AIM:To estimate the characteristics of Color Doppler findings and the results of hepatic radionuclide angiography (HRA) in secondary Hodgkin's hepatic ***:The research included patients with a diagnosis of Hodgkin's lymphoma with metastatic focal lesions in the liver and *** characteristics of focal liver lesions and hemodynamic parameters were examined by pulsed and Color Doppler in the portal,hepatic and splenic veins were *** perfusion index (HPI) estimated by HRA was ***:In the majority of patients,hepatomegaly was *** were mostly hypoechoic and mixed,solitary or *** of the patients presented with dilated splenic veins and hepatofugal blood flow.A pulse wave was registered in the centre and at the margins of *** average velocity of the pulse wave was higher at the margins (P>0.05).A continuous venous wave was found only at the margins of *** was no linear correlation between lymphoma size and velocity of pulse and continuous wave (r=390,P<0.01).HPI was significantly lower in patients with lymphomas than in controls (P<0.05),pointing out increased arterial perfusion in comparison to portal ***:Color Doppler ultrasonography is a sensitive method for the detection of neovascularization in Hodgkin's hepatic lymphoma and estimation of its *** radionuclide angiography can additionally help in the assesment of vascularisation of liver lesions.

An imbalance in adenosine-mediated signaling,particularly the increased A_(2A)R-mediated signaling,plays a role in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's *** therapeutic approaches fail to alter disease progression,demonstrating the need for novel approaches in *** transcranial magnetic stimulation is a non-invasive approach that has been shown to improve motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's ***,the underlying mechanisms of the beneficial effects of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation remain *** purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which the beneficial effects of prolonged intermittent theta burst stimulation in the 6-hydroxydopamine model of experimental parkinsonism are based on modulation of adenosine-mediated *** with unilateral 6-hydroxydopamine lesions underwent intermittent theta burst stimulation for 3 weeks and were tested for motor skills using the Rotarod ***,quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction,immunohistochemistry,and biochemical analysis of components of adenosine-mediated signaling were performed on the synaptosomal fraction of the lesioned caudate *** intermittent theta burst stimulation improved motor symptoms in 6-hydroxydopamine-lesioned animals.A 6-hydroxydopamine lesion resulted in progressive loss of dopaminergic neurons in the caudate *** with intermittent theta burst stimulation began 7 days after the lesion,coinciding with the onset of motor *** treatment with prolonged intermittent theta burst stimulation,complete motor recovery was *** improvement was accompanied by downregulation of the e N/CD73-A_(2A)R pathway and a return to physiological levels of A_(1)R-adenosine deaminase 1 after 3 weeks of intermittent theta burst *** results demonstrated that 6-hydroxydopamine-induced degeneration reduced the expression of A_(1)R and elevated the expression of A_(2A)***

Within this paper, the process of statistical safety analysis has been presented, which involves the following steps： formulation of basic principles of statistical safety analysis, initial events analysis, accident sceneries progress analysis, risk calculation, and risk calculation results analysis. On this basis, it has been concluded that the bucket wheel excavator SRs 1200×24/4×0（400 kW）＋VR safety criteria is the mechanism for the hoist of rotor＇s arrow failure modes, because in that case whole bucket wheel excavator failure would necessarily happen （excavator falling down on counterweight）. Therefore, excavator units statistical safety analysis is accomplished preventively to obtain its effective maintenance management.

Welded joint is a critical region of a welded *** operational safety of welded pressure equipment mostly depends on the behaviour of loaded *** of welded structure is dependent on the properties of welded joint as whole and of its constituents (parent metal,heat affected zone and weld metal).In this paper the behaviour of welded joint cracked constituents is *** integrity assessment procedure is applied to welded pressure vessel produced of high-strength low-alloyed steel,operating at-40°C,comparing crack driving force and material crack resistance,using path-independent contour J-integral as fracture mechanics *** comparison of crack driving force,expressed by J-integral and material resistant curve,J-R curve,provide the possibility to determine the extent of the stable crack as well as the critical crack size for its final fast propagation and also to assess the structural integrity of a cracked pressure vessel.

Experiments were carried out to investigate the liquid flow distribution at high gas/liquid ratios in a cold model monolith bed of a 0.048 m diameter with 62 cells per *** types of distributor for the liquid distribu-tion were used to evaluate their distribution *** liquid saturation in individual channels was meas-ured using 16 single-point optical fiber probes mounted inside the *** results indicate that 1) The optical fiber probe technique can measure phase distribution in the monolith bed;2) Liquid saturation distribution along the radial direction of the monolith bed is not uniform and the extent of non-uniformity depends on the distributor de-sign and phase velocities;and 3) The tube array distributor provides superior liquid distribution performance over the showerhead and nozzle distributors.

Although he does not for a moment break the connection with the fundamental category of functionalism-the social system,Luhmann articulates the basic elements of his authentic sociological position precisely with the theoretical framework within which he solves the problem of social change through the concept of communication,a problem that has marked the history of sociological theory so *** categories of system and environment,system and purpose,and internal differentiation of the social system play a special role in that theoretical ***’s basic thesis is the position according to which the elementary process that constitutes society as a separate reality is the process of ***,any change in the way communication is produced simultaneously means a change in the way society is produced;these changes are evolutionary,which means that they move from a lower to a higher degree of complexity;changes in the level of complexity also change the relationship between the system and the environment;the change in the relationship between the system and the environment affects the internal relationship between the system and the purpose,that is,the differentiation of the system and the establishment of the autonomy of subsystems,which increases the degree of flexibility of society,that is,the ability of society to respond to the challenges of its own *** theoretical and practical relevance of this topic is more than explicit-one of the central issues of contemporary social and political practice is the articulation of increasingly rapid changes in complex social structures,so,in our opinion,Luhmann’s approach represents a significant theoretical legacy and an effective tool for understanding complex dynamics of the modern world.

在实验流床反应器内用含２３％Ｃｕ，１７％Ｃｒ的氧化铝催化剂进行过氧化氢的等温分解，以测试不同操作条件下液相反应物转化率对空时的依赖关系。实验证实过氧化氢分解是一个液相反应物起限制性作用的１级反应。模型预测与实验数据的比较表明：除催化剂效率因子以外，必须考虑外部质量传递和催化剂外部不完全润湿的影响。Ｄｕｄｕｋｏｖｉｃ提出的考虑催化剂总效率因子的近似模型完全能够模拟上述２种影响。
