Optimal proportioning of iron ore in sintering process based on improved multi-objective beluga whale optimisation algorithm

Proportioning is an important part of sintering,as it affects the cost of sintering and the quality of sintered *** address the problems posed by the complex raw material information and numerous constraints in the sintering process,a multi-objective optimisation model for sintering proportioning was established,which takes the proportioning cost and TFe as the optimisation ***,an improved multi-objective beluga whale optimisation(IMOBWO)algorithm was proposed to solve the nonlinear,multi-constrained multi-objective optimisation *** algorithm uses the con-strained non-dominance criterion to deal with the constraint problem in the ***,the algorithm employs an opposite learning strategy and a population guidance mechanism based on angular competition and two-population competition strategy to enhance convergence and population *** actual proportioning of a steel plant indicates that the IMOBWO algorithm applied to the ore proportioning process has good convergence and obtains the uniformly distributed Pareto ***,compared with the actual proportioning scheme,the proportioning cost is reduced by 4.3361¥/t,and the TFe content in the mixture is increased by 0.0367%in the optimal compromise ***,the proposed method effectively balances the cost and total iron,facilitating the comprehensive utilisation of sintered iron ore resources while ensuring quality assurance.

＜正＞ Naloxone （1） is one of the 14-hydroxyl substituted opium antagonists which are valuable medications for treatment of opiate abuse, opiate overdose, and alcohol addiction. Here, the total synthesis of naloxone was described. We selected 2,6-dihydroxynaphalene （2） as the starting material. Through a serious of the reactions, the important intermediate codeine 24 was synthesized. As the following, morphine （25） was got by demethylation of codeine. And then, morphine, selectively protected as the 3-t-butyldimethylsilyl （TBDMS） derivative （26）, was dissolved in reagent grade chloroform and the solution stirred at room temperature with commercially available active manganese

Enhanced hydrogen evolution performance by 3D ordered macroporous Ru-CoP@NC electrocatalysts

Electrocatalytic water splitting coupled with sustainable energies is identified as an environmentally friendly and renewable strategy to generate high-quality hydrogen for the fuel ***,the main challenge is to develop high performance,low cost and chemically stable electrocatalysts to decline the energy barriers and enhance the sluggish kinetics of hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Herein,a three-dimensional hierarchically ordered macroporous Ru-CoP@NC electrocatalyst(3DOM Ru-CoP@NC)derived from ordered macro-microporous metal-organic frameworks has been prepared using the precursor@template and double-solvent *** prepared 3DOM Ru-CoP@NC catalyst exhibits an overpotential of 15 mV(j=10 mA·cm^(-2))and a reaction Tafel slope of 38 mV·dec^(-1)in alkaline electrolyte,which are superior to commercial Pt@C ***,the overpotential and reaction Tafel slope of this catalyst in acidic media are 45 mV and 50 mV·dec^(-1),*** outstanding HER activities of 3DOM Ru-CoP@NC catalysts are ascribed to the 3D highly interconnectedreticular nanospaces that can increase effective reaction active *** N dope d carbon framework improves the electronic properties and ***,the strong interaction of Ru and CoP nanoparticles also boosts the HER *** results indicate that 3DOM Ru-CoP@NC catalysts with high catalytic activities have a broad application prospect in the future.

Identifying pathogenetic variants and inferring their impact on protein-protein interactions sheds light on their functional consequences on *** by the availability of experimental data on the consequences of protein interaction,most existing methods focus on building models to predict changes in protein binding ***,we introduced MIPPI,an end-to-end,interpretable transformer-based deep learning model that learns features directly from sequences by leveraging the interaction data from *** was specifically trained to determine the types of variant impact(increasing,decreasing,disrupting,and no effect)on protein-protein *** demonstrate the accuracy of MIPPI and provide interpretation through the analysis of learned attention weights,which exhibit correlations with the amino acids interacting with the ***,we showed the practicality of MIPPI in prioritizing de novo mutations associated with complex neurodevelopmental disorders and the potential to determine the pathogenic and driving ***,we experimentally validated the functional impact of several variants identified in patients with such ***,MIPPI emerges as a versatile,robust,and interpretable model,capable of effectively predicting mutation impacts on protein-protein interactions and facilitating the discovery of clinically actionable variants.

Synergistic effects of chemical additives and mature compost on reducing H_2S emission during kitchen waste composting

Additives could improve composting performance and reduce gaseous emission,but few studies have explored the synergistic of additives on H_(2)S emission and compost *** research aims to make an investigation about the effects of chemical additives and mature compost on H_(2)S emission and compost maturity of kitchen waste *** results showed that additives increased the germination index value and H_(2)S emission reduction over 15 days and the treatment with both chemical additives and mature compost achieved highest germination index value and H_(2)S emission reduction(85%).Except for the treatment with only chemical additives,the total sulfur content increased during the kitchen waste *** proportion of effective sulfur was higher with the addition of chemical additives,compared with other *** relative abundance of H_(2)S-formation bacterial(Desulfovibrio)was reduced and the relative abundance of bacterial(Pseudomonas and Paracoccus),which could convert sulfur-containing substances and H_(2)S to sulfate was improved with *** the composting process with both chemical additives and mature compost,the relative abundance of Desulfovibrio was lowest,while the relative abundance of Pseudomonas and Paracoccus was *** together,the chemical additives and mature compost achieved H_(2)S emission reduction by regulating the dynamics of microbial community.

Bragg filters are of essential importance for chip-scale photonic ***,the implementation of filters with sub-nanometer bandwidth and rejection beyond 70 dB is hindered by the high index contrast of the siliconon-insulator platform,which makes filters prone to fabrication *** this paper,we propose to combine coherency-broken cascading architecture and cladding modulation to circumvent the intrinsic *** cascading architecture effectively prevents the accumulation of phase errors,while the cladding modulation offers additional design freedom to reduce the coupling coefficient.A bimodal Bragg filter with a testingequipment-limited rejection level of 74 dB and a 40 dB bandwidth of 0.44 nm is experimentally *** minimum feature size is 90 nm,which significantly relieves the fabrication constraints.

目的评价基于机器学习的可摘局部义齿基牙选择模型的合理性。方法选取2019-10-01至2020-05-01于北京大学口腔医院特诊科就诊的50例牙列缺损患者的临床和影像学资料进行回顾性分析,共计单颌牙列缺损模型74个,记录其Kennedy分类情况。将所有患者的曲面体层片和口腔状况信息录入至基于机器学习的可摘局部义齿基牙选择模型中,由专家小组按照统一评价标准对其结果进行基牙牙周状况、牙体牙髓状况、数目、位置、分布5个项目的合理性评价。结果Kennedy第一类、第二类、第三类、第四类牙列缺损模型分别占37.8%(28/74)、44.6%(33/74)、12.2%(9/74)、5.4%(4/74)。在基牙牙周状况、牙体牙髓状况、数目、位置、分布5个项目中,评价为合理的依次占87.8%(65/74)、90.5%(67/74)、91.9%(68/74)、78.3%(58/74)、82.4%(61/74),评价为基本合理的依次占10.8%(8/74)、6.8%(5/74)、5.4%(4/74)、14.9%(11/74)、8.1%(6/74),评价为不合理的占比均<10%。在基牙位置和基牙分布2个项目中,不同Kennedy分类的牙列缺损模型基牙选择的合理性评价的结果比较,差异有统计学意义(H值分别为10.191、11.554,均P<0.05),其中Kennedy第四类牙列缺损模型基牙选择结果为不合理的占比较高。结论基于机器学习的可摘局部义齿基牙选择模型在临床应用于不同Kennedy分类的牙列缺损模型中具有较好的合理性,可作为临床决策的参考。

Hydrogen acquisition from solar energy is an effective way to address energy crisis,which makes the development of efficient photocatalysts become the main direction of scientific ***,cobalt phthalocyanine/oxygen-doped g-C_(3)N_(4)(CoPc/OCN) S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst was designed by coupling multi-step calcination with solvothermal method for enhanced photothermal-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) *** multistep calcined g-C_(3)N_(4) is easier for O-doping formation,and the ethanol solvothermal strategy is utilized to enhance the dispersion of CoPc on OCN nano sheet surface and forms sufficient S-scheme heterojunction through *** addition,the active sites and excellent photothermal properties of CoPc itself further improve the integrated photocatalytic activity of CoPc/OCN S-scheme *** optimal photocatalytic hydrogen evolution rate of CoPc/OCN S-scheme heterojunction photocatalyst reached 9.56 mmol·g^(-1)·h^(-1),which is 2.69 and 1.23 times higher than that of CN and OCN,*** work provides a valuable design idea and scheme for enhancing the multi-factor co-assisted photocatalytic H_(2) evolution performance.

为获得选区激光熔化成型力学性能更为优异的体心立方点阵结构模型,综合考虑多种结构参数的交互作用,通过响应曲面法分析了单胞杆径、杆长和杆倾斜角度等结构参数对点阵结构力学性能的影响。建立了结构参数与抗压强度及弹性模量关系的数学模型,进而优化得到最佳结构参数并进行试验验证。结果表明,单胞杆径对力学性能影响最大,随着单胞杆径的增大,点阵结构抗压强度与弹性模量增大,抗压强度最大为241.86 MPa,弹性模量最大为4.384 GPa。优化得到最佳结构参数为杆径Φ1.5 mm、杆长3 mm、杆倾斜角度60°,测得抗压强度为341.129 MPa,弹性模量为5.535 GPa,与优化前相比,抗压强度提高了41.044%,弹性模量提高了26.255%。与预测值相比,抗压强度与弹性模量的误差分别为2.194%和3.082%,两者相差很小,力学性能得到一定的提升。

目的:通过会阴超声显示的盆底肌肉运动、阴道内压力和盆底表面肌电的同步检测证实电针阴部神经刺激疗法确能兴奋阴部神经。方法:对骶部四个针刺点,采用长针(针灸针)深刺并加以电刺激直接兴奋阴部神经。在患者接受电针阴部神经刺激疗法的同时,使用带影像组件的Medtronic DuetEncompass尿动力仪同步显示会阴超声B模式下盆底肌肉运动和M模式下盆底肌运动曲线、阴道压变化曲线及盆底肌电波。同步检测亦在下列三种情况下进行:1)停止电刺激;2)减弱电刺激强度至原来的2/7左右;3)逐渐退出下两针使针尖离开原处1～2 cm。结果:35例女性压力性尿失禁患者(年龄54.9±9.8岁)接受了电针阴部神经刺激疗法和同步检测。当电针阴部神经刺激疗法正确实施时,患者有盆底肌以尿道为中心有节律地向头部方向收缩的感觉; 同步检测显示超声B模式下盆底肌头尾方向运动,M模式下盆底肌运动曲线(振幅1 mm左右,n=31,14例≥1 mm,17例<1mm),锯齿状阴道压变化曲线[变化幅度2.61±1.69(0.7～5.6)cmH_2O,n=34]和盆底肌电波[波幅23.9±25.3(5～96)μV,n=34]。盆底肌运动曲线振幅大小与阴道压力变化幅度大小基本一致。当停止电刺激,减弱电刺激或针尖后退离开原处1～2厘米时,盆底肌运动及其运动曲线和锯齿状阴道压变化曲线消失。结论:电针阴部神经刺激疗法确能兴奋阴部神经,有效地收缩盆底肌。
