Winter plants rely on vernalization,a crucial process for adapting to cold conditions and ensuring successful ***,understanding the role of histone modifications in guiding the vernalization process in winter wheat remains *** this study,we investigated the transcriptome and chromatin dynamics in the shoot apex throughout the life cycle of winter wheat in the *** core histone modifications,H3K27me3 and H3K36me3,exhibited opposite patterns on the key vernalization gene VERNALIZATION1.VRN1.,correlating with its induction during cold ***,the H3K36me3 level remained high at VRN1.after cold exposure,which may maintain its active *** in FERTILIZATION-INDEPENDENT ENDOSPERM(TaFIE)and SET DOMAIN GROUP 8/EARLY FLOWERING IN SHORT DAYS(TaSDG8/TaEFS),components of the writer complex for H3K27me3 and H3K36me3,respectively,affected flowering ***,VRN1.lost its high expression after the cold exposure memory in the absence of *** embryo development,VRN1.was silenced with the removal of active histone modifications in both winter and spring wheat,with selective restoration of H3K27me3 in winter *** mutant of Tafie-cr-87,a component of H3K27me3“writer”complex,did not influence the silence of VRN1.uring embryo development,but rather attenuated the cold exposure requirement of winter *** gene expression with H3K27me3 and H3K36me3 patterns identified potential regulators of *** study unveils distinct roles of H3K27me3 and H3K36me3 in controlling vernalization response,maintenance,and resetting in winter wheat.

Background: Staphylococcus aureus is responsible for the majority of skin and soft tissue infections, which are often diagnosed at a late stage, thereby impacting treatment efficacy. Our study was designed to reveal the physiological changes at different stages of infection by S. aureus through the combined analysis of variations in the skin microenvironment, providing insights for the diagnosis and treatment of *** ***: We established a murine model of skin and soft tissue infection with *** as the infectious agent to investigate the differences in the microenvironment at different stages of infection. By combining analysis of the host immune status and histological observations, we elucidate the progression of S. aureus infection in ***: The results indicate that the infection process in mice can be divided into at least two stages: early infection(1.3 days post-i nfection) and late infection(5–7 days post-i nfection). During the early stage of infection, notable symptoms such as erythema and abundant exudate at the infection site were observed. Histological examination revealed infiltration of numerous neutrophils and bacterial clusters,accompanied by elevated levels of cytokines(IL-6, IL-1.). There was a decrease in microbial alpha diversity within the microenvironment(Shannon, Faith' s PD, Chao1.Observed species, Simpson, Pielou' s E). In contrast, during the late stage of infection, a reduction or even absence of exudate was observed at the infected site, accompanied by the formation of scabs. Additionally, there was evidence of fibroblast proliferation and neovascularization. The levels of cytokines and microbial composition gradually returned to a healthy ***: This study reveals synchrony between microbial composition and histological/immunological changes during S. aureus-i nduced SSTIs.

We present radial velocity(RV)curve templates of RR Lyrae first-overtone(RRc)stars constructed with the Mg I b triplet and Hαlines using time-domain Medium-Resolution Survey spectra of seven RRc stars from Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopic Telescope(LAMOST)Data Release ***,we derive the relation between the stellar RV curve amplitudes and g-band light curve amplitudes from Zwicky Transient Facility(ZTF)public *** those RRc stars without ZTF g-band light curves,we provide the conversions from the light curve amplitudes in ZTF r-and i-bands,Gaia G-band,and V-band from the All-Sky Automated Survey for Supernovae to those in ZTF *** validate our RV curve templates using the RRc star SV Scl and find the uncertainties of systemic RV are less than 2.1. km s~(-1.and 6.08 km s~(-1.based on the Mg I b triplet and Hαlines,*** calculate the systemic RVs of 30 RRc stars using the RV curve templates constructed with the Mg I b triplet and Hαlines and find the systemic RVs are comparable with each *** RV curve template will be particularly useful for obtaining the systemic RV of RRc using the LAMOST spectroscopy.

In this paper,a two-grid mixed finite element method(MFEM)of implicit Backward Euler(BE)formula is presented for the fourth order time-dependent singularly perturbed Bi-wave problem for d-wave superconductors by the nonconforming EQ_(1.^(rot) *** this approach,the original nonlinear system is solved on the coarse mesh through the Newton iteration method,and then the linear system is computed on the fine mesh with Taylor’s *** on the high accuracy results of the chosen element,the uniform superclose and superconvergent estimates in the broken H^(1.-norm are derived,which are independent of the negative powers of the perturbation parameter appeared in the considered *** results illustrate that the computing cost of the proposed two-grid method is much less than that of the conventional Galerkin MFEM without loss of accuracy.
