Trimethylation of histone H3K4(H3K4me3)is widely distributed at numerous actively transcribed protein-coding genes throughout the ***,the interplay between H3K4me3 and other chromatin modifications in plants remains poorly *** this study,we show that the Arabidopsis thaliana ALFIN-LIKE(AL)proteins contain a C-terminal PHD finger capable of binding to H3K4me3 and a PHD-associated AL(PAL)domain that interacts with components of the Polycomb repressive complex 1,thereby facilitating H2A ubiquitination(H2Aub)at H3K4me3-enriched genes throughout the ***,we demonstrate that loss of function of SDG2,encoding a key histone H3K4 methyltransferase,leads to a reduction in H3K4me3 level,which subsequently causes a genome-wide decrease in H2Aub,revealing a strong association between H3K4me3 and ***,we discover that the PAL domain of AL proteins interacts with various other chromatin-related proteins or complexes,including those involved in regulating H2A.Z deposition,H3K27me3 demethylation,histone deacetylation,and chromatin *** genome-wide analysis suggests that the AL proteins play a crucial role in coordinating H3K4me3 with multiple other chromatin modifications across the genome.

为分析北京市农药使用源VOCs排放特征,通过现场调研获取了北京市常用农药使用种类及剂型分布,采用实验室检测的方法对不同剂型农药VOCs含量进行了检测,建立北京市本地化分剂型的农药VOCs排放因子,编制了农药使用源VOCs排放清单,分析了农药使用源VOCs的时空分布特征.结果表明:①农药剂型是影响农药VOCs排放的主要因素,核算农药使用源VOCs排放量时,不仅要了解目标区域农药种类和有效成分,也要同步获取农药剂型信息.②北京市不同剂型农药本地化排放因子由高到低依次为乳油剂(839 g·kg^(−1))、可溶液剂(715 g·kg^(−1))、水乳剂(659 g·kg^(−1))、微乳剂(371 g·kg^(−1))、悬浮剂(121 g·kg^(−1))、可湿性粉剂(34 g·kg^(−1))、水分散粒剂(30 g·kg^(−1))和水剂(17 g·kg^(−1)).③2020年北京市农药使用量及农药使用源VOCs排放量分别为2990 t和757 t.其中,杀菌剂的农药使用量最大,占总量的54.3%,但其VOCs排放量仅占6.5%;杀虫剂农药使用量占比34.8%,其VOCs排放量为84.1%.不同作物类型中,果树类VOCs排放量较高,其中杂果最高,占比为48.1%.④在空间分布上,VOCs排放较高的区域为生态涵养发展区(70.5%)和城市发展新区(24.4%),平谷区VOCs排放量最大,密云区和房山区次之,分别占总量的30.7%、11.8%和8.9%.生态涵养发展区贡献较高的作物为果树类、玉米、薯类和豆类等;城市发展新区贡献较高的作物为蔬菜、小麦和瓜类等作物.在时间分布上,夏季和春季是农药使用源VOCs排放的高峰期,分别占总量的45.2%和33.8%.

目的:分析数字技术对基层健康治理的促进作用。方法:基于嵌入性理论,分析数字技术嵌入基层健康治理的现实困境。结果:在结构上,数字技术与科层组织存在“互构”梗阻;在功能上,科层组织存在嵌入偏好,且压力型制度导致技术空转;在关系上,工具理性导向与信息茧房阻碍了基层健康治理网络构建;在认知上,数字技术弊端与数字鸿沟影响了受众的接受度与参与度。结论:弥合机会差距,增强基层资源禀赋;强化保障机制,提升基层治理效能;重塑交融关系,促进数字赋能治理体系;凝聚价值认知,转变基层治理理念,共同推进数字技术嵌入基层健康治理。

The solid-liquid viscous system formed by high viscosity crystallization solution impacts the flow and separation ***,it is very important to study the viscosity mechanism to improve viscosity and regulate crystallization,ensuring a seamless production ***,the viscosity of crystallization solution was taken as the measurement parameter of caffeine as a model *** investigated the viscosity mechanism of caffeine crystallization solutions by combining experiment and *** results indicated that the weak interactions between caffeine and water result in increased viscosity of the caffeine crystallization ***,caffeine crystals possess elongated needle-like shapes,featuring a substantial specific surface ***,there isπ-πstacking occurring between the(200)crystal face and(110)crystal face,effectively fostering coalescence of the crystals towards the radial side of the crystal along its elongated axis,resulting in a more viscous crystallization *** results contribute to comprehending the viscosity mechanism of crystal systems and provide theoretical foundation to enhance engineering efficiency in crystallization.

加快能源结构向可再生能源转型是碳达峰、碳中和的关键路径,数字经济作为经济高质量发展新引擎,其核心产业的创新发展对实现能源领域的碳减排至关重要。依托2010—2020年中国省际数据,深入分析数字技术创新在降低碳排放中的作用机制,探讨了能源结构、绿色金融及金融深化水平的影响。研究表明:数字技术创新对碳排放具有显著的抑制作用,能源消费结构在数字技术创新降低碳排放中扮演中介角色,绿色金融则起到调节作用,两者共同促进减排。金融深化水平在数字技术创新的减污降碳过程中存在负向单门槛效应,且数字技术创新对碳排放的影响存在区域异质性。因此,要加速数字技术创新步伐,促进能源结构向可再生能源转型,推广绿色金融实践,同时要针对不同区域制定差异化减排政策,有效推动各区域实现碳减排工作。

There are many kinds of swimming mode in the fish world, and we investigated two of them, used by cyprinids and bulltrout. In this paper we track the locomotion locus by marks in different flow velocity from 0.2 m·s^-1 to 0.8 m·s^-1. By fit the data above we could find out the locomotion mechanism of the two kinds of fish and generate a mathematical model of fish kine- matics. The cyprinid fish has a greater oscillation period and amplitude compared with the bulltrout, and the bulltrout changes velocity mainly by controlling frequency of oscillation.

To investigate the effects of the caudal fin deformation on the hydrodynamic performance of the self-propelled thunniform swimming,we perform fluid-body interaction simulations for a tuna-like swimmer with thunniform *** 3-D vortices are visualized to reveal the role of the leading-edge vortex(LEV)in the thrust *** comparing the swimming velocity of the swimmer with different caudal fin flexure amplitudes fa,it is shown that the acceleration in the starting stage of the swimmer increases with the increase of fa,but its cruising velocity *** results indicate that the caudal fin deformation is beneficial to the fast start but not to the fast cruising of the *** the entire swimming process,the undulation amplitudes of the lateral velocity and the yawing angular velocity decrease as fa *** is found that the formation of an attached LEV on the caudal fin is responsible for generating the low-pressure region on the surface of the caudal fin,which contributes to the ***,the caudal fin deformation can delay the LEV shedding from the caudal fin,extending the duration of the low pressure on the caudal fin,which will cause the caudal fin to generate a drag-type force over a time period in one swimming cycle and reduce the cruising speed of the swimmer.

Polymer gears are used extensively in various ***,durability issues have been emerging because of friction at gear tooth contact *** extend the lifetime of polymer gears,a low-frictional coating has been considered as a possible *** this study,a finite element simulation method was performed to investigate the contact stress between a pair of coated polymer *** simulation included various friction coefficients(COFs)for studying the effects of friction during the *** results revealed that the friction causes the contact stress to shift over the roll angle,which is attributed to the direction of the sliding friction based on a free-body *** also investigated the effects of coating and found that a thin coating has little effect on the bulk deformation behavior of the ***,the stress distribution in the coating at the pitch point was investigated as the COF *** zero friction,three notable stress regions were observed:1)the center of the surface,2)the end of the contact,and 3)the overall contact *** COF was increased in the micro-slip region of the contact interface,both tensile and compressive stresses in the coating *** study provides significant aid to engineers for understanding the stress response of the coating applied to polymer gears to achieve an optimal design.

In this study,we prepared cross-linked enzyme crystals(CLECs)of papain to further broaden the application of the enzyme with high activity in extreme ***,papain crystals were successfully obtained based on the micro-batch,batch,and expanded batch crystallization ***,ammonium sulfate and polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG6000)were synergistically used as the precipitants,while L-cysteine was applied to enhance the activity of ***,the interaction between L-cysteine and papain was modeled by molecular docking *** was found that L-cysteine could form a hydrogen bond with aspartic acid residue(Asp)at site 158,and the electrostatic attraction with lysine residue(Lys)at site 156 was also quite *** the enzyme crystals were cross-linked by glutaraldehyde at optimized *** papain CLECs were identified by various methods,and it was found that the thermal stability and enzymatic activity both increased compared to the raw *** importantly,it could be applied at more rigorous conditions,for example,pH of 4.
