Glioblastoma(GBM)is a highly vascularized malignant brain tumor with poor clinical *** mimicry(VM)formed by aggressive GBM cells is an alternative approach for tumor blood supply and contributes to the failure of anti-angiogenic *** date,there is still a lack of effective drugs that target VM formation in *** the present study,we evaluated the effects of the plant cyclopeptide moroidin on VM formed by GBM cells and investigated its underlying molecular *** significantly suppressed cell migration,tube formation,and the expression levels ofα-smooth muscle actin and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in human GBM cell lines at sublethal *** RNA sequencing data suggested the involvement of the epithelialmesenchymal transition(EMT)pathway in the mechanism of *** to moroidin led to a concentration-dependent decrease in the expression levels of the EMT markers N-cadherin and vimentin in GBM ***,moroidin significantly reduced the level of phosphorylated extracellular signal-regulated protein kinase(p-ERK)and inhibited the activation of β-***,we demonstrated that the plant cyclopeptide moroidin inhibited VM formation by GBM cells through inhibiting the ERK/β-catenin-mediated ***,our study indicates a potential application of moroidin as an anti-VM agent in the treatment of GBM.

Background Postoperative sleep disturbance(PSD)is a common and serious postoperative complication and is associated with poor postoperative *** This study aimed to investigate the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)on PSD in older patients undergoing lower limb major *** In this prospective,double-blind,pilot,randomised,sham-controlled trial,patients 65 years and over undergoing lower limb major arthroplasty were randomly assigned to receive active tDCS(a-tDCS)or sham tDCS(s-tDCS).The primary outcomes were the objective sleep measures on postoperative nights(N)1 and *** 116 inpatients were assessed for eligibility,and a total of 92 patients were enrolled;47 received a-tDCS and 45 received *** improved PSD by altering the following sleep measures in the a-tDCS and s-tDCS groups;the respective comparisons were as follows:the promotion of rapid eye movement(REM)sleep time on N1(64.5(33.5-105.5)vs 19.0(0.0,45.0)min,F=20.10,pmin,F=12.55,pmin,F=14.13,pmin,F=7.36,p=0.007);the deep sleep time on N1(130.0(103.3-177.0)vs 42.5(9.8-100.8)min,F=24.4,pmin,F=8.4,p=0.004);and the percentages of light sleep and REM sleep on N1 and N2(p<0.05 for each).The postoperative depression and anxiety scores did not differ significantly between the two *** significant adverse events were *** In older patients undergoing lower limb major arthroplasty,a single session of anodal tDCS over the left dorsolateral prefrontal cortex showed a potentially prophylactic effect in improving postoperative short-term objective sleep ***,this benefit was temporary and was not maintained over time.

A self-consistent and precise method to determine the time-dependent radiative albedo,i.e.,the ratio of the reemission flux to the incident flux,for an indirect-drive inertial confinement fusion Hohlraum wall material is proposed.A specially designed symmetrical triple-cavity gold Hohlraum is used to create approximately constant and near-equilibrium uniform radiation with a peak temperature of 160 *** incident flux at the secondary cavity waist is obtained from flux balance analysis and from the shock velocity of a standard *** results agree well owing to the symmetrical radiation in the secondary cavity.A self-consistent and precise time-dependent radiative albedo is deduced from the reliable reemission flux and the incident flux,and the result from the shock velocity is found to have a smaller uncertainty than that from the multi-angle flux balance analysis,and also to agree well with the result of a simulation using the HYADES opacity.

Slc43a2T cell metastasis from spleen to brain in RGNNV infected teleost

The origin of T cells in the teleost’s brain is unclear. While viewing the central nervous system(CNS) as immune privileged has been widely accepted, previous studies suggest that T cells residing in the thymus but not in the spleen of the teleost play an essential role in communicating with the peripheral organs. Here, we identified nine T cell subpopulations in the thymus and spleen of orange-spotted grouper(Epinephelus coioices) through single-cell RNA-sequencing analysis. After viral CNS infection with red-spotted grouper nervous necrosis virus(RGNNV), the number of slc43a2+T cells synchronously increased in the spleen and brain. During the infection tests in asplenic zebrafish(tlx1▲zebrafish model), no increase in the number of slc43a2+T cells was observed in the brain. Single-cell transcriptomic analysis indicated that slc43a2+T cells mature and functionally differentiate within the spleen and then migrate into the brain to trigger an immune response. This study suggests a novel route for T cell migration from the spleen to the brain during viral infection in fish.

为提高玉米秸秆粉碎还田机具作业质量,解决传统秸秆粉碎还田机械作业参数不可实时调节等问题,基于等径凸轮机构往复运动原理,设计了一种基于PLC控制的自动变速秸秆粉碎还田装置。通过分析地表支撑条件下秸秆粉碎过程中受力变化,确定影响秸秆粉碎效果主要因素,利用LS-Dyna软件确定主要因素取值范围;通过理论计算和动力学仿真分析,优化粉碎刀运动轨迹并确定粉碎机构关键部件参数。为提高玉米秸秆粉碎合格率,建立“泵-阀-马达”调速模型,设计人机交互界面进行作业参数设置,实现不同秸秆覆盖量情况下,秸秆粉碎装置作业参数快速匹配,以机具前进速度、秸秆覆盖量为试验因素,以秸秆粉碎合格率为评价指标进行单因素试验。试验结果表明,当田间秸秆覆盖量一定时,随着主轴转速增加,粉碎合格率呈明显上升趋势;当主轴转速一定时,随着田间秸秆覆盖量的增加,粉碎合格率有所下降;当主轴转速超过200 r/min时,秸秆粉碎合格率均达到90%以上,基本保持不变。为进一步验证试验结果,进行变速秸秆粉碎方式与定速秸秆粉碎方式对比试验。试验结果表明,变速秸秆粉碎方式秸秆粉碎合格率为92.17%,优于定速秸秆粉碎方式。该装置实现了秸秆粉碎还田作业参数精准控制,为秸秆粉碎还田机具智能化发展提供了技术支撑。

本文基于2008—2019年280个地级及以上城市的面板数据,探讨国内大市场优势对城市创业活力的影响效应及作用机制。研究结果显示,国内大市场优势通过规模经济效应、中间品共享效应及技术外溢效应显著提升城市创业活力且通过一系列稳健性检验。扩展性分析发现,国际市场潜力、国家大数据综合试验区及“宽带中国”战略均显著强化国内大市场优势对城市创业活力的提升效应,国内大市场优势对中小城市、中部地区城市及开通高铁的城市的创业活力具有更明显的促进作用,国内大市场优势对生活性服务业的创业活力的影响效应最大。该结论对我国充分发挥和利用超大规模市场优势、破除市场分割藩篱、激发城市创业活力和加快构建新发展格局具有重要的现实意义。
