The quantum anomalous Hall effect（QAHE） has unique advantages in topotronic applications, but it is still challenging to realize the QAHE with tunable magnetic and topological properties for building functional devices. Through systematic first-principles calculations, we predict that the in-plane magnetization induced QAHE with Chern numbers C = ±1 and the out-of-plane magnetization induced QAHE with high Chern numbers C = ±3 can be realized in a single material candidate, which is composed of van der Waals（vdW）coupled Bi and MnBi2Te4monolayers. The switching between different phases of QAHE can be controlled in multiple ways, such as applying strain or（weak） magnetic field or twisting the vdW materials. The prediction of an experimentally available material system hosting robust, highly tunable QAHE will stimulate great research interest in the field. Our work opens a new avenue for the realization of tunable QAHE and provides a practical material platform for the development of topological electronics.

The grain boundary(GB)damage of long-term crept HR3C(25Cr–20Ni–Nb–N)austenitic steel with solid solution state was investigated by nanoindentation test accompanied with in-situ electron back-scattered *** corresponding microstructure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron *** show that the increase in nanoindentation hardness at the GBs and triple grain junctions may be related to the dislocation accumulation and carbide growth during the *** M23C6 and dislocations piling-up at the GB accelerate the nucleation and coalescence of creep cavity along the *** nanoindentation hardness in grains varies with orientation of the stress *** orientation difference of neighbor grains may induce local high geometrically necessary dislocation densities and strain gradients near the GB,consequently causing stress concentration and subsequent crack growth at specific GBs.

研究了高超声速飞行器控制通道存在未知环境干扰时的指定时间跟踪控制问题.基于高超声速飞行器的输入输出线性化模型,借助参量Lyapunov方程的一些性质,设计一种光滑、有界的时变高增益控制律.相比于现有的高超声速飞行器有限/固定时间控制方法,该算法不会出现抖振现象,同时收敛时间不依赖于初始状态且可以事先设定.当高超声速飞行器存在未知的有界环境匹配干扰时,该控制器能使高度和速度在指定时间跟踪上参考信号.仿真结果验证了方法的有效性.

目的调查低年资护士工作成长现状,并分析其影响因素,为促进低年资护士工作成长提供理论依据。方法2023年1月-3月,采用一般资料调查表、工作繁荣量表、工作重塑量表对新疆维吾尔自治区3所三级甲等综合医院的450名低年资护士进行调查,采用单因素分析及多元线性回归分析低年资护士工作成长的影响因素。结果共431名低年资护士完成调查。低年资护士工作繁荣量表得分为(35.46±6.74)分。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、文化程度、工作重塑是低年资护士工作成长的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论低年资护士工作成长处于中等水平。护理管理者应加强对低年资护士的良性引导,提供充足的资源支持,提高工作重塑水平以促进低年资护士的工作成长,维持组织发展的稳定性。

目的了解晚期癌症患者预立医疗照护计划参与现状,分析影响因素,为针对性干预提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、中文版预立医疗照护计划参与问卷、家庭支持量表、创伤后成长量表对349例晚期癌症患者进行调查与分析。结果患者中文版预立医疗照护计划参与总分为84.54±23.05;处于行为改变前意识阶段、思考阶段、准备阶段、行动阶段的患者比例依次为36.7%、37.2%、22.3%及3.7%。回归分析显示,文化程度、病程、替别人做过医疗决定、家庭支持、创伤后成长是患者预立医疗照护计划参与的主要影响因素(均P<0.05)。结论晚期癌症患者预立医疗照护计划参与水平处于中等偏下,仅少部分患者处于行为改变准备与行动阶段;应加强文化程度低、病程短、家庭支持及创伤后成长水平较低患者的干预与支持。

This paper is concerned with the problem of global output feedback stabilization in probability for a class of switched stochastic nonlinear systems under arbitrary switchings. The subsystems are assumed to be in output feedback form and driven by white noise. By introducing a common Lyapunov function, the common output feedback controller independent of switching signals is constructed based on the backstepping approach. It is proved that the zero solution of the closed-loop system is fourth-moment exponentially stable. An example is given to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.

通过Ga、In和Sn低熔点合金元素改性,成功制备了高负电位高活化Al-Ga-In-Sn-Si合金阳极,通过材料表征和电化学测试研究了Al-Ga-In-Sn-Si合金的腐蚀行为和电化学性能,并与碳纤维刷-石墨烯-铂(Pt-G@CFB)催化阴极搭建了海水溶解氧电池,考察了室内静态海水环境和实际海洋环境下电池不同恒电阻的长周期放电性能。结果表明,Al-Ga-In-Sn-Si合金的自腐蚀电位为-1.613 V(***/AgCl),自腐蚀电流密度为1.431 mA/cm^(2)。随着负载电阻的增加,电池电压上升,在室内静态和实海动态海水中2000Ω的负载下海水溶解氧电池平均放电电压最高,分别为1.73和1.78 V,在1000Ω的负载下平均能量密度最大,分别为549.85和653.44 Wh/kg。

激光聚变研究中,冲击波调控技术是实现靶丸压缩过程的熵增调谐,保证高性能内爆的关键实验技术.本文在十万焦耳激光装置上首次实现了0.375 mm半径小尺度内爆靶丸下双台阶辐射驱动的高精度冲击波调控实验测量.针对小靶丸下任意反射面速度干涉仪(VISAR)诊断有效反射区域不足的问题,通过建立的球形反射面VISAR图像光强的理论计算方法,提出了利用锁孔(keyhole)锥反射效应提升VISAR诊断空间区域的实验技术路线,使得小靶丸尺度下有效VISAR数据区域提升了近3倍.在实验中首次获得了整形内爆实验条件下低温液氘靶的冲击波测量实验数据,实现了高精度冲击波调控实验测量.实验发现,小时空尺度内爆设计条件下,由于反射冲击波的作用,激光参数的较小偏差都会对冲击波追赶后的传输行为产生显著影响,揭示了我国当前小靶丸尺度下高性能整形内爆物理过程中冲击波传输的多因素敏感性,以及冲击波调控实验对于内爆设计验证的重要性.本文提出的小靶丸冲击波调控实验技术,不仅为我国十万焦耳激光装置上整形脉冲下熵增调谐实验的开展提供了技术基础,也对基于球汇聚压缩的超高压物理研究具有重要意义.
