Microstructural evolution,precipitation behavior,and tensile properties of four experimental Mo-bearing steels were studied to elucidate the effects of Nb and V on microstructural *** results indicated that the microstructure of hot-rolled steels consisted of polygonal ferrite and degenerate pearlite,and the morphology remained same after holding at 600 ℃for *** smallest grain size was obtained in Nb-V-Mo containing steel,followed by Nb-Mo and V-Mo *** was less in the hot-rolled Mo-bearing *** maximum volume fraction of precipitates was obtained in Nb-V-Mo bearing steel,and the Nb-V-Mo complex carbonitrides were highly stable at 600℃.In the Mo-bearing steel,the yield ratio was lowest at room temperature but highest at 600℃,which was attributed to the precipitation of Mo carbides and drag effect of Mo solute on dislocation movement.

The long chain branching(LCB)polyglycolide(PGA)was successfully prepared by the successive reactions of the terminal hydroxyl groups of PGA with triglycidyl isocyanurate(TGIC)and pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA).The influence of LCB produced by functional group reaction on rheological and crystallization behavior was studied and discussed through linear rheology,uniaxial elongation and DSC(differential scanning calorimetry).The much higher viscosity and the more notable strain hardening behavior of modified PGA indicates the LCB with high degree of entanglements are *** melt strength of PGA is finally improved greatly and can make su re that the supercritical CO_(2)foaming can be carried out successfully.

For the basins with debris flow development,its channel terrain exhibits a tortuous shape,which significantly restricts the movement of debris flows and leads to severe erosion effects on the concave ***,this study aims to analyze the shear force of debris flows within the bend *** established the relationship between the shear force and bend curvature through laboratory *** the long-term erosion by debris flows,the curvature radius of bends gradually increases,however,when this increasing trend reaches an equilibrium state with the intensity of debris flow discharge,there will be no significant change in curvature *** general,the activity pattern and discharges of debris flows would remain relatively ***,we can infer the magnitude of debris flow discharges from the terrain parameters of the bend channel.

Due to the high potential risk and many influencing factors of subsea horizontal X-tree installation,to guarantee the successful completion of sea trials of domestic subsea horizontal X-trees,this paper established a modular risk evaluation model based on a fuzzy fault ***,through the analysis of the main process oftree down and combining the Offshore&Onshore Reliability Data(OREDA)failure statistics and the operation procedure and the data provided by the job,the fault tree model of risk analysis of the tree down installation was ***,by introducing the natural language of expert comprehensive evaluation and combining fuzzy principles,quantitative analysis was carried out,and the fuzzy number was used to calculate the failure probability of a basic event and the occurrence probability of a top ***,through a sensitivity analysis of basic events,the basic events of top events significantly affected were determined,and risk control and prevention measures for the corresponding high-risk factors were proposed for subsea horizontal X-tree down installation.

Perovskite solar cells have emerged as a promising technology for renewable energy generation. However, the successful integration of perovskite solar cells with energy storage devices to establish high-efficiency and long-term stable photorechargeable systems remains a persistent challenge. Issues such as electrical mismatch and restricted integration levels contribute to elevated internal resistance, leading to suboptimal overall efficiency (ηoverall) within photorechargeable systems. Additionally, the compatibility of perovskite solar cells with electrolytes from energy storage devices poses another significant concern regarding their stability. To address these limitations, we demonstrate a highly integrated photorechargeable system that combines perovskite solar cells with a solid-state zinc-ion hybrid capacitor using a streamlined process. Our study employs a novel ultraviolet-cured ionogel electrolyte to prevent moisture-induced degradation of the perovskite layer in integrated photorechargeable system, enabling perovskite solar cells to achieve maximum power conversion efficiencies and facilitating the monolithic design of the system with minimal energy loss. By precisely matching voltages between the two modules and leveraging the superior energy storage efficiency, our integrated photorechargeable system achieves a remarkable ηoverallof 10.01%while maintaining excellent cycling stability.

Constructing heterostructures has proved to be a successful strategy to fabricate electrocatalysts with high efficiency for water ***,the structure evolution in alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction lacks investigation and the specific active center remains ***,we take the well-designed Ni_(3)S_(2)@VO_(2) heterostructures as a model to investigate the electrocatalytic activity and the surface reconstruction process of heterostructure catalysts in alkaline *** Ni_(3)S_(2)@VO_(2) heterostructures,with Ni_(3)S_(2) nanorods as the core and VO_(2) nanoflakes as the shell,coupled with the high conductive Ni_(3)S_(2),the hydrophilic VO_(2) and modulated electronic structures at the interfaces,exhibited prominent activity and superior stability at various current ***,the ex-situ characterizations confirmed that the surface reconstruction from Ni_(3)S_(2)@VO_(2) into Ni_(3)S_(2)@amorphous-Ni(OH)_(2) in alkaline media could optimize the water dissociation barrier and exposed large active area,thereby contributing to improved electrocatalytic *** study not only introduces novel high-performance electrocatalysts for hydrogen evolution reaction(HER),but also provides a new avenue for re-examining hetero-structural catalysts in alkaline solutions.

The Cu-exchanged SSZ-13 with the small-pore chabazite framework is considered as a highly efficient catalyst for selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH_(3)(NH_(3)-SCR).In order to further improve the catalytic property,a series of Mn ion-assisted Cu/SSZ-13 powder catalysts were prepared by co-exchange method and stepwise exchange *** is found that the NH_(3)-SCR activity,N_(2) selectivity,hydrothermal stability and sulfur resistance of Cu/SSZ-13 are promoted by introducing a minority of Mn(0.15%to 0.23%(mass))through co-exchange *** results reveal that the Cu,Mn co-exchange enables the higher amounts of Cu^(2+)active sites,the abundant medium strong and strong acid,the optimized ratio of Lewis acid to Brønsted acid etc.,which are required for a good NH_(3)-SCR catalytic property over broad temperature range and under harsh working ***,a monolithic catalyst was prepared by impregnating a cordierite ceramic support into the coating slurry containing the optimized CuMn/SSZ-13 *** diesel engine bench tests show that Cu,Mn co-exchange gives the monolith catalyst a better catalytic property than commercial *** work provides an important guidance for the rational design of secondary-ion-assisted zeolites applied in NH_(3)-SCR.

In this research,a method employing micro-extrusion was designed to produce the micro-scaled barrel-shaped parts with complex geometrical features to study the feasibility of the proposed microforming method and its grain size effect on the formability of the complicated internal features in terms of deformation behavior,material evolution,accuracy of dimensions and final components *** results reveal that the deformation behavior is highly affected by grain size and becomes unpredictable with increased grain *** addition,assembly parameters including feature dimension,tolerance and coaxiality also vary with grain size,and the variation of grain size needs to be accommodated by different assembly types,viz.,clearance fit or transition *** the microstructural evolution aspect,it was identified there were two dead zones and four shear bands,and the formation of these deformation zones was barely affected by the variation in grain *** bulges,cracks,and fracture induced voids were observed on the surface of the final components,tailoring the microstructure of the working material with finer grains could significantly avoid these *** study advances the understanding of forming microparts by extrusion processes and provides guidance for microforming of similar microparts.

Logit prototype learning with active multimodal representation for robust open-set recognition

Robust open-set recognition(OSR) performance has become a prerequisite for pattern recognition systems in real-world applications. However, the existing OSR methods are primarily implemented on the basis of single-modal perception, and their performance is limited when single-modal data fail to provide sufficient descriptions of the objects. Although multimodal data can provide more comprehensive information than single-modal data, the learning of decision boundaries can be affected by the feature representation gap between different modalities. To effectively integrate multimodal data for robust OSR performance, we propose logit prototype learning(LPL) with active multimodal representation. In LPL, the input multimodal data are transformed into the logit space, enabling a direct exploration of intermodal correlations without the impact of scale inconsistency. Then, the fusion weights of each modality are determined using an entropybased uncertainty estimation method. This approach realizes adaptive adjustment of the fusion strategy to provide comprehensive descriptions in the presence of external disturbances. Moreover, the single-modal and multimodal representations are jointly optimized interactively to learn discriminative decision ***, a stepwise recognition rule is employed to reduce the misclassification risk and facilitate the distinction between known and unknown classes. Extensive experiments on three multimodal datasets have been done to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.
