** study was to examine the impact of LGZGD on the metabolic processes involved in the development of ***:A mice model of NAFLD was treated with *** therapeutic potential of LGZGD was evaluated by assessing the activity of transaminases,lipids levels of blood,and pathological changes in the liver of the mice model of ***,this study also evaluated the influence of LGZGD on liver inflammation and oxidative ***:The results of untargeted metabolomics analysis showed that LGZGD reduced the disordered lipid metabolism in NAFLD *** improved the oxidative stress and also reduced the levels of pro-inflammatory cytokines in the *** metabolomics analysis of liver samples revealed that LGZGD treatment improved metabolic disorders,including alanine,aspartate,glutamate,glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate *** RT-qPCR and Western blot results showed that LGZGD could regulate the expression of key enzymes in the metabolic pathway of the citrate cycle,including ATP-citrate lyase(ACLY),alanine-glyoxylate aminotransferase-2(AGXT2),phosphatidylethanolamine N-methyltransferase(PEMT),and succinate dehydrogenase(SDH).Conclusion:We found that LGZGD can treat NAFLD by reducing inflammatory responses,inhibiting oxidative stress,regulating alanine,aspartate,glutamate,and glycerophospholipid metabolism,and citrate cycle pathways.
