Different Acupuncture Therapies for Postherpetic Neuralgia:An Overview of Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis

Background: Postherpetic neuralgia(PHN) is the most common complication of herpes zoster infection and affects patients' quality of life. Acupuncture therapy is regarded as a competitive method of treatment for analgesia. Objective: To summarize evidence from systematic reviews(SRs) and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of different acupuncture therapies for treating PHN. Methods: Eight electronic databases were searched from their inception to August 5, 2022, including 4 international electronic databases(PubMed, EMBASE, the Cochrane Library, and Web of Science) and 4 Chinese databases(Chinese Biomedical Database, China National Knowledge Infrastructure, VIP Database and Wanfang Database).Methodological quality was assessed by A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Reviews 2(AMSTAR 2).The Risk of Bias in Systematic Review(ROBIS) tool was used to assess the risk of bias in SRs. Evidence level was assessed by the Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation(GRADE)approach. Results: Totally, 7 SRs were included, including 128 studies and 9,792 patients. In AMSTAR 2, most of the SRs were of low or critically low levels since they had more than 1 critical deficiency. In ROBIS, 1 SR(14.29%)was rated as high risk, and the other 6(85.71%) were rated as low risk. In the GRADE system, 9 outcomes(28.13%)were valued as high level, 5(15.63%) as moderate level, 1(3.13%) as low, and 17(53.13%) as very low. In the effectiveness of acupuncture therapy, the group "moxibustion vs. original medical treatment" [mean difference(MD)=–1.44, 95% confidence interval(CI): –1.80 to –1.08, I2=99%, P<0.00001] was of the highest heterogeneity and the group "bloodletting vs. original medical treatment"(MD=–2.80, 95% CI: –3.14 to –2.46, I2=0, P<0.00001)was of the lowest heterogeneity. 机器翻译(machine translation,MT)研究旨在构建一个自动转换系统,将给定源语言序列自动地转换为具有相同语义的目标语言序列.由于机器翻译广阔的应用场景,使其成为自然语言理解领域乃至人工智能领域的一个重要的研究方向.近年来,端到端的神经机器翻译(neural machine translation,NMT)方法显著超越了统计机器翻译(statistical machine translation,SMT)方法,成为目前机器翻译研究的主流方法.然而,神经机器翻译系统通常以句子为翻译单位,在面向文档的翻译场景中,将文档中每个句子独立地进行翻译,会因脱离文档的篇章语境引起一些篇章级的错误,如词语错翻、句子间不连贯等.因此将文档级的信息融入到翻译的过程中去解决跨句的篇章级错误是更加自然和合理的做法,文档级的神经机器翻译(document-level neural machine translation,DNMT)的目标正是如此,成为机器翻译研究的热门方向.调研了近年来在文档级神经机器翻译研究方向的主要工作,从篇章评测方法、使用的数据集和模型方法等方面系统地对当前研究工作进行了归纳与阐述,目的是帮助研究者们快速了解文档级神经机器翻译研究现状以及未来的发展和研究方向.同时在文中也阐述了在文档级神经机器翻译的一些展望、困难和挑战,希望能带给研究者们一些启发.

In this work,we report a visible light-induced energy transfer process related photochemical protocol of cumulative diene containing compounds for the construction of benzocyclohexene skeletons or the corresponding aromatized structures through an energy transfer process,1,5-hydrogen atom transfer and a 6π electrocyclization or demethoxylation in the presence of different photocatalysts such as [Ir(dF（Me）ppy)2（dtbbpy）]PF6or *** newly developed photochemical strategy is characterized by mild conditions,broad substrate applicability,good functional group tolerance and good *** mechanistic paradigm was clarified by deuterium labeling,kinetic,photophysical and electrochemical analyses,control experiments and density functional theory（DFT） *** transformation of the obtained product to the drug-like molecules such as Sertraline and the luminescent conjugated aromatic compounds has also been disclosed.

目的制备枸杞青稞含片并探究其安全品质。方法将枸杞与青稞碾磨成粉过筛,1:1混合成枸杞青稞粉,加入黄油揉成团状,放入磨具进行压片烘干。对枸杞青稞含片进行有毒有害微生物、基础营养指标包括水分、灰分、蛋白质、脂肪、淀粉的测定;由感官评定小组对产品进行感官评定打分。结果枸杞青稞含片当中未检测到有毒有害成分,水分含量约在5.84%;灰分含量约在3.34%;蛋白质含量约在12.34%;脂肪含量约在17.01%;淀粉含量约为47.35%。含片成品色泽均匀无特殊斑点,形态完整无断裂,口感顺滑有轻微颗粒感,酸甜度适中。结论本研究通过将枸杞与青稞结合制成含片提高枸杞的利用率,带动青稞产业的发展,为枸杞相关产品提供新途径。

Concise extraction and characterization of the pore-throat network in unconventional hydrocarbon reservoirs: A new perspective

In this study,a new image-based method for the extraction and characterization of pore-throat network for unconventional hydrocarbon storage and exploitation is proposed.“Pore-throat solidity”,which is analogous to particle solidity,and a new method for automatic identification of pores and throats in tight sandstone oil reservoirs are ***,the“pore-throat combination”and“pure pore”are defined and distinguished by drawing the cumulative probability curve of the pore-throat solidity and by selecting an appropriate cutoff *** the discrete grid set is recognized as a pore-throat combination,Legendre ellipse fitting and minimum Feret diameter are *** the pore and throat grid sets are identified as pure pores,the pore diameter can be directly *** the new method,the analytical results for the physical parameters and pore radius agree well with most prior *** results comparing the maximum ball and the new model could also prove the accuracy of the latter's in micro and nano *** new model provides a more practical theoretical basis and a new calculation method for the rapid and accurate evaluation of the complex processes of oil migration.

针对雨洪水人工回灌特有的水动力和水环境条件,通过系列一维渗流模拟试验,系统分析不同饱和度、酸碱环境、离子强度和回灌速度等渗流状态下堵塞模式微生物在多孔介质内的迁移沉积特征,进而明确不同渗流状态下多孔介质内部微生物堵塞发展状况,同时通过DLVO理论计算揭示不同酸碱环境和离子强度下微生物运移过程中主控作用力.结果显示,当介质饱和度降低、介质内pH值下降、回灌水离子强度增加或回灌流速降低时,堵塞微生物迁移均会变慢,在介质上的沉积增加且层间沉积非均匀程度降低,导致介质内部更易形成生物堵塞.饱和度介于60%~80%、pH值介于7.5~8.5或离子强度介于1~5mmol/L范围内时,分别改变饱和度、pH值或者离子强度,对微生物迁移的影响较弱.渗流速度在0.5~1mL/min范围内,非饱和条件会削弱流速变化对菌体迁移沉积的影响.不同酸碱环境和离子强度下,饱和与非饱和介质中微生物运移主控作用力分别为静电作用力和毛细管作用力.

Hydrodynamic interactions of water waves with a group of independently oscillating truncated circular cylinders

In this study, we examine the water wave radiation by arrays of truncated circular cylinders. Each cylinder can oscillate independently in any rigid oscillation mode with a prescribed amplitude, including translational and rotational modes such as surge, sway, heave, pitch, roll, and their combinations. Based on the eigenfunction expansion and Graf＇s addition theorem for Bessel functions, we developed an analytical method that includes the effects of evanescent modes in order to analyze such arrays of cylinders. To investigate the effects of several influential factors on convergence,our objective is to dramatically reduce the number of tests required and determine the influencing relationships between truncation number and convergence behavior for different factor combinations. We use the orthogonal test method to fulfill the objective. Lastly, we present our results regarding the effects of evanescent modes on hydrodynamic coefficients.

Phosphine-mediated enantioselective synthesis of carbocycles and heterocycles

Nucleophilic chiral phosphine catalysis has been prosperous in asymmetric synthesis over the past two decades. Various tunable chiral phosphines display excellent activity and selectivity in asymmetric transformations including acycloaddition reactions and cycloaddition reactions. Enantiomerically enriched cyclic compounds are ubiquitous in natural products and drug molecules. These phosphinecatalyzed reactions provide effective and extensive strategies for the synthesis of a series of complex cyclic compounds as well as the synthesis of chiral compounds which could be easily transformed to carbocycles and heterocycles. This minireview summarizes recent developments in this area and highlights meaningful breakthroughs.
