Introduction： The anti Kell is a major cause of hemolytic disease of the newborn; the third cause after ABO and Rhesus in frequency; and the second in terms of severity after rhesus type incompatibility. In Africa, 60% of the population is Kell negative. In Congo, Kell blood group determination is not systematically performed and almost non-existent in perinatology. We aimed to report a case of this immunization in routine practice. Method： This study is a clinical report of Kell immunization. Physical examination was performed and blood group determined. Clinical and biological follow up of the case： a review of the literature of Kell immtmizations is included. Result： A female newborn on day 4 of life with weight of 3,250 g born at term admitted to Sendwe＇s Hospital emergency for pallor and respiratory distress. History reveals jaundice at birth. The mother is P1G4A3D0, blood group Orh＋. Clinically the child is pale, jaundiced, present tachycardia, hepatomegaly, polypnea Brh＋. The diagnostic orientation is a maternal-fetal incompatibility. The realization of blood grouping Kell, Duffy and irregular antibodies research Kell type confirms the diagnosis of Kell hemolytic disease of the newborn. We discharged him after 14 days. Conclusions： The Kell type IFME is a purveyor of grave hemolytic disease of the newborn. His knowledge, prevention and proper care by a multidisciplinary team can prevent dramatic situations.

SDG space: Revealing the structure and complementarities among sustainable development goals in China

To achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030, it is essential to understand the interlinkages between the goals. Previous research has investigated these interactions by focusing on their correlations. However, few studies have systematically prioritized them from a structural perspective through the complementarity measurements and empirically validated their policy effectiveness, such as which goals and indicators impact other SDGs most, especially in China. This study introduces a new concept known as the ‘SDG space’ by employing the “Product Space” approach in network science and economics. It measures the complementarities between SDGs and indicators through their network structures in investigating effective policy design. Using the most recent available but unpublished data for 31 Chinese provinces, the SDG space was constructed at the 17 SDG and 118 indicator levels by analyzing the probability of comparative advantage between each SDG or indicator pair co-occurring in the same place. Historical data confirm that in the ‘SDG Space’ network, a goal connected to other well-developed goals would enjoy better future growth and vice versa. The structure reveals that SDG 4 (Quality Education), 15 (Life on Land), and 1 (No Poverty) are critical goals with transformative synergies to other SDGs. Furthermore, we identified strong complementarities between land-based ecosystems and clean water and climate actions using the finer-grained indicator-level space. These findings help pave the way for China toward a sustainable future by providing science-based policy recommendations for decision-makers. They can be generally applied to other countries and regions to assist in navigating toward sustainable development. © 2024

目的分析基于转化式学习理念的急诊科护生心肺复苏培训模式构建及应用效果。方法采用前瞻性研究,选取2021年9月至2022年12月在温州市人民医院急诊科实习的护生80人为研究对象,根据入科时间的单双数月份分为对照组(n=40)给予传统教学,试验组(n=40)给予基于转式化学习理论的心肺复苏培训模式教学。评估对比两组自主学习、批判性思维能力、自我效能、学习倦怠、操作失误率、考核成绩、满意度。结果带教后,与对照组相比,试验组自主学习能力[(105.45±10.31)分比(123.89±11.45)分、(86.12±8.39)分比(102.23±11.45)分、(89.45±9.48)分比(114.23±11.25)分]、批判性思维能力[(41.89±4.23)分比(6.01±5.01)分、(42.01±5.30)分比(47.58±6.12)分、(40.89±4.83)分比(46.77±5.03)分、(43.89±4.36)分比(50.00±5.52)分、(43.89±4.27)分比(48.77±5.36)分、(44.36±4.89)分比(49.43±5.23)分、(43.72±4.36)分比(50.18±5.36)分]、自我效能量表评分[(30.58±2.56)分比(5.23±3.01)分]均较高,学习倦怠评分[(24.03±2.57)分比(20.82±2.01)分、(20.01±1.89)分比(16.03±1.25)分、(19.36±1.58)分比(16.01±1.23)分]均较低,差异均有统计学意义(t=7.57、7.18、10.65、3.97、4.35、5.33、5.49、4.50、4.48、5.91、7.44、6.22、11.11、10.58,均P<0.001)。与对照组相比,试验组操作失误率[25.00%(10/40)比7.50%(3/40)]较低、护生满意度[(77.50%(31/40)比95.00%(19/20)]较高(χ^(2)=4.50、5.17,均P<0.05),考核成绩[(81.58±6.33)分比(89.36±9.14)分、(82.44±7.25)分比(90.03±8.36)分]较高,(t=4.43、4.34,均P<0.05)。结论急诊科护生应用基于转化式学习理论的心肺复苏培训模式教学后自主学习、批判性思维能力增强,学习倦怠缓解,自我效能提升,且考核成绩理想,满意度较高。

Let k, m and n be three positive integers such that 2^m= 1 （mod n） and k ≥ 2. The Bouwer graph, which is denoted by B（k,m,n）, is the graph with vertex set {（a,b）｜ a ∈Zm, b ∈Zn×…×Zn} k-1 times and two vertices being adjacent if they can be written as （a,b） and （a＋ 1,c）, where either c ： b or c = （cl,c2 …,ck-1） differs from b = （b1, b2,…, bk-1） in exactly one position, say the jth position, where cj = bj ＋ 2^a. Every B（k, m, n） is a vertex- and edge-transitive graph, and Bouwer proved that B（k, 6, 9） is half-arc-transitive for every k ≥ 2. In 2016, Conder and Zitnik gave the classification of half-arc-transitive Bouwer graphs. In this paper, the full automorphism group of every B（k, m, n） is determined.

Behavior Consistency Computation for Workflow Nets With Unknown Correspondence

Consistency degree calculation is established on the basis of known correspondence, but in real life, the correspondence is generally unknown, so how to calculate consistency of two models under unknown correspondence has become a problem. For this condition, we should analyze unknown correspondence due to the influence of different *** this paper we obtain the relations of transitions based on event relations using branching processes, and build a behavioral matrix of relations. Based on the permutation of behavioral matrix, we express different correspondences, and define a new formula to compute the maximal consistency degree of two workflow nets. Additionally, this paper utilizes an example to show these definitions, computation as well as the advantages.

嗅探攻击和洪泛攻击是物联网中两种常见的攻击方式:嗅探攻击隐蔽性强,旨在窃取用户数据;而洪泛攻击具有破坏性,会影响正常的网络通信和服务。攻击者可能利用嗅探攻击寻找攻击目标,然后通过洪泛攻击对目标进行攻击,这种攻击方式使IoT面临严重的安全威胁。而端信息跳变、虚假IP跳变、双IP跳变等防御手段侧重于单一类型的攻击,难以有效地应对这种攻击方式。针对IoT环境下面临的安全问题,提出一种基于可编程软件定义网络(SDN)的动态网络防御方案。在攻击侦查阶段,通过动态改变协议号和周期性跳变数据包中的四元组,可成功混淆端信息,从而有效抵御嗅探攻击。在攻击实施阶段,通过首包丢弃和源认证的方式,可成功抵御洪泛攻击,从而显著提高网络的安全性。仿真实验结果表明,与传统针对单一类型攻击的防御方案相比,该方案能在网络攻击的不同阶段有效抵御嗅探攻击和洪泛攻击,并保持了较低的通信时延和CPU负载。

Numerical Study of Interaction Efficiency for a 170GHz Megawatt-Level Coaxial-Gyrotron

The beam-wave interaction efficiency of a 170GHz megawatt-level corrugated coaxial-gyrotron operating with TE;mode was studied numerically. According to the self-consistent nonlinear theory, the efficiencies of two types of coaxial resonator were calculated and compared. Taking into account electronic velocity spread and cavity wall resistivity, the beam-wave interactions of improved cavity were investigated. The relationships between efficiency and magnetic field, voltage, current, beam radius, velocity ratio, and parameters of groove are presented. The results show that the voltage and magnetic field have great influence on efficiency, but the current and velocity spread do slightly. The optimized geometry parameters can improve efficiency, reduce the impact of velocity spread on efficiency, and achieve around 48.6% electronic efficiency and 1.7MW output power at 5% velocity spread and 6.896×10;Ωm resistivity.

Dose modest alcohol consumption(MAC)help the health care?There is a mainstream that MAC may not aggravate or even reduce cardiovascular disease and all-cause mortality(1,2).Light(≤3 drink/week)or moderate(>3 to≤14 drinks/week for men or>3 to≤7 drinks/week for women)alcohol consumption were reducing risk of mortality for all causes and cardiovascular disease(2).In 2018,combined analysis of 599,912 current drinkers in 83 prospective studies of high income countries,showed alcohol consumption was positive and curvilinear association with all-cause mortality and roughly linearly associated with a cardiovascular disease other than myocardial infarction(1).They recommend the threshold for lowest risk of all-cause mortality was 100 g/week.
