This paper presents a new Center of Gravity （COG） trajectory planning algorithm for a quadruped robot with redundant Degrees of Freedom （DOFs）. Each leg has 7 DOFs, which allow the robot to exploit its kinematic redundancy for various locomotion and manipu- lation tasks. Also, the robot can suitably adapt to different environment （e.g., passing through a narrow gap） by simply changing the body posture. However, the robot has significant COG movement during the leg swinging phase due to the heavy leg weights; the weight of all the four legs takes up 80% of the robot＇s total weight. To achieve stable walking in the presence of undesired COG movements, a new COG trajectory planning algorithm was proposed by using a combined Jacobian of COG and centroid of a support polygon including a foot contact constraint. Additionally, the inverse kinematics of each leg was solved by modified improved Jacobian pseudoinverse （mIJP） algorithm. The mIJP algorithm could generate desired trajectories for the joints even when the robot＇s leg is in a singular posture. Owing to these proposed methods, the robot was able to perform various modes of locomotion both in simulations and experiments with improved stability.

The mechanisms responsible for deformation behavior in Nb/NiTi composite during pre-straining were investigated systematically using in-situ synchrotron X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy and tensile test. It is shown that upon loading, the composite experiences elastic elongation and slight plastic deformation of B19′,B2 and β-Nb phases, together with the forward stress-induced martensitic(SIM) transformation from B2 to B19′. Upon unloading, the deformation mechanisms of the composite mainly involve elastic recovery of B19′, B2 and β-Nb phases,compression deformation of β-Nb phase and incomplete B19′→B2 reverse SIM transformation. In the tensile loading-unloading procedure, besides the inherent elastic deformation and SIM transformation, the(001) compound twins in B19′ martensite can also be conducive to the elastic deformation occurring in B19′-phase of the ***, this composite can exhibit a large recoverable strain after unloading owing to the elastic deformation, and the partially reversible and consecutive SIM transformation together with the(001) compound twins.

In the contemporary world, digital content that is subject to copyright is facing significant challenges against the act of copyright *** of dollars are lost annually because of this illegal act. The currentmost effective trend to tackle this problem is believed to be blocking thosewebsites, particularly through affiliated government bodies. To do so, aneffective detection mechanism is a necessary first step. Some researchers haveused various approaches to analyze the possible common features of suspectedpiracy websites. For instance, most of these websites serve online advertisement, which is considered as their main source of revenue. In addition, theseadvertisements have some common attributes that make them unique ascompared to advertisements posted on normal or legitimate websites. Theyusually encompass keywords such as click-words (words that redirect to installmalicious software) and frequently used words in illegal gambling, illegal sexual acts, and so on. This makes them ideal to be used as one of the key featuresin the process of successfully detecting websites involved in the act of copyrightinfringement. Research has been conducted to identify advertisements servedon suspected piracy websites. However, these studies use a static approachthat relies mainly on manual scanning for the aforementioned keywords. Thisbrings with it some limitations, particularly in coping with the dynamic andever-changing behavior of advertisements posted on these websites. Therefore,we propose a technique that can continuously fine-tune itself and is intelligentenough to effectively identify advertisement (Ad) banners extracted fromsuspected piracy websites. We have done this by leveraging the power ofmachine learning algorithms, particularly the support vector machine with theword2vec word-embedding model. A graph is s-regular if its automorphism group acts regularly on the set of its s-arcs. An infinite family of cubic 1-regular graphs was constructed in [7] as cyclic coverings of the three-dimensional Hypercube, and a classification of all s-regular cyclic coverings of the complete bipartite graph of order 6 was given in [8] for each s ≥ 1, whose fibre-preserving automorphism subgroups act arc-transitively. In this paper, the authors classify all s-regular dihedral coverings of the complete graph of order 4 for each s ≥ 1, whose fibre-preserving automorphism subgroups act arc-transitively. As a result, a new infinite family of cubic 1-regular graphs is constructed.

Enumerating the isomorphism classes of several types of graph covering projections is one of the central research topics in enumerative topological graph theory. A covering of G is called circulant if its covering graph is circulant. Recently, the authors [Discrete Math., 277, 73-85 （2004）1 enumerated the isomorphism classes of circulant double coverings of a certain type, called a typical covering, and showed that no double covering of a circulant graph of valency three is circulant. Also, in [Graphs and Combinatorics, 21,386 400 （2005）], the isomorphism classes of circulant double coverings of a circulant graph of valency four are enumerated. In this paper, the isomorphism classes of circulant double coverings of a circulant graph of valency five are enumerated.

The matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) stromelysin-3 (ST3) has long been implicated to play an important role in extracellular matrix (ECM) remodeling and cell fate determination during normal and pathological processes. However like other MMPs, the molecular basis of ST3 function in vivo remains unclear due to the lack of information on its physiological substrates. Furthermore, ST3 has only weak activities toward all tested ECM proteins. Using thyroid hormone-dependent Xenopus laevis metamorphosis as a model, we demonstrated previously that ST3 is important for apoptosis and tissue morphogenesis during intestinal remodeling. Here, we used yeast two-hybrid screen with mRNAs from metamorphosing tadpoles to identify potential substrate of ST3 during development. We thus isolated the 37 kd laminin receptor precursor (LR). We showed that LR binds to ST3 in vitro and can be cleaved by ST3 at two sites distinct from where other MMPs cleave. Through peptide sequencing, we determined that the two cleavage sites are in the extracellular domain between the transmembrane domain and laminin binding sequence. Furthermore, we demon strated that these cleavage sites are conserved in human LR. These results together with high levels of human LR and ST3 expression in carcinomas suggest that LR is a likely in vivo substrate of ST3 and that its cleavage by ST3 may alter cell-extracellular matrix interaction, thus, playing a role in mediating the effects of ST3 on cell fate and behavior ob- served during development and pathogenesis.

Numerous industries,especially the medical industry,are likely to exhibit significant developments in the *** since the announcement of the precision medicine initiative by the United States in 2015,interest in the field has considerably *** techniques of precision medicine are employed to provide optimal treatment and medical services to patients,in addition to the prevention and management of diseases via the collection and analysis of big data related to their individual genetic characteristics,occupation,living environment,and dietary *** this involves the accumulation and utilization of sensitive information,such as patient history,DNA,and personal details,its implementation is difficult if the data are inaccurate,exposed,or forged,and there is also a concern for privacy,as massive amount of data are collected;hence,ensuring the security of information is ***,it is necessary to develop methods of securely sharing sensitive data for the establishment of a precision medicine *** authentication and data sharing scheme is presented in this study on the basis of an analysis of sensitive *** proposed scheme securely shares sensitive data of each entity in the precision medicine system according to its architecture and data flow.
