Influence of ash composition on the sintering behavior during pressurized combustion and gasification process

To determine the ash characteristics during fluidized bed combustion and gasification purposes, the investigation of the impacts of chemical composition of Jincheng coal ash on the sintering temperature was conducted. A series of experiments on the sintering behavior at 0.5 MPa was performed using the pressurized pressure-drop technique in the combustion and gasification atmospheres. Meanwhile, the mineral transformations of sintered ash pellets were observed using X-ray diffractometer （XRD） analyzer to better understand the experimental results. In addition, quantitative XRD and field emission scanning electron microscope/energy dispersive X-ray spectrometer （FE-SEM/EDS） analyses of ash samples were used for clarifying the detailed ash melting mechanism. These results show that the addition of Fe203 can obviously reduce the sintering temperatures under gasification atmospheres, and only affect a little the sintering temperature under combustion atmosphere. This may be due to the presence of iron-bearing minerals, which will react with other ash compositions to produce low-melting-point eutectics. The FE-SEM/EDS analyses of ash samples with Fe203 additive show consistent results with the XRD measurements. The CaO and Na20 can reduce the sintering temperatures under both the combustion and gasification atmospheres. This can be also contributed to the formation of low-melting-point eutectics, decreasing the sintering temperature. Moreover, the fluxing minerals, such as magnetite, anhydrite, muscovite, albite and nepheline, contribute mostly to the reduction of the sintering temperature while the feldspar minerals, such as anorthite, gehlenite and sanidine, can react with other minerals to produce low-melting-point eutectics, and thereby reduce the sintering temperatures.

Structure regulating of metal clusters in carbonized metallic organic frameworks for high-efficient microwave absorption via tuning interaction strength between metals and ligands

Facet effects on bimetallic ZnSn hydroxide microcrystals for selective electrochemical CO2 reduction

Employing crystal facets to regulate the catalytic properties in electrocatalytic carbon dioxide reduction reaction（eCO2RR） has been well demonstrated on electrocatalysts containing single metals but rarely explored for bimetallic systems. Here, we synthesize Zn Sn（OH）6（ZSO）microcrystals（MCs） with distinct facets and investigate the facet effects in eCO2RR. Electrochemical studies and in situ Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy（in situ-FTIR） reveal that ZSO MCs produce mainly C1 products of HCOOH and CO. The {111} facet of the ZSO MCS exhibits higher selectivity and faradaic efficiency（FE） than that of the {100} facet over a wide range of potentials（-0.9 V ～-1.3 V versus RHE）. Density Functional Theory（DFT） calculations elucidate that the {111} facet is favorable to the adsorption/activation of CO2molecules,the formation of intermediate in the rate-determining step, and the desorption of C1 products of CO and HCOOH molecules.

LncRNA MEG3 Inhibits the Epithelial-mesenchymal Transition of Bladder Cancer Cells through the Snail/E-cadherin Axis

Disposal of zinc extraction residues via iron ore sintering process:an innovative resource utilization

This paper illustrated the software architecture of our concrete safety expert system. Three advanced technologies are proposed and have been applied to our expert system to greatly improve the intelligent level, which are human computer interaction technology (conceptual model, dialogue management, interface entity and interface construct), intelligent agency user interface (IAUI) and component technology. The important character of the system architecture in our expert system is adapting advanced intelligent interface and scientific integration of various components different from common system architecture of expert system. Especially, in the interface\|friendly multimedia system intelligent interface is required.

Change of probability density distributions of summer temperatures in different climate zones

Extreme events have become increasingly frequent worldwide which are reflected in diverse changes in the shape of the temperature probability density ***,few studies have paid attention to the heterogeneity of temperature at the scale of climate ***,we use the ERA5-land data set to explore interdecadal summer temperature changes and the distribution across different climate zones from 1981 to *** the minimum(Tmin)and maximum(Tmax)temperature of 1982–1991 and 2010–2019,the results imply that Tmin and Tmax in summer maintained a notable upward trend over the past 40 years,especially *** effects of a simple shift toward a warmer climate contributed most to all climate zones,while the standard deviation,skewness and kurtosis had minor effects on extreme temperature except for *** analysis shows that the probability of extreme events in all climate zones is increasing in frequency and intensity,especially Tmin and Tmax in temperate climate *** diverse reasons for climate change can assist us with taking different measures to address extreme climate in distinct climate zones.

Spatiotemporal Prediction of Urban Traffics Based on Deep GNN

Traffic prediction already plays a significant role in applications like traffic planning and urban management,but it is still difficult to capture the highly non-linear and complicated spatiotemporal correlations of traffic *** well as to fulfil both long-termand short-termprediction objectives,a better representation of the temporal dependency and global spatial correlation of traffic data is *** order to do this,the Spatiotemporal Graph Neural Network(S-GNN)is proposed in this research as amethod for traffic *** S-GNN simultaneously accepts various traffic data as inputs and investigates the non-linear correlations between the *** terms of modelling,the road network is initially represented as a spatiotemporal directed graph,with the features of the samples at the time step being captured by a convolution *** order to assign varying attention weights to various adjacent area nodes of the target node,the adjacent areas information of nodes in the road network is then aggregated using a graph *** data is output using a fully connected layer at the *** findings show that S-GNN can improve short-and long-term traffic prediction accuracy to a greater extent;in comparison to the control model,the RMSE of S-GNN is reduced by about 0.571 to 9.288 and the MAE(Mean Absolute Error)by about 0.314 to *** experimental results on two real datasets,Pe MSD7(M)and PEMS-BAY,also support this claim.
