Due to the lack of accurate data and complex parameterization,the prediction of groundwater depth is a chal-lenge for numerical *** learning can effectively solve this issue and has been proven useful in the prediction of groundwater depth in many *** this study,two new models are applied to the prediction of groundwater depth in the Ningxia area,*** two models combine the improved dung beetle optimizer(DBO)algorithm with two deep learning models:The Multi-head Attention-Convolution Neural Network-Long Short Term Memory networks(MH-CNN-LSTM)and the Multi-head Attention-Convolution Neural Network-Gated Recurrent Unit(MH-CNN-GRU).The models with DBO show better prediction performance,with larger R(correlation coefficient),RPD(residual prediction deviation),and lower RMSE(root-mean-square error).Com-pared with the models with the original DBO,the R and RPD of models with the improved DBO increase by over 1.5%,and the RMSE decreases by over 1.8%,indicating better prediction *** addition,compared with the multiple linear regression model,a traditional statistical model,deep learning models have better prediction performance.

Effect of Prestrain on Microstructures and Properties of Si-Al-Mn TRIP Steel Sheet With Niobium

Paint baking treatment was carried out in a silicon oil bath at 170℃ for 20 min for Si-Al-Mn TRIP Steel sheet with different prestrains, and effect of prestrain on microstructures and properties was studied before and after baking. The results show that with the increasing of prestrain amount during prestraining and baking, the volume fraction of retained austenite decreases, and the volume fraction of martensite and bainite increases as well as yield strength increases; as prestrain ranges from 0 to 4%, the baking-hardening （BH） value increases; while the prestrain ranges from 4% to 16%, the BH value decreases; when the prestrain amount is 4%, the highest BH value is about 70 MPa for Si-Al-Mn TRIP steel sheet with niobium, which displays excellent baking-hardening behavior.

Passive activity enhances residual control ability in patients with complete spinal cord injury

Patients with complete spinal cord injury retain the potential for volitional muscle activity in muscles located below the spinal injury ***,because of prolonged inactivity,initial attempts to activate these muscles may not effectively engage any of the remaining neurons in the descending pathway.A previous study unexpectedly found that a brief clinical round of passive activity significantly increased volitional muscle activation,as measured by surface *** this study,we further explored the effect of passive activity on surface electromyographic signals during volitional control tasks among individuals with complete spinal cord *** patients with chronic complete thoracic spinal cord injury were *** electromyography data from eight major leg muscles were acquired and compared before and after the passive activity *** results indicated that the passive activity led to an increased number of activated volitional muscles and an increased frequency of *** the cumulative root mean square of surface electromyography amplitude for volitional control of movement showed a slight increase after passive activity,the difference was not statistically *** findings suggest that brief passive activity may enhance the ability to initiate volitional muscle activity during surface electromyography tasks and underscore the potential of passive activity for improving residual motor control among patients with motor complete spinal cord injury.

A robust visual SLAM system in dynamic man-made environments

This paper presents a robust visual simultaneous localization and mapping(SLAM) system that leverages point and structural line features in dynamic man-made environments. Manhanttan world assumption is considered and the structural line features in such man-made environments provide rich geometric constraint, e.g., parallelism. Such a geometric constraint can be therefore used to rectify 3 D maplines after initialization. To cope with dynamic scenarios, the proposed system are divided into four main threads including 2 D dynamic object tracking, visual odometry, local mapping and loop closing. The 2 D tracker is responsible to track the object and capture the moving object in bounding boxes. In such a case, the dynamic background can be excluded and the outlier point and line features can be effectively removed. To parameterize 3 D lines, we use Pl ¨ucker line coordinates in initialization and projection processes, and utilize the orthonormal representation in unconstrained graph optimization process. The proposed system has been evaluated in both benchmark datasets and real-world scenarios, which reveals a more robust performance in most of the experiments compared with the existing state-of-the-art methods.

Peripheral nerve injury is a common neurological condition that often leads to severe functional limitations and *** on the pathogenesis of peripheral nerve injury has focused on pathological changes at individual injury sites,neglecting multilevel pathological analysis of the overall nervous system and target *** has led to restrictions on current therapeutic *** this paper,we first summarize the potential mechanisms of peripheral nerve injury from a holistic perspective,covering the central nervous system,peripheral nervous system,and target *** peripheral nerve injury,the cortical plasticity of the brain is altered due to damage to and regeneration of peripheral nerves;changes such as neuronal apoptosis and axonal demyelination occur in the spinal *** nerve will undergo axonal regeneration,activation of Schwann cells,inflammatory response,and vascular system regeneration at the injury *** damage to target organs can occur,including skeletal muscle atrophy and sensory receptor *** then provide a brief review of the research advances in therapeutic approaches to peripheral nerve *** main current treatments are conducted passively and include physical factor rehabilitation,pharmacological treatments,cell-based therapies,and physical ***,most treatments only partially address the problem and cannot complete the systematic recovery of the entire central nervous system-peripheral nervous system-target organ ***,we should further explore multilevel treatment options that produce effective,long-lasting results,perhaps requiring a combination of passive(traditional)and active(novel)treatment methods to stimulate rehabilitation at the central-peripheral-target organ levels to achieve better functional recovery.

MoS_(2)Lubricate‑Toughened MXene/ANF Composites for Multifunctional Electromagnetic Interference Shielding

The design and fabrication of high toughness electromagnetic interference(EMI)shielding composite films with diminished reflection are an imperative task to solve electromagnetic pollution *** MXene/ANF(aramid nanofibers)–MoS_(2)composite films with nacre-like layered structure here are fabricated after the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF composite *** introduction of MoS_(2)fulfills an impressive“kill three birds with one stone”improvement effect:lubrication toughening mechanical performance,reduction in secondary reflection pollution of electromagnetic wave,and improvement in the performance of photothermal *** the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 50:50),the strain to failure and tensile strength increase from 22.1±1.7%and 105.7±6.4 MPa and to 25.8±0.7%and 167.3±9.1 MPa,*** toughness elevates from 13.0±4.1 to 26.3±0.8 MJ m^(−3)(~102.3%)*** the reflection shielding effectiveness(SE_(R))of MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 50:50)decreases~10.8%.EMI shielding effectiveness(EMI SE)elevates to 41.0 dB(8.2–12.4 GHz);After the introduction of MoS_(2)into binary MXene/ANF(mass ratio of 60:40),the strain to failure increases from 18.3±1.9%to 28.1±0.7%(~53.5%),the SE_(R)decreases~22.2%,and the corresponding EMI SE is 43.9 *** MoS_(2)also leads to a more efficient photothermal conversion performance(~45 to~55℃).Additionally,MXene/ANF–MoS_(2)composite films exhibit excellent electric heating performance,quick temperature elevation(15 s),excellent cycle stability(2,2.5,and 3 V),and long-term stability(2520 s).Combining with excellent mechanical performance with high MXene content,electric heating performance,and photothermal conversion performance,EMI shielding ternary MXene/ANF–MoS_(2)composite films could be applied in many industrial *** work broadens how to achieve a balance between mechanical properties and versatility of composites in the case of high-function fillers.

Effects of Temperature and Strain Rate on Flow Behavior and Microstructural Evolution of Super Duplex Stainless Steel under Hot Deformation

Hot compression tests were carried out in the temperature range of 1 223-1 473 Kand strain rate range of0.01-30s^-1 to investigate the flow behavior and microstructural evolution of super duplex stainless steel 2507（SDSS2507）.It is found that most of the flow curves exhibit a characteristic of dynamic recrystallization（DRX）and the flow stress increases with the decrease of temperature and the increase of strain *** apparent activation energy Qof SDSS2507 with varying true strain and strain rate is *** the strain increases,the value of Qdeclines in different ways with varying strain *** microstructural evolution characteristics and the strain partition between the two constituent phases are significantly affected by the Zener-Hollomon parameter（Z）.At a lower lnZ,dynamic recovery（DRV）and continuous dynamic recrystallization（CDRX）of the ferrite dominate the softening mechanism during the *** this time,steady state deformation takes place at the last stage of *** contrast,a higher lnZ will facilitate the plastic deformation of the austenite and then activate the discontinuous dynamic recrystallization（DDRX）of the austenite,which leads to a continuous decline of the flow stress even at the last deformation stage together with CDRX of the ferrite.
