BACKGROUND Aplastic anemia(AA)presents a significant clinical challenge as a life-threatening condition due to failure to produce essential blood cells,with the current the-rapeutic options being notably *** To assess the therapeutic potential of ginsenoside Rg1 on AA,specifically its protective effects,while elucidating the mechanism at *** We employed a model of myelosuppression induced by cyclophosphamide(CTX)in C57 mice,followed by administration of ginsenoside Rg1 over 13 *** invest-igation included examining the bone marrow,thymus and spleen for pathological changes via hematoxylin-eosin ***,orbital blood of mice was collected for blood routine *** cytometry was employed to identify the impact of ginsenoside Rg1 on cell apoptosis and cycle in the bone marrow of AA ***,the study further evaluated cytokine levels with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and analyzed the expression of key proteins in the MAPK signaling pathway via western *** Administration of CTX led to significant damage to the bone marrow’s structural integrity and a reduction in hematopoietic cells,establishing a model of *** Rg1 successfully reversed hematopoietic dysfunction in AA *** comparison to the AA group,ginsenoside Rg1 provided relief by reducing the induction of cell apoptosis and inflammation factors caused by ***,it helped alleviate the blockade in the cell *** with ginsenoside Rg1 significantly alleviated myelosuppression in mice by inhibiting the MAPK signaling *** This study suggested that ginsenoside Rg1 addresses AA by alleviating myelosuppression,primarily through modulating the MAPK signaling pathway,which paves the way for a novel therapeutic strategy in treating AA,highlighting the potential of ginsenoside Rg1 as a beneficial intervention.

Reducing kinetic energy barriers and developing accessible active sites are critical to deliver high hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)*** this paper,we synthesized defect-modulated and heteroatom(boron)-functionalized three-dimensional(3D)bowl-shaped Ti_(3−x)C_(2)T_(y)MXene(B-TCT)nanocavities coupled with the vertical growth of MoSe_(2)*** B-TCT@MoSe_(2)nanohybrids catalyst delivers the overpotentials of 49.9,52.7,and 67.8 mV to reach a HER current density of 10 mA·cm^(−2)under acidic,alkaline,and neutral conditions,*** outstanding HER activity is predominantly attributed to the heteroatom functionalization,self-adapting Ti vacancy(VTi)defect modulation,and spatial configuration design in the 3D B-TCT nanocavity,which synergistically regulate the electronic structure,activate the basal plane/edge unsaturated sites,and reduce the reaction energy *** and theoretical calculations demonstrate that strong heterogeneous interfacial bonding interactions between B-TCT and MoSe_(2)can dramatically reduce the free energy of hydrogen adsorption and facilitate efficient interfacial charge migration,thus essentially improving the HER *** used this 3D porous nanohybrid system assembled by defectrich lamellar structures to elucidate the advantageous synergistic effects of multiple mechanisms among defect structure,heteroatom functionalization,and interfacial coupling,which provided important insights for the development of efficient hybridtype catalysts.

Oyster(Crassostrea gigas),the main ingredient of oyster sauce,has a strong umami *** this study,three potential umami peptides,FLNQDEEAR(FR-9),FNKEE(FE-5),and EEFLK(EK-5),were identified and screened from the alcoholic extracts of the oyster using nano-HPLC-MS/MS analysis,i Umami-Scoring Card Method(i Umami-SCM)database and molecular docking(MD).Sensory evaluation and electronic tongue analysis were further used to confirm their *** threshold of the three peptides ranged from 0.38 to 0.55 mg/m *** with umami receptors T1R1/T1R3 indicated that the electrostatic interaction and hydrogen bond interaction were the main forces ***,the Phe592 and Gln853 of T1R3 were the primary docking site for MD and played an important role in umami *** with two Glu residues at the terminus had stronger umami,especially at the *** results contribute to the understanding of umami peptides in oysters and the interaction mechanism between umami peptides and umami receptors.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) influences several million people around the globe， with a high prevalence in North America and Europe. Results from the studies about host-gut microbial interactions demonstrated that gut microbiota plays a critical role in the progression of IBD， and probiotics can significantly improve microflora dysbiosis and inflammatory response caused by intestinal pathogens. However， several limitations existed for the probiotics delivered to the intestine in the free form (non-encapsulated)， such as low pH and diverse digestive enzymes in the gastrointestinal tract， etc. To overcome the problems， several probiotic delivery systems were established and verified with effects. Here， the types and applications of probiotics in animal models and clinical studies are firstly reviewed in this paper. Subsequently， various types of probiotic delivery systems are elaborated， containing the well-known microcapsules and hydrogel delivery systems， and the engineered probiotic delivery systems are also introduced. Furthermore， mechanism of action associated with probiotics are illustrated， including maintaining gut microbiota barrier balance， modulating the immune response， and alleviating oxidative stress， etc. Finally， we discussed the relative advantages and disadvantages of different encapsulation methods， as well as future trends for further development of probiotic delivery systems with health benefits.

Oyster-derived Anticoagulant Peptide Mitigates Thrombin-induced Barrier Dysfunction and Prothrombotic Phenotype in Human Pulmonary Microvascular Endothelial Cells

Thrombin blockers have been shown to be effective for various pathological conditions， but their use is limited due to the potential for serious bleeding adverse effects. This study introduced a novel bioactive peptide (P-2-CG) from oyster， that mitigated thrombin-mediated barrier dysfunction and prothrombotic phenotypes in human pulmonary microvascular endothelial cells (HPMECs). P-2-CG significantly attenuated the increase in endothelial monolayer permeability induced by thrombin through the possible attenuation of RhoA activation and it promoted barrier recovery by enhancing endothelial cell adhesion. Additionally， P-2-CG was found to decrease the pro-thrombotic phenotype induced by thrombin in HPMEC by reducing the extrinsic trigger TF mRNA expression， which resulted in prolonged plasma clotting time， decreased FXa activation， and reduced thrombin generation. Moreover， P-2-CG inhibited thrombosis efficiently by blocking ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 expression via tyrosine phosphorylation of RelA/p65. P-2-CG inhibits thrombin mediated inflammation and provides a potential therapeutic option for treating endothelial dysfunction and thrombosis.

Molecular solid solutions of metal clusters containing different metal centers with well-defined structures can accurately regulate the HOMO-LUMO gap,but are rarely ***,a series of colorless lanthanide-titanium-oxo clusters Ln_(2)Ti_4(μ_(2)-O)_(2)(μ_(3)-O)_4(Piv)_(10)(THF)_(2)(Ln_(2)Ti_4,Ln = Eu,Gd,Tb,and Ce,HPiv = pivalic acid) were synthesized by the reaction of pivalic acid with Ln(Ac)_(3) and titanium *** light yellow crystal of cluster solid solutions Eu_(2)Ti_(4-x)Cd_(x),containing a mixture of Eu_(2)Ti_4 and Eu_(2)Ti_(3)Cd,was obtained by in situ doping Cd^(2+) and S^(2–).Eu_(2)Ti_(3.92)Cd_(0.08) displays efficient photocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity without a co-catalyst,which is up to 2.6 times that of Eu_(2)Ti_*** time-resolved transient absorption spectroscopy and spin-polarized density functional calculations showed that the enhanced photocatalytic performance of Eu_(2)Ti_(4-x)Cd_(x) can be attributed to the narrower HOMO-LUMO gap and lower LUMO position than that of Eu_(2)Ti_*** studyprovides an in situ doping method to realize the simple preparation of cluster solid solution.

Quantum dialogue(QD)enables two communication parties to directly exchange secret messages *** conventional QD protocols,photons need to transmit in the quantum channel for two *** this paper,we propose a one-step QD protocol based on the *** the help of the non-local hyperentanglement-assisted Bell state measurement(BSM),the photons only need to transmit in the quantum channel *** prove that our one-step QD protocol is secure in theory and numerically simulate its secret message capacity under practical experimental *** with previous QD protocols,the one-step QD protocol can effectively simplify the experiment operations and reduce the message loss caused by the photon transmission ***,the non-local hyperentanglement-assisted BSM has a success probability of 100%and is feasible with linear optical ***,combined with the hyperentanglement heralded amplification and purification,our protocol is possible to realize long-distance one-step QD.

信息性人格权是以“不同面向的个人信息”为客体建构的新兴人格权,其具有主体识别性、客体动态性、有限支配性等特质。在类型体系上,信息性人格权包括信息性隐私权、个人信息权、信用权和被遗忘权等具体权利。上述各权利在规制对象上具有同质性,即为个人与信息处理者之间在数字社会形成的一种持续性的信息不平等关系。在规范构造层面,信息性隐私权宜采取合理隐私期待标准,建立“私人安宁+私密信息”的保护范式,实现空间隐私向场景隐私的转化;个人信息权的权能体系建构需以信息保有权为基础、以信息自决权为主干、以信息获取权为分支、以信息修复权维系数字人格的完整性;被遗忘权的本质是一种免受不当信息惩罚的要求权,其具体形态为删除权。吸纳信息性人格权,有助于保障人格尊严和人的自主性、规范新兴人格权法权构造、丰富人格权规则体系和化解智能时代人的主体性危机。
