Metal complexes hold significant promise in tumor diagnosis and ***,their potential applications in photodynamic therapy(PDT)are hindered by issues such as poor photostability,low yield of reactive oxygen species(ROS),and aggregation-induced ROS *** address these challenges,we present a molecular self-assembly strategy utilizing aggregation-induced emission(AIE)conjugates for metal *** a proof of concept,we synthesized a mitochondrial-targeting cyclometalated Ir(Ⅲ)photosensitizer *** approach significantly enhances the photodynamic effect while mitigating the dark toxicity associated with AIE ***-TPE readily self-assembles into nanoaggregates in aqueous solution,leading to a significant production of ROS upon light *** Ir-TPE triggers multiple modes of death by excessively accumulating ROS in the mitochondria,resulting in mitochondrial DNA *** damage can lead to ferroptosis and autophagy,two forms of cell death that are highly cytotoxic to cancer *** aggregation-enhanced photodynamic effect of Ir-TPE significantly enhances the production of ROS,leading to a more pronounced cytotoxic *** vitro and in vivo experiments demonstrate this aggregation-enhanced PDT approach achieves effective in situ tumor *** study not only addresses the limitations of metal complexes in terms of low ROS production due to aggregation but also highlights the potential of this strategy for enhancing ROS production in PDT.

Up to now, numerous emerging methods of cancer treatment including chemodynamic therapy, photothermal therapy, photodynamic therapy, sonodynamic therapy, immunotherapy and chemotherapy have rapidly entered a new stage of development. However, the single treatment mode is often constrained by the complex tumor microenvironment. Recently, the nanomaterials and nanomedicine have emerged as promising avenues to overcome the limitation in cancer theranostics. Especially, metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) have gained considerable interests in cancer therapy because of their customizable morphologies, easy functionalization, large specific surface area, and good biocompatibility. Among these MOFs, iron-based MOFs (Fe-MOFs) are particularly promising for cancer treatment due to their properties as nano-photosensitizers, peroxidase-like activity, bioimaging contrast capabilities, and *** their structural regularity and synthetic tunability, Fe-MOFs can be engineered to incorporate organic molecules or other inorganic nanoparticles, thereby creating multifunctional nanoplatforms for single or combined theranostic modes. Herein, the minireview focuses on the recent advancements of the Fe-MOFs-based nanoplatforms for self-enhanced imaging and treatment at tumor sites. Furthermore,the clinical research development of Fe-MOFs-based nanoplatforms is discussed, addressing key challenges and innovations for the future. Our review aims to provide novice researchers with a foundational understanding of advanced cancer theranostic modes and promote their clinical applications through the modification of Fe-MOFs.

Tomato is a model system for studying fleshy fruit *** fertilization,cell division and expansion in the pericarp are crucial for fruit development and determine the final fruit ***3 was found to be expressed in the tomato ovary wall/pericarp of zero to two days post-anthesis fruits as a KNOX I class member,but its function in fruit development was ***,we found that mutations of TKN3 by CRISPR/Cas9 caused fruit developmental defects,and fruit weight was dramatically reduced in the tkn3cr *** observation of fruit pericarps revealed that mutation of TKN3 repressed cell expansion after fertilization,leading to flattened cells in the mesocarp and thereby thinner pericarps in red ***,tkn3cr mutants also displayed pleiotropic phenotypes including enlarged leaves and floral organs,indicating conserved functions in meristem maintenance and leaf *** two-hybrid and BiFC assays further showed that TKN3 could interact with Solyc10g086640(a homolog of Arabidopsis PNY),which has a similar expression pattern as ***-wide identification of genes regulated by TKN3 indicated that the auxin and gibberellin(GA)pathways might mediate the function of *** works revealed that TKN3 controls cell expansion in pericarps,and provides new insights into the roles of KNOX proteins in fruit development.

Diamond-like （DL） structure facilitates optimal superposition of the second-order polarizability in tetrahedra,rendering it a widely adopted template for nonlinear optical （NLO） *** phosphides,serving as potential employers for infrared（IR） NLO materials,have persisted in an underdeveloped state for a considerable duration due to the difficulty of *** this work,we strategically opted for the[Sr4Br]tetrahedra and[Ba2Sr4Br2]∞chain as polycations,leading to the successful formation of two novel salt-inclusion phosphides featuring DL anionic frameworks:[Ba2Sr4Br2][Sr4Br][In5Si31P52]（1） and[Sr4Br][In2Si11P19]（2）.Both phosphides exhibit the remarkable structural characteristics of T3-supertetrahedra,which is rarely observed in IR nonlinear optical （NLO） ***,a tenfold enhancement in the intensity of phase-matching secondharmonic generation （SHG） is observed in phosphide 2 （2.1×AgGaS2） compared to that in 1 （0.2×AgGaS2）,which can potentially be attributed to the significant distinct distorted degrees and stacking methods demonstrated by[InP4],[SiP4]and[In/SiP4]tetrahedra impacted by ***,both phosphides 1 and 2 display moderate optical bandgaps （1.70 and1.87 eV）,large laser-induced damage thresholds （LIDT,6.0 and 5.0×AGS@2090 nm）,and excellent infrared *** present study provides a novel avenue for the flourishing development of diamond-like structures and salt-inclusion phosphides.

The Scheimpflug imaging in the air can increase the depth-of-view and has been well studied with an accurate Scheimpflug imaging ***,there is no corresponding underwater light-sheet Scheimpflug(ULSS)imaging *** a result,imaging accuracy cannot be ensured in the design phase,which mainly relies on the *** this paper,the ULSS imaging model is firstly established,which gives the relationship between the pixel number and target distance,as well as that between the target distance and range resolution.A new experimental bracket and an underwater Scheimflug imaging lens were designed and *** on this new device,several experiments were carried out in a pool to study the range resolution of this ULSS LiDAR,by which the correctness of the imaging model was *** also shows that the newly designed ULSS LiDAR can achieve a millimeter-level resolution within 8 m.

Exploring high-efficiency and broadband microwave absorption(MA)materials with corrosion resistance and low cost is ur-gently needed for wide practical ***,the natural porous attapulgite(ATP)nanorods embedded with TiO_(2)and polyaniline(PANI)nanoparticles are synthesized via heterogeneous precipitation and in-situ *** obtained PANI-TiO_(2)-ATP one-di-mensional(1D)nanostructures can intertwine into three-dimensional(3D)conductive network,which favors energy *** min-imum reflection loss(RL_(min))of the PANI-TiO_(2)-ATP coating(20wt%)reaches-49.36 dB at 9.53 GHz,and the effective absorption band-width(EAB)can reach 6.53 GHz with a thickness of 2.1 *** excellent MA properties are attributed to interfacial polarization,mul-tiple loss mechanisms,and good impedance matching induced by the synergistic effect of PANI-TiO_(2)nanoparticle shells and ATP *** addition,salt spray and Tafel polarization curve tests reveal that the PANI-TiO_(2)-ATP coating shows outstanding corrosion resist-ance *** study provides a low-cost and high-efficiency strategy for constructing 1D nanonetwork composites for MA and corrosion resistance applications using natural porous ATP nanorods as carriers.

Preparation of Co/S co-doped carbon catalysts for excellent methylene blue degradation

S and Co co-doped carbon catalysts were prepared via pyrolysis of MOF-71 and thiourea mixtures at 800℃at a mass ratio of MOF-71 to thiourea of 1:0.1 to effectively activate peroxymonosulfate(PMS)for methylene blue(MB)*** effects of two different mixing routes were identified on the MB degradation ***,the catalyst obtained by the alcohol solvent evaporation(MOF-AEP)mixing route could degrade 95.60%MB(50 mg/L)within 4 min(degradation rate:K=0.78 min^(-1)),which was faster than that derived from the direct grinding method(MOF-DGP,80.97%,K=0.39 min^(-1)).X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy revealed that the Co-S content of MOF-AEP(43.39at%)was less than that of MOF-DGP(54.73at%),and the proportion of C-S-C in MOF-AEP(13.56at%)was higher than that of MOF-DGP(10.67at%).Density functional theory calculations revealed that the adsorption energy of Co for PMS was -2.94 eV when sulfur was doped as C-S-C on the carbon skeleton,which was higher than that when sulfur was doped next to cobalt in the form of Co-S bond(-2.86 eV).Thus,the C-S-C sites might provide more contributions to activate PMS compared with ***,the degradation parameters,including pH and MOF-AEP dosage,were ***,radical quenching experiments and electron paramagnetic resonance(EPR)measurements revealed that ^(1)O_(2)might be the primary catalytic species,whereas·O~(2-)might be the secondary one in degrading MB.

The role of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in food， medicine， and agriculture is gaining significant attention. This comprehensive review delves into the biosynthetic pathways， regulatory and bioactivity profiles， and prospects of VOCs， encompassing a spectrum from volatile terpenoids to phenolics， aldehydes， ketones， and acids. We commence with an exploration of the diverse biosynthetic routes of VOCs， focusing on the methylerythritol phosphate， mevalonate， and phenylpropanoid pathways and elucidating the key enzymes and intermediates. Subsequently， we examine the bioactivity of VOCs， highlighting their antibacterial， anticancer， anti-inflammatory， antioxidative， anthelmintic， and anti-mood disorder properties， and discuss their potential applications in the food， medicinal， and agricultural fields. This review highlights the need for future studies to focus on regulating the biosynthesis of VOCs， unraveling their bioactivity， and developing efficient synthetic and extraction methods to enable sustainable advancements in related fields.
