2019年12月底,由美国暴发的新冠疫情传入中国,疫情对全球、全国的经济造成了显著影响,全球股市也进入寒冬。股市是经济的晴雨表,在中国的股票市场中,有超过九成的投资者属于个人投资者,个人投资者的情绪反映与股票市场的涨跌息息相关。基于此,论文选取换手率、成交量、腾落比例、融资融券余额和百度搜索指数这5个单项指标通过主成分分析法建立投资者情绪综合指标。同时选取相关指标构建疫情综合指标,并通过VAR模型、Granger因果检验、脉冲响应分析、方差分解等方法考察二者与股票收益率之间的关系,同时,提出建议。

A new reversed-phase packing (C-18-PBD-ZrO2) was prepared by depositing and crosslinking 1-octadecene (ODE or C-18) and polybutadiene (PBD) onto the surface of porous zirconia microspheres (5 similar to 10 mum in diameter) which were synthesized by a sol-gel process. These novel column packings possess high mechanical and chemical stability, wider usable pH range and can be used to separate basic compounds with no observable peak tailing.

One of the advantages of the variational iteration method is the free choice of initial guess. In this paper we use the basic idea of the Jacobian-function method to construct a generalized trial function with some unknown parameters. The Jaulent-Miodek equations are used to illustrate effectiveness and convenience of this method, some new explicit exact travelling wave solutions have been obtained, which include bell-type soliton solution, kink-type soliton solutions, solitary wave solutions, and doubly periodic wave solutions.

The effects of ytterbium（Yb） on microstructure and solidification behavior of Al-9.00%Si-0.25%Mg alloys were *** optical microscope（OM） and scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,it is found that the morphology of eutectic silicon changes from coarse plates to fine fibers by the addition of 0.7%wt *** addition,the grains of α-Al matrix are refined by Yb *** constitution of the alloy was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer（XRD） and energy dispersive spectroscopy（EDS）attached with SEM and mechanical properties were measured by hardness *** is concluded that the Yb atoms are incorporated into the silicon by the adsorption at the solid-liquid growth front to cause the modification of eutectic ***,the results of XRD and EDS analysis reveal that the Yb-containing phase forming in the alloys is Al_3Yb.

Fabrication of silicon carbide(SiC)ceramics by digital light processing(DLP)technology is difficult owing to high refractive index and high ultraviolet(UV)absorptivity of SiC *** surface of the SiC powders can be coated with silicon oxide(SiO_(2))with low refractive index and low UV absorptivity via high-temperature oxidation,reducing the loss of UV energy in the DLP process and realizing the DLP preparation of the SiC ***,it is necessary to explore a high-temperature modification process to obtain a better modification effect of the SiC ***,the high-temperature modification behavior of the SiC powders is thoroughly investigated in this *** results show that nano-scale oxide film is formed on the surface of the SiC powders by short-time high-temperature oxidation,effectively reducing the UV absorptivity and the surface refractive index(nʹ)of the SiC *** the oxidation temperature is 1300℃,compared with that of unoxidized SiC powders,the UV absorptivity of oxidized SiC powders decreases from 0.5065 to 0.4654,and a curing depth of SiC slurry increases from 22±4 to 59±4μ***,SiC green bodies are successfully prepared by the DLP with the the oxidized powders,and flexural strength of SiC sintered parts reaches 47.9±2.3 MPa after 3 h of atmospheric sintering at 2000℃without any sintering aid.

Skeletal muscle plays a significant role in both local and systemic energy metabolism. The current investigation aims to explore the role of the Bambi gene in skeletal muscle, focusing on its implications for muscle hypertrophy and systemic metabolism. We hypothesize that skeletal muscle-specific deletion of Bambi induces muscle hypertrophy, improves metabolic performance, and activates thermogenic adipocytes via the reprogramming of progenitor of i WAT, offering potential therapeutic strategies for metabolic syndromes. Leveraging the Chromatin immunoprecipitation(ChIP)-seq and bioinformatics analysis, Bambi gene is shown to be a direct target of HIF2α, which is further confirmed by ChIP-qPCR and promoter luciferase assay. Skeletal muscle-specific Bambi deletion led to significant muscle hypertrophy and improved metabolic parameters, even under high-fat diet conditions. This deletion induced metabolic reprogramming of stromal vascular fractions(SVFs) into thermogenic adipocytes, contributing to systemic metabolic improvements, potentially through the secretory ***, mice with skeletal muscle-specific Bambi deletion demonstrate resistance to high-fat diet-induced metabolic disorders, highlighting a potential therapeutic pathway for metabolic syndrome management. Thus, skeletal muscle-specific deletion of Bambi triggers muscle growth, enhances metabolic performance, and activates thermogenic adipocytes. These findings suggest Bambi as a novel therapeutic target for metabolic syndromes, providing new insights into the interaction between muscle hypertrophy and systemic metabolic improvement. The study underscores the potential of manipulating muscle physiology to regulate whole-body metabolism, offering a novel perspective on treating metabolic disorders.

We investigate Benford's law based on the 2003 version of atomic mass *** is demonstrated that the first non-zero digit distribution functions for a number of experimental quantities are in reasonable agreement with those predicted by Benford's *** data that we investigate here include 3001 sets of Sp,3060 sets of Sn,2943 sets of two-neutron separation energies S_(2n),2826 sets of two-proton separation energies S_(2p),1643 sets ofβ^(+)-decay energies Q(β^(+)),1243 sets ofβ^(-)-decay energies Q(β^(-)),2595 sets of double,β^(-)-decay energies Q(ββ^(-)),and 2711 sets of energies in electron-capture proton processes Q(εp).The first non-zero digits of these data favor the smaller ones in a logarithmic pattern.
