Oral submucous fibrosis （OSF） is a potentially malignant disorder that is characterized by a progressive fibrosis in the oral submucosa. Arecoline, an alkaloid compound of the areca nut, is reported to be a major aetiological factor in the development of OSF. Low-power laser irradiation （LPLI） has been reported to be beneficial in fibrosis prevention in different damaged organs. The aim of this study was to investigate the potential therapeutic effects of LPLI on arecoline-induced fibrosis. Arecoline- stimulated human gingival fibroblasts （HGFs） were treated with or without LPLI. The expression levels of the fibrotic marker genes alpha-smooth muscle actin （a-SMA） and connective tissue growth factor （CTGF/CCN2） were analysed by quantitative real- time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction （RT-PCR） and western blots. In addition, the transcriptional activity of CCN2 was further determined by a reporter assay. The results indicated that arecoline increased the messenger RNA and protein expression of CCN2 and a-SMA in HGF. Interestingly, both LPLI and forskolin, an adenylyl cyclase activator, reduced the expression of arecoline-mediated fibrotic marker genes and inhibited the transcriptional activity of CCN2. Moreover, pretreatment with SQ22536, an adenylyl cyclase inhibitor, blocked LPLI＇s inhibition of the expression of arecoline-mediated fibrotic marker genes. Our data suggest that LPLI may inhibit the expression of arecoline-mediated fibrotic marker genes via the cAMP signalling pathway.

G. C. Ying, Y. Y. Meng, B. E. Sagan, and V. R. Vatter [1] found the maximum number of maximal independent sets in connected graphs which contain at most two cycles. In this paper, we give an alternative proof to determine the largest number of maximal independent sets among all connected graphs of order n ≥ 12, which contain at most two cycles. We also characterize the extremal graph achieving this maximum value.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the combined effects of photofrin (Pf) Ⅱ and laser irradiation on mice bearing subcutaneous *** Ehrlish ascites tumor cells (1×107) were implanted subcutaneously into the breast area of ICR mice. The tumors, when grew up to 0.55±0.15cm3, was administered of laser irradiation (514.5nm, 112.5mW/cm2 for 11.12 min with a total energy 75J/cm2) after intraperitoneal injection of Pf Ⅱ (5, 7.5, 10 and 15mg/kg body weight) once a day for three successive *** The mortality rate (MR120) in the tumor control was 93.7% and the mean survival time (MST120) was 46.6 days. The best therapeutic effect (50% mortality rate, 53.8% tumor control rate and mean survival time 86 days) was observed in the group treated with 7.5mg of Pf Ⅱ per kg of body weight and total irradiation energy of 75J/cm2 (112.5mW/cm2 for 11.12 min) with 514.5nm argon ion laser *** The effect on the survival rate of tumor cells and synthetic rates of DNA, RNA and protein were obviously inhibited, as the dose of pf Ⅱ and laser irradiation increased.

This work presents an algorithm for simulating more accurate temperature distribution in two-phase liquid cooling for three-dimensional integrated circuits than the state of-the-art methods by utilizing local multi-linear interpolation techniques on heat transfer coefficients between the microchannel and silicon substrate, and considering the interdependence between the thermal conductivity of silicon and temperature values. The experimental results show that the maximum and average errors are only 9.7% and 6.7% compared with the measurements, respectively.

Ⅰ.引言钨磷酸能与鹼性染料化合成耐日光、耐熱、耐鹼、抗水性很强的顏料。它比單甯酸和吐酒石酸的混合液作用於同樣鹼性染料而得到的顏料要好得多。鎢磷酸顏料還有其他性質,如磨細的程度、比重、着色率和試印等等,也都曾經被人研究過了。由於它具有很高的穩定性,能長久地保持着鮮艷的色彩,故每年大量地被用在油墨、橡膠,瓷漆、繪圖,蠟以及造紙等工業中,而且它的用途正在日益擴大中。這種顏料,固然有各種優點,但成本昂貴。根據文獻記載,最好用鎢磷酸与鹼性染料直接化合,品質可以均匀。但在工業製造過程中則因鎢磷酸價格极为昂貴,故改用鎢磷酸鈉法,乃是在鎢酸鈉溶液中加入磷酸鈉鹽及鹽酸,使成鎢磷酸鈉溶液,即在該溶液中加入鹼性染料,而得鎢磷酸基顏料。我國印刷工業,曾一

为应对越南工业化和现代化的发展,培养越南年轻一代成为未来的顶梁柱已纳入国家的发展战略,建立迅速有效的教育培训系统也成为教育部门的头号目标。其中,学生身体素质的发育是该战略中的重要问题,儿童健康是国家的宝贵财富和未来,也是每一个家庭的幸福,学生的体育教育与健康建设不仅是各级、各部门、各机构的首要目标,也是整个社会的责任。小学教育是每个国家国民教育系统中的基石,小学阶段又是身体素质发展最为重要的阶段之一,所以提高小学生的身体素质以及身体健康状况已成为体育教育与健康的最重要的目标。6-10岁的小学生生理发育变化非常大,如果在此阶段小学生能受到科学的指导、培养和训练,这将对他们未来身体素质的发展打下扎实的基础,为国家的工业化和现代化做好准备。本论文通过身体素质测试和问卷调查两部分对越南河内6-10岁小学生的身体素质进行调查、研究和分析。针对身体素质的测试分为对身体形态和身体机能两部分:对身体形态的分析和评估先通过测量身高、体重、胸围指标和计算BMI指数,再对性别、年龄、区域之间进行比较;对身体技能的分析和评估先通过握力项目对上肢力量进行测试、立定跳远项目对下肢力量进行测试、30米跑步项目对速度进行测试、3 min计时跑对6-7岁小学生的耐力进行测试、5min计时跑对8-10岁小学生的耐力进行测试、站立体前屈对柔韧性进行测试、2×10米运球跑对灵敏性进行测试,再对性别、年龄、区域之间的进行比较。问卷调查分为针对影响小学生身体素质的个人因素、家庭因素、学校因素三部分进行调查,个人因素的调查问卷由小学生填写,家庭因素的调查问卷由家长填写,学校因素的调查问卷由体育教师填写;通过整理归纳问卷答案,总结出来自各方面的影响小学生身体素质的原因。通过身体素质测试和问卷调查的分析,发现虽然越南河内6-10岁的小学生身体素质呈上升趋势,但身体素质的上升速率却呈下降趋势;越南河内大部分学校在教师资源、器材设备、场地面积等方面投入不足,体育教育仍有待加强和提高,以及越南河内还有大部分学生家长对体育教育持不重视态度,教育理念有待改观,这些现有的问题都将给越南小学生未来身体素质的发展造成限制。针对家长重文轻体的问题建议各个小学定期举办家长会,培养家长正确的体育教育观念,要从根本上意识到体育活动对小学生身体素质的重要性,从家庭方面培养学生良好的运动习惯,保证学生智体发展平衡。针对学校体育内容较单一的问题建议各小学组织进行各种各样的体育活动,展示体育活动的多样性、丰富性,培养学生对不同体育项目的兴趣、参与积极性和竞技乐趣;也希望学校补足缺乏的体育教师,保证师资力量能胜任对校内学生体育课程的设置和执行;定期对学生进行体育测试,对学生的身体素质情况进行监督,对各项指标的波动进行体育课程上的调整。本论文希望通过分析结果对如何在河内小学开展体育课程,帮助学生养成良好的运动习惯,并提高国家相关机构对小学体育教育的重视程度做出一定的贡献。

本文研究了用锌粒还原柱还原Eu（Ⅲ）时,流速和温度对还原率的影响。实验结果表明,当还原柱固定（φ=3cm.h=30cm）,流速在3—30ml/分温度在18—45℃时还原率均可大于96％。提出了用还原后的料液脱除有机相中溶存氧的新方法。从而提高了氧化铕的收率。用本方法以Sm Eu Gd富集物为原料,制得了纯度>99.95％收率≥90％的Eu2O3。本方法的优点是工艺简单,化学试剂消耗少且能连续生产。
