Although the effects of biogas residues and slurry returning to farmland are good,they still cannot be used widely in *** this study,the biogas fertilizer use efficiency,nutrient distribution and influencing factors of fertilizer use efficiency of biogas residues and slurry in 20 biogas projects in Chongming County,Shanghai,China were measured and *** correlation and a linear regression fit of parts of test indicators were also *** results show that pig farm biogas residues and slurry mixture are nutrient-rich and can be used as a high-quality organic fertilizer,while its fertilizer use efficiency is unstable because of the differences among area,raw materials,fermentation technology and operation *** are not evenly distributed in biogas residues and *** levels of organic matters,P and trace elements were detected in biogas residues and higher levels of water-soluble N and K were detected in biogas *** correlations between some test indicators of biogas residues and slurry mixture are significant,especially between total K and *** regression model fitting results of parts of test indicators are ***,the values of the other test indicators can be estimated by one known indicator which can effectively reduce the determination workload under some limited situations.

Audio resources are a very important part of multimedia *** classification effect of audio is directly related to the service mode of personal resource management *** present,vector features have been widely used in audio classification ***,some semantic correlations among different audio information can not be completely expressed by simple vector *** are multidimensional matrices,and their mathematical expansion and application can express multi-semantic *** tensor uniform content locator(TUCL) is proposed as a means of expressing the semantic information of audio,and a three-order tensor semantic space is constructed according to the semantic *** semantic dispersion(TSD) can aggregate some audio resources with the same semantics and,at the same time,its automatic classification can be accomplished by calculating the *** order to effectively utilize TSD classification information,a radial basis function tensor neural network(RBFTNN) is constructed and used to train an intelligent learning *** results show that the tensor model can significantly improve the classification precision under multi-semantic classification requests within an information resource management system.

二氧化钛(TiO_(2))是典型的氧化物半导体材料,广泛应用于光催化领域,但其较宽的能量带隙限制了其在实际中的应用。黑色TiO_(2)(B-TiO_(2))纳米材料通过在TiO_(2)表面构筑结构缺陷降低带隙宽度,能够有效提高其可见光响应性能和量子效率。本文总结了B-TiO_(2)的基本特性,包括光学性质、晶型、缺陷与微观结构性质,并对近年来B-TiO_(2)的制备与缺陷构筑方法(如气氛焙烧法、溶胶-凝胶法、化学还原法等)进行了系统总结。同时,本文梳理了黑色TiO_(2)性能提升策略及其在水体净化、有机物降解、能源转换及医疗等领域的应用现状。最后指出B-TiO_(2)研究领域未来需要重点关注的几个方面为:结合理论和实验深入探讨其结构-性能之间的构效关系是合理设计B-TiO_(2)表面缺陷、开发高效合成方法的基础,先进的表征和分析手段有待加强;在保持高活性的同时,开发结构更加稳定的B-TiO_(2)是将其推向实际应用的重要前提;此外,交叉学科的发展应推动B-TiO_(2)的应用范围向更多领域延伸。

【目的】上扬子西南缘筇竹寺组黑色页岩中微纳米石英成因、硅质来源及其差异发育的原因尚不清楚,有待进一步研究。【方法】采集不同剖面的筇竹寺组底部黑色页岩样品36个,利用X射线衍射(XRD)分析页岩的全岩矿物组成,利用普通薄片、场扫描电镜(FE-SEM)分析页岩岩性、微观结构及微纳米石英的结构与产状,采用扫描电镜—阴极发光(SEM-CL)技术分析矿物的阴极发光特征,采用燃烧法分析岩石总有机碳含量(TOC)。【结果】筇竹寺组黑色页岩岩性多样(雷波马劲子剖面、镇雄Z1井以粉砂岩为主,遵义松林剖面以泥岩为主);页岩中微纳米石英粒径一般几百纳米至2μm,自形—他形,群集或分散产出,阴极射线下不发光—微弱发光;纵横向上,微纳米石英具有非均衡发育的特征(大量共生或少量产出),总体上东部(松林)较西部(雷波马劲子、Z1井)、黑色页岩下段较上段更为发育。【结论】微纳米石英为成岩自生,硅质来源多样,热液硅可能为大量共生的微纳米石英提供了主要硅质来源;研究区筇竹寺组黑色页岩中微纳米石英发育程度对上升流具有一定指示意义,黑色页岩中微纳米石英较多指示上升流或热液影响明显的沉积环境,微纳米石英较少则可能指示滞留、缺氧(或上升流影响小)的沉积环境。

An ex vivo assay for screening glucocorticoid signaling disruption based on glucocorticoid-response gene transcription in Xenopus tails

There is a pressing need for developing in vivo or ex vivo assays to screen the glucocorticoid（GC） signaling disruption of chemicals. Thus, we aimed to establish an ex vivo assay for screening GC signaling disruption based on the GC-response gene transcription in Xenopus laevis tails cultured ex vivo. Firstly, we investigated effects of corticosterone（CORT, a main GC in frogs） on GC-response gene expression, and determined the six genes as molecular endpoints for assaying the GC signaling disruption. CORT in the range of 1.56–400 nmol/L was found to up-regulate transcription of the six GC-response genes, exhibiting comparable or higher sensitivity than previously reported assays. To validate this ex vivo assay, then, we examined effects of dexamethasone（a known GC signaling agonist） on GC-response gene expression. Dexamethasone displayed an agonistic action in a concentration-dependent manner, further demonstrating the efficiency of the established assay. Finally, we applied the ex vivo assay to evaluate the GC signaling disruption of bisphenol A（BPA）. In accordance with previous reports, we found a concentration-dependent agonistic activity of BPA,showing that the established assay is effective for detecting the GC signaling disrupting activity of environmental chemicals. Correspondingly, the GC signaling agonistic actions of CORT and BPA in ex vivo tails accorded with the observations in vivo, indicating that the ex vivo assay is able to detect the actions of chemicals in vivo. Overall, we established an ex vivo assay that can effectively screen GC signaling disruption of environmental chemicals.

Data-driven garment animation is a current topic of interest in the computer graphics *** approaches generally establish the mapping between a single human pose or a temporal pose sequence,and garment deformation,but it is difficult to quickly generate diverse clothed human *** address this problem with a method to automatically synthesize dressed human animations with temporal consistency from a specified human motion *** the heart of our method is a twostage ***,we first learn a latent space encoding the sequence-level distribution of human motions utilizing a transformer-based conditional variational autoencoder(Transformer-CVAE).Then a garment simulator synthesizes dynamic garment shapes using a transformer encoder-decoder *** the learned latent space comes from varied human motions,our method can generate a variety of styles of motions given a specific motion *** means of a novel beginning of sequence(BOS)learning strategy and a self-supervised refinement procedure,our garment simulator is capable of efficiently synthesizing garment deformation sequences corresponding to the generated human motions while maintaining temporal and spatial *** verify our ideas *** is the first generative model that directly dresses human animation.

Na-ion batteries are considered a promising alternative to Li-ion batteries for large-scale energy storage systems due to their low cost and the natural abundance of Na resource. Great effort is making worldwide to develop high-performance electrode materials for Na-ion batteries,which is critical for Na-ion batteries. This review provides a comprehensive overview of anode materials for Na-ion batteries based on Na-storage mechanism： insertion-based materials, alloy-based materials, conversion-based materials and organic composites. And we summarize the Nastorage mechanism of those anode materials and discuss their failure mechanism. Furthermore, the problems and challenges associated with those anodes are pointed out,and feasible strategies are proposed for designing highperformance anode materials. According to the current state of research, the search for suitable anode materials for Na-ion batteries is still challenging although substantial progress has been achieved. Nevertheless, we believe that high-performance Na-ion batteries would be promising for practical applications in large-scale energy storage systems in the near future.

Bone engineering scaffolds with antibacterial activity satisfy the repair of bacterial infected bone defects,which is an expected issue in *** this work,3D-printed polymer-derived forsterite scaffolds were proposed to be deposited with hydroxyapatite(HA)coating via a hydrothermal treatment,achieving the functions of photothermal-induced antibacterial ability and *** results showed that polymer-derived forsterite scaffolds possessed the photothermal antibacterial ability to inhibit Staphylococcus aureus(***)and Escherichia coli(***)in vitro,owing to the photothermal effect of free carbon embedded in the *** morphology of HA coating on forsterite scaffolds could be controlled through changing the hydrothermal temperature and the pH value of the reaction solution during hydrothermal ***,HA coating did not influence the mechanical strength and photothermal effect of the scaffolds,but facilitated the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of rat bone mesenchymal stem cells(rBMSCs)on ***,the HA-deposited forsterite scaffolds would be greatly promising for repairing bacterial infected bone defects.
