Soliton microcombs,which require the hosting cavity to operate in an anomalous dispersion regime,are essential to integrate photonic *** the past,soliton microcombs were generated on cavity whispering gallery modes(WGMs),and the anomalous dispersion requirement of the cavity made by normal dispersion material was achieved through structural dispersion *** inevitably degrades the cavity optical quality factor(Q)and increases pump threshold power for soliton comb *** overcome the challenges,here,we report a soliton microcomb excited by cavity polygon *** modes display anomalous dispersion at near-infrared while optical Q factors exceeding 4×10^(6) are ***,a soliton comb spanning from 1450 nm to 1620 nm with a record low pump power of 11 m W is demonstrated,a three-fold improvement compared to the state of the art on the same material platform.

Umami peptides play important roles in the flavor of fermented broad bean paste (FBBP)， and proteases produced by microorganisms contributed to the production of umami peptides. In order to reveal the formation of umami peptides and their relationships with protease-producing microorganisms during the natural fermentation of FBBP， peptidomics and virtual screening were used to identify and screen umami peptides. Meanwhile， macrogenomics was used to analyze the abundance of microbial-derived protease genes during FBBP fermentation. Then， based on the Pearson correlation coefficient， the correlation network diagram of each protease-producing microorganism with umami peptides was constructed. The results showed that a total of two exopeptidases and four endopeptidases were annotated from FBBP. Staphylococcus， Lactobacillus， Aspergillus， and Weissella can produce most proteases. The species Lactobacillus＿curvatus， Dyella＿jiangningensis， Erythrobacter＿sp， and unclassified＿g＿Pantoea had strong correlation with umami peptides， and they may contribute to the process of protein hydrolysis to produce umami peptides. This study is expected to reveal the formation mechanism of umami peptides in FBBP， and the results of this study provided a better understanding of the relationship between proteases， microbiota， and core umami peptides in FBBP， which could help to improve the umami taste of Pixian Douban paste (PDBP) during fermentation.

Bifidobacteriumlongumsubsp. infantis (***. infantis) and Bifidobacteriumadolescentis(B. adolescentis) play important roles in the guts of infants and adolescents， respectively. In this study， using a neonatal rat model， we compared the protective effects of these two bifidobacterial species against Salmonella infection. The results demonstrated that ***. infantis was more effective than B. adolescentis in alleviating the severity of infection in newborn rats exposed to Salmonella entericaserovarTyphimurium strain SL1344. B. *** attenuated intestinal inflammation and mucosal damage induced by Salmonella infection， as well as protecting intestinal nerves and intestinal barrier function through TLR4/MyD88 signalling. B. longumsubsp. infantis also displayed the potential to modulate gut metabolites by promoting the biosynthesis of unsaturated fatty acids (arachidonic acid， eicosapentaenoic acid and α-linolenic acid) and purine metabolism (guanine， adenine， inosine and adenosine)， thereby regulating metabolic disturbances. Additionally， the benefits of B. *** were also observed in the liver， spleen and brain， improving nerve reflexes and suppressing hepatosplenomegaly. Overall， these findings provide novel insights into the prevention and treatment of gut-related diseases in newborns， highlighting the potentially significant role of B. *** in clinical applications.

BACKGROUND Gelastic seizure(GS)is a rare type of epilepsy that most commonly appears in patients with hypothalamic *** is rarely associated with other types of brain *** particular type of epilepsy is relatively rare and has few links to other brain *** lobe malacia is mostly caused by cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage,which can lead to *** report a case of GS in a woman with temporal lobe malacia which was reported for the first time in the *** SUMMARY A 73-year-old female,diagnosed case of GS,presented with repetitive stereotyped laughter a month prior to presentation,happening multiple times daily and with each time lasting for *** displayed a focal seizure seen in the right temporal *** resonance imaging head with contrast showed a right temporal lobe *** patient was started on levetiracetam *** patient indicated that they had fully recovered and were not experiencing any recurrent or stereotyped laughter during their daily *** results remained consistent even after a one-year follow-up *** GS can be caused by temporal lobe malacia,which is an uncommon but potentially grave *** outcome of this present case exhibited the importance of the temporal lobe in the genesis of GS.

以布莱恩·哈利为代表的学者开启地图“知识—权力”议题以来,相关研究日渐丰富,相较于从原始地图及编绘者视角入手的研究,对于从地图传播过程中广义地图使用者(读者)视角的考察较少。论文以一张号称“1910年”由“德国”绘制的青岛城市规划地图为案例,借助地理配准、图纸内容对比分析等手段,尝试解译地图表征背后隐藏的规划史实。结果表明:地图使用者通过无意识或有意识的地图复制和重组等参与行为,造成了地图表征失真,并通过权威教科书的广泛传播形成了颠覆原图认知的全新规划“史实”。文章进一步讨论了地图使用者在参与过程中作为特定社会阶层潜在的价值观和意识形态与地图表征之间的关联。希冀从地图使用者视角来完善布莱恩·哈利的地图权力相关议题,并以城市规划地图这一特定地图类型丰富地图(学)史的案例研究。
