Cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)is mostly used for position verification during thetreatrment ***,severe image artifacts in CBCT hinder its direct use in dosecalculation and adaptive radiation therapy re-planning for proton *** this study,animproved U-Net neural network named CBAM-U-Net was proposed for CBCT noise reductioninproton therapy which is a GBCT denoised U-Net network with convolutional block *** datasets contained 20 groups of head and neck *** CT images wereregistered to CBCT images as ground *** original CBCT denoised U-Net network,sCTU-Net,was trained for model performance *** synthetic CT(SCT)images generated byCBAM-U-Net and the original sCTU-Net are called CBAM-SCT and U-Net-SCT images,*** HU accuracies of the CT,GBCT,and SCT images were compared using fourmetrics:mean absolute error(MAE),root mean square error(RMSE),peak signal-to-noise ratio(PSNR),and structure simila rity index measure(SSIM).The mean values of the MAE,RMSE,PSNR,and SSIM of CBAM-SCT images were 23.80 HU,64.63 HU,52.27 dB,and 09919,respectively,which were superior to those of the U-Net-SCT *** evaluate dosimetricaccuracy,the range accuracy was compared for a single-energy proton *** r-index passrates ofa 4 cm X 4 cm scanned field and simple plan were calculated to compare the effects of thenoise reduction capabilities of the original U-Net and CBAM-U-Net on the dose ***-U-Net reduced noise more effectively than sCTU-Net,particularly in *** proposed a CBAM-U-Net model for CBCT noise reduction in proton *** tothe excellent noise reduction capabilities of CBAM-U-Net,the proposed model provided relativelyexplicit information rega rding patient ***,it maybe be used in dose calculation andadaptive treatment planning in the future.

The titanium alloys with highly chemical activity require stable crucible refractories that can withstand the erosion of alloy *** phase composition and microstructure are crucial factors that affect the stability of the refractory *** effect of Y_(2)O_(3) on the composition and microstructure of BaZrO_(3) crucible was systematically investigated,and the improved mechanism of the stability of BaZrO_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3) crucible was clarified in comparison with the BaZrO_(3) *** results showed that the erosion layer thickness of the BaZrO_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3) crucible was only 63μm,which was far less than that in the BaZrO_(3) crucible(485μm),and the erosion layer in the BaZrO_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3) crucible also exhibited a higher density than that in the BaZrO_(3) *** the sintering,Y_(2)O_(3) could improve the densification of the BaZrO_(3) crucible due to the solid solution effect between Y_(2)O_(3) and ZrO_(2),which also caused the evaporation of BaO,resulting in the generation of a Y_(2)O_(3)(ZrO_(2))film on the surface of the ***,the Y_(2)O_(3)(ZrO_(2))had higher thermodynamic stability than Y_(2)O_(3),confirming that the BaZrO_(3)/Y_(2)O_(3) crucible with high density exhibited a superior erosion resistance to titanium *** dual-phase structure provides a strategy to design a long-life and stable refractory for melting titanium alloys.

该研究旨在揭示绿色无毒航天推进剂二硝酰胺铵(ADN)液滴在燃烧室内的微爆特性,以期提高发动机燃烧效率并减少污染物排放。通过建立挂滴式试验系统,研究了ADN液滴微爆过程中的形态变化,并分析了环境温度和液滴初始直径对微爆特性的影响。结果表明:环境温度升高并未缩短微爆延迟时间,但导致微爆强度和持续时间减小;液滴微爆持续时间与环境温度无显著负相关性,而当量蒸发速率随温度升高而增加,增加速率逐渐减缓;着火时刻随环境温度升高而提前;液滴初始直径的增大导致微爆延迟时间增加,微爆强度、持续时间和当量蒸发速率与初始直径无明显正相关关系,着火时刻则随之延迟,但趋势逐渐减弱。研究表明,环境温度和液滴初始直径是影响ADN液滴微爆特性的关键因素,对优化ADN作为航天推进剂的使用具有重要理论和工程意义。

在数字经济背景下,数据成为重要的竞争资源,数据的互联互通乃是企业创新发展的内在要求。当数据的缺失阻碍了市场竞争时,数据的强制开放成为摆脱数据困境的首要选择。从数字经济背景下关键设施原则适用的可行分析中可以发现,关键设施原则契合数据开放的现实需求,且数据开放共享具有现实可行性,关键设施原则的认定要件具有可操作性。因此,在现有竞争法规框架下,适用关键设施原则具有合理性,能够有效解决数据封锁带来的竞争损害。在数字经济背景下适用关键设施原则应当从以下三个方面展开:一是增加关键设施原则认定要件的相关规定,为其适用提供规范依据;二是明确关键设施认定要件,从规则层面实现制度适用的可操作性;三是对于关键设施原则适用中的隐私保护和对价确立问题给予充分考虑,坚持个案分析原则,立足于行业发展整体目标,平衡公共利益与创新发展之间的矛盾。

荸荠中含有丰富的营养,口感清脆,将其加入到香菇酱中,可很好地改善香菇酱的品质。采用单因素试验和正交试验的方法,在预处理荸荠的过程中,优化荸荠的热烫温度和热烫时间,通过感官评定标准进行评分,得出其最佳的口感;在香菇复合酱的炒制过程中,对豆瓣酱用量、香菇用量、荸荠用量不断进行优化,并按照感官评定标准对其进行评分,得出荸荠香菇复合酱的最佳配方。结果表明,荸荠的热烫温度90℃,热烫时间20 min时制得的荸荠口感清脆,香气浓郁;豆瓣酱用量12.5 g,香菇用量30 g,荸荠用量25 g时,制成的复合酱味道适口、滋味协调、香气扑鼻。

背景胃壁黏膜下病变体积过小或突出于胃腔外时,胃镜检查不易发现且易造成漏诊.病例简介本例患者胃镜首诊提示胃底黏膜下隆起型肿物,电子计算机断层扫描检查提示胃底黏膜下隆起型肿物为胃底间质瘤伴出血,该患者术前行胃肠充盈超声造影检查术前定位并补充诊断,明确了胃底间质瘤大小、内部回声及位置后,另于胃体小弯侧垂直部检出一大小5 mm×6 mm实性结节,患者行胃部病灶切除术,验证了胃底及胃体小弯侧垂直部2个病灶.结论术后病理及免疫组化证实胃底肿物为中危型胃间质瘤,胃体小弯侧垂直部为胃平滑肌瘤.胃肠充盈超声造影检查互补检出了前述两项检查未提示的胃体黏膜下小的占位性病灶.该项检查对胃黏膜下微小病变及向腔外突出的病灶,因其简便快捷精准有独特优势,可作为胃肠疾病首选的影像学互补检查手段.
