为推动可再生资源及其低碳沥青材料的研究应用,以香草醛替代部分石油基多元醇制备了生物基水性聚氨酯(BWPU)及其改性乳化沥青(PUA)。采用核磁共振波谱、傅里叶红外光谱、分散与稳定性测试、力学拉伸以及态剪切流变试验(DSR),对生物基水性聚氨酯及其改性乳化沥青的性能进行了评价。结果表明,BWPU具有香草醛封端的预期结构和12.85 MPa的拉伸强度、2055%的断裂拉伸应变,其与基质沥青乳液混合前后均表现出良好的储存稳定性。此外,BWPU的加入使得改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物比基质乳化沥青蒸发残留物具有更高的复模量和更小的相位角,赋予了乳化沥青蒸发残留物优异的弹性性能。

为有效实施建筑领域节能减排,实现双碳目标,以2005-2021年山东省居住建筑运行阶段碳排放数据为研究对象,利用STIRPAT模型对人口数量、人均GDP、人均消费支出、人均可支配收入、城镇化水平、居住建筑面积、单位建筑面积能耗、能源消耗强度和能源结构等影响碳排放的因素进行岭回归分析。结果表明:人口数量、人均GDP、人均消费支出、人均可支配收入、城镇化水平、居住建筑面积、单位建筑面积能耗和能源消耗强度等的增加会促使碳排放量的增加,但能源结构的增加会抑制碳排放量的增加,其中人口数量是影响碳排放的关键因素。据此提出山东省居住建筑节能减排的建议和对策。

The harsh environment in tunnels with high geothermal temperatures and humidity can adversely impact machinery,personnel,and *** main causes of specific problems are the unknown mechanisms of local geothermal formation,inappropriate temperature control measures,and insufficient systematic *** this study,three work sections relating to a high geothermal tunnel are:the tunnel face,middle-of-tunnel section,and outside-oftunnel section.A cooling strategy is proposed to offer technical support in achieving comprehensive cooling,overall as well as for each of the ***,a comprehensive geological survey explores the mechanism and exact location of the heat ***,grouting and centralized drainage measures are used to control the heat release of hot *** ventilation,ice chillers and other applicable measures are used to control the ambient ***,a monitoring and early warning system is established to prevent *** cooling strategy has been applied in the field with good results.

Finely modulated light-induced charge separation and transfer is a central challenge to achieve efficient *** progress has been made in this field,most of the previous research works focused on the separation or migration of photogenerated carriers but did not build a bridge between the *** to realize the strong driving and precise migration of carriers has become the focus of our *** report an ingeniously designed ternary *** NiFe-MOF as the“parent material”,the FeP_(4)/Ni_(x)P_(y)heterojunction is derived in situ while maintaining the frame structure through gas-solid reaction,and finally the Z-type electron transfer is *** Cu_(3)P anchoring spindle matrix,an electron transport tunnel is opened up in Cu_(3)P/FeP_(4)/Ni_(x)P_(y)ternary heterojunction under the action of p-n heterojunction built-in electric field driving and accurate energy band *** strong driving force of the built-in electric field provides an inexhaustible power for the transmission of electrons,and the fine series of electron transmission channels realizes the precise transmission of *** above fine design makes the perfect fit between the built-in electric field and the electron transfer channel,which not only effectively improves the embarrassing situation of insufficient electron driving force of hydrogen evolution reaction in the previous research,but also makes up for the weakening of semi-conductor reduction ability caused by the construction of traditional p-n *** research work provides a new idea for the construction of multiple heterostructures and the design of fine interface engineering in the future.

Synergic catalytic effect between active sites and supports greatly determines the catalytic activity for the aerobic oxidative desulfurization of fuel *** this work,Ni-doped Co-based bimetallic metal-organic framework(CoNi-MOF)is fabricated to disperse N-hydroxyphthalimide(NHPI),in which the whole catalyst provides plentiful synergic catalytic effect to improve the performance of oxidative desulfurization(ODS).As a bimetallic MOF,the second metal Ni doping results in the flower-like morphology and the modification of electronic properties,which ensure the exposure of NHPI and strengthen the synergistic effect of the overall *** with the monometallic Co-MOF and naked NHPI,the NHPI@CoNi-MOF triggers the efficient activation of molecular oxygen and improves the ODS performance without an *** sulfur removal of dibenzothiophene-based model oil reaches 96.4%over the NHPI@CoNi-MOF catalyst in 8 h of ***,the catalytic product of this aerobic ODS reaction is sulfone,which is adsorbed on the catalyst surface due to the difference in *** work provides new insight and strategy for the design of a strong synergic catalytic effect between NHPI and bimetallic supports toward high-activity aerobic ODS materials.

BACKGROUND With the increasing prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),the incidence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis(***)bacteremia has also *** a common affliction of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients,*** infection is associated in these patients with severe sepsis and high *** contrast,*** bacteremia is rarely seen in HIVnegative patients,and *** has never been reported from the blood of patients with liver *** SUMMARY We evaluated a 55-year-old Chinese male patient who had been admitted to the hospital with abdominal distension of unknown cause of one-week duration,accompanied by diarrhea,shortness of breath,and occasional *** on these indicators of abnormal inflammation and fever,we suspected the presence of an *** evidence of microbial infection was not found in routine clinical tests and the patient did not show typical clinical symptoms of infection with ***,next-generation sequencing of blood samples nevertheless demonstrated the presence of ***,which was subsequently isolated from blood samples grown in conventional Bac T/ALERT FA blood culture *** Our findings demonstrate that HIV-negative liver cirrhosis patients can also be infected with ***.

Objective:This study explores the mechanism of action of Danhongqing formula(DHQ),a compoundbased Chinese medicine formula,in the treatment of cholestatic liver ***:In vivo experiments were conducted using 8-week-old multidrug resistance protein 2 knockout(Mdr2-/-)mice as an animal model of cholestatic liver *** was administered orally for 8 weeks,and its impact on cholestatic liver fibrosis was evaluated by assessing liver function,liver histopathology,and the expression of liver fibrosis-related ***-time polymerase chain reaction,Western blot,immunohistochemistry and other methods were used to observe the effects of DHQ on long non-coding RNA H19(H19)and signal transducer and activator of transcription 3(STAT3)phosphorylation in the liver tissue of Mdr2-/-*** addition,cholangiocytes and hepatic stellate cells(HSCs)were cultured in vitro to measure the effects of bile acids on cholangiocyte injury and H19 *** overexpressing H19 were constructed,and a conditioned medium containing H19 was collected to measure its effects on STAT3 protein expression and cell *** intervention effect of DHQ on these processes was also *** overexpressing H19 were constructed to measure the impact of H19 on cell activation and assess the intervention effect of ***:DHQ alleviated liver injury,ductular reaction,and fibrosis in Mdr2-/-mice,and inhibited H19expression,STAT3 expression and STAT3 *** formula also reduced hydrophobic bile acid-induced cholangiocyte injury and the upregulation of H19,inhibited the activation of HSCs induced by cholangiocyte-derived conditioned medium,and decreased the expression of activation markers in *** overexpression of H19 in a human HSC line confirmed that H19 promoted STAT3 phosphorylation and HSC activation,and DHQ was able to successfully inhibit these ***:DHQ effectively alleviated spontaneous cholestatic liver fibrosis in Md

为了深入研究社会资本联合体在老旧小区绿色改造中的行为策略,基于演化博弈理论,从政府干预的角度出发,探讨了社会资本联合体参与老旧小区绿色改造PPP项目的投资策略。通过分析不同投资策略下的稳定性,以及影响企业双方策略选择与演化趋势的原因,揭示了项目中的关键动态。研究表明,在老旧小区绿色改造PPP项目中,社会资本联合体中一方企业的投资策略可能对另一方企业的投资策略产生影响,且企业的主动投资行为受政府调控和激励的影响。研究结果可为政府和企业在老旧小区绿色改造PPP项目中的决策提供参考。
