The principle problem addressed in the conducted research was the issue of excessive pollution being emitted from Beijing’s most congested interchanges which contributes to the overall poor air *** main aim was to examine which principles could be applied through architecture for assisting in the process of pollution *** first objective of this research included detecting and precisely mapping the biggest pollution contributors among Beijing’s interchanges,and thus defining spots in the city that are in need of urgent air ***,the research dealt with introducing Venturi scrubber as the possible pollution *** it already proved highly effective and successful in the process of treating pollution for the purposes of industry,this research aimed to prove that the same method could be applied for the abatement of traffic induced *** than this,since Venturi scrubbers usually operate on a much smaller scale that does not conform with architectural one,it was necessary to examine whether this principle could be used on a large scale with the same *** this reason,series of simulations have been conducted to see how the airflow performs in large structures atria observing criteria such as velocity and pressure *** on the simulations,an optimal model was adopted for the proposal of Venturi *** final objective of the research included the proposal for towers,which introduced how a megascaled Venturi scrubber can be implemented in the context of the *** previously marked interchanges were used as a platform where these towers could be installed,reestablishing concepts such as role of infrastructural buildings in the city context,providing land from traffic infrastructure,but most importantly,concept of integrating mechanical and architectural features of the building in one hybrid *** project for Venturi towers provides a proposal how a problem of traffic induced pollution can be treated

旅游业是黑山共和国(以下简称黑山)经济最重要的组成部分,占黑山GdP的25%。因此,旅游公司的发展对黑山的整体经济极为重要。提高旅游公司的质量并使其在市场上更具竞争力,可以将黑山的旅游业提升到更高的水平。对于任何国家的旅游公司而言,战略管理在其发展中都扮演着关键角色。目前,在黑山的旅游公司中,战略管理仍然没有广泛运用。本研究将试图证明战略管理对于公司以及整个旅游业的成功至关重要。多年以来,各种战略管理方法、模型和理论已经成为被很多公司的应用,模型之一就是迈克尔·波特的五力模型,该模型可让企业评估购买者,供应商,替代品以及当前或潜在竞争者如何影响其业务。本文的主要目的是分析波特五力模型中的哪一种力量对黑山旅游市场中的旅游公司的影响最大,以及其影响方式。在进行这项研究时,本人将旅游公司HGBR作为案例进行研究,以便更好地了解波特五力模型在实践中的运用。本案例的调查对象是HGBR公司中的30名经理(HGBR所拥有的5家酒店中的5名经理以及酒店集团级别的5名高管)。调查问题共分为五个部分,目的是检查波特五力模型中五种力量的强度。根据管理人员给出的答案,可以得出结论,哪些力量强大,以及它们对旅游公司的影响如何。在此之后,本人提供了一种可行策略,即黑山市场上的旅游公司可以使用的策略,用该策略可以使企业在市场上获得更大的竞争优势。根据调查研究,得出的结论是:有四种能力会强烈影响HGBR(及其他旅游公司),即购买者的议价能力,供应商的议价能力,替代品的替代能力和潜在进入者进入的能力,而行业内竞争者现在的竞争能力仅处于平均水平。为了降低这种影响,本论文提出了成本领先战略,为了能让该企业在旅游市场上保持竞争力,这是当前的最优战略。通过以HGBR为例,本研究建议采用成本领先战略,使黑山的旅游公司能够减弱客户和供应商的议价能力,以及替代品和新进入者的威胁。通过对HGBR调查问卷分析也最终得出结论:采用成本领先战略将有利于该旅游企业乃至整个黑山的旅游业的发展。

Biofuel cell based on horseradish peroxidase immobilized on copper sulfide as anode for decolorization of anthraquinone AV109 dye

The potential application of electrochemically formed copper sulfide as horseradish peroxidase mediator in the enzymatic biofuel cell and anthraquinone AV109 dye as a fuel is investigated. The open circuit voltage of 0.52 V and short circuit current of ～3.6 μA/cm^2 are obtained, with the maximum specific power of ～1 μW/cm^2. The influence of internal resistance of the cell is discussed. decolorization is investigated under open circuit potentials, and under external load of 3.3 k conditions. In both cases, 40% of decolorization is achieved, but are three times faster under external load conditions. Specific energy during decolorization in such cell is estimated to ～5 m Wh/m^2. The possible mechanism of the power generation during decolorization of AV 109 dye is discussed.

differences inthe Level of Social Status of Male and Female Folk dancers

The research was conducted in order to determine differences in the social status structure of male and female performers of folk dances. For the purpose of determining the social status structure of male and female dancers, 103 male and 145 female dancers aged 18-28 actively engaged in folk dancing were tested. For the assessment of social status, only one model that allows for true scientific approach to studying the structure of stratification dimensions has been made so far. The model was constructed by Saksida and later served as a basis for many studies conducted by other authors as well （Saksida, Caserman, Petrovic, Momirovic, and Hosek）. designed as a phenomenological model, it has undergone several changes over time, but it is still suitable for studying social change. The INST2 questionnaire modified by Boli, Popovic, Hosek, Momirovic, and Savic （SSMIN） was applied in this study. All the data obtained in this research were processed at the Multidisciplinary Research Center of the Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, University of Pristina, through the system of data processing programs designed by d. Popovic and K Momirovic. To determine differences between the groups, a method of discriminant analysis was applied.

Influence of Conative Characteristics on Special Olympics Athletes and Unified Partners＇ Success in Football

The research was conducted in order to determine influence of conative characteristics on the criterion variables in Special Olympics athletes and partners in football. For this purpose, 80 athletes and partners engaged in football were tested. For the assessment of conative characteristics, the measurement instrument CON6 was selected by which the following conative regulators were evaluated： activity regulator, organ function regulator, defense reaction regulator, attack reaction regulator, system for coordination of regulatory functions, system for integration of regulatory functions, and system for excitation and inhibition. To assess success in a football game, the following variables were used： evaluation of the effectiveness of the techniques, evaluation of the performance effectiveness in the offensive phase, evaluation of the performance effectiveness in the defensive phase, evaluation of individual creativity during the game, team responsibility evaluation, engagement evaluation, behavior evaluation, general evaluation of success in the game. All the data in this research were analyzed at the Multidisciplinary Research Center, Faculty of Sport and Physical Education, University of Pristina, by the system of data processing programs dRSOFT developed by d. Popovi~ and K. Momirovi~. The algorithms and programs implemented within this thesis have been fully presented and the results of the programs have been analyzed.

Laboratory Findings in Twins Suffering from Autism—Case Report

Autism refers a wide range of conditions and the most prominent are challenges with social skills, repetitive behaviors, speech disturbances. By now, it is known that there is no one type of autism, but there are many of them which are caused by genetic factors and environmental influences. Sometimes autism is called autism spectrum disorders which reflect the wide variation in challenges and strengths possessed by each person with autism (e.g., gastrointestinal disorders, seizures, sleep disturbances, attention deficit and hyperactivity disorders, anxiety etc.). Around one third of all people with autism remain nonverbal and have an intellectual disability. This condition can be detected as early as 18 months, but the most obvious signs tend to appear between 2 and 3 years of age. Only early intervention in those patients can improve outcomes. There are no many articles published regarding laboratory findings in autism patients. By performing holistic approach in patient healing, we also face autistic children in everyday practice. In this paper we represented case of twins suffering from autism. We found that both of them had elevation of free triiodothyronine, oxytocin, osteocalcin, and basophils. We found that vitamin d level in both twins was lower than recommended. Further research in this field is necessary to reveal whether these findings are causal factors for autism or are an effect of the disease.

Zinc phosphate-based nanoparticles as a novel antibacterial agent: in vivo study on rats after dietary exposure

Background: development of new nanomaterials that inhibit or kil bacteria is an important and timely research topic. For example, financial losses due to infectious diseases, such as diarrhea, are a major concern in livestock productions around the world. Antimicrobial nanoparticles(NPs) represent a promising alternative to antibiotics and may lower antibiotic use and consequently spread of antibiotic resistance traits among bacteria, including ***: Four formulations of zinc nanoparticles(Zn A, Zn B, Zn C, and Zn d) based on phosphates with spherical(Zn A, Zn B)or irregular(Zn C, Zn d) morphology were prepared. The highest in vitro inhibitory effect of our NPs was observed against Staphylococcus aureus(inhibitory concentration values, IC50, ranged from 0.5 to 1.6 mmol/L), fol owed by Escherichia coli(IC500.8–1.5 mmol/L). In contrast, methicil in resistant S. aureus(IC501.2–4.7 mmol/L) was least affected and this was similar to inhibitory patterns of commercial Zn O-based NPs and Zn O. After the successful in vitro testing, the in vivo study with rats based on dietary supplementation with zinc NPs was conducted. Four groups of rats were treated by 2,000 mg Zn/kg diet of Zn A, Zn B, Zn C, and Zn d, for comparison two groups were supplemented by 2,000 mg Zn/kg diet of Zn O-N and Zn O, and one group(control) was fed only by basal diet. The significantly higher(P d kidney of al treated groups was found, nevertheless Zn NPs did not greatly influence antioxidant status of rats. However,the total aerobic and coliform bacterial population in rat feces significantly decreased(P d of the treatment. Furthermore, when compared to the Zn O group, Zn A and Zn C nanoparticles reduced coliforms significantly more(P demonstrate that phosphate-based zinc nanoparticles have the potential to act as antibiotic agents.

In this work, a simple procedure for the preparation of an inkjet printed disposable graphene electrode is reported. Commercial graphene ink was printed on a kapton substrate and the resulting electrode was 30 min treated by oxygen plasma, then modified by a bismuth salt. The as prepared electrode was characterized by Raman spectroscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), laser scanning microscopy (LSM) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) coupled to energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EdX). The sensing properties of the characterized electrodes were then investigated using cyclic voltammetry and Electrochemical Impedance Spectroscopy (EIS). Afterwards, these electrodes were exploited in a comparative way for the electroanalysis of Cadmium(II) and Lead(II) ions. An increase in the electrode sensitivity due to its modification and to the presence of bismuth was observed. Some preliminary experiments based on stripping square wave voltammetry highlighted the interest of using the proposed disposable inkjet printed electrodes for the electrochemical detection of heavy metals in tap water.

We describe the development of quinolylnitrones(QNs)as multifunctional ligands inhibiting cholinesterases(ChEs:acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase—h BChE)and monoamine oxidases(hMAO-A/B)for the therapy of neurodegenerative *** identified QN 19,a simple,low molecular weight nitrone,that is readily synthesized from commercially available *** 19 has no typical pharmacophoric element to suggest ChE or MAO inhibition,yet unexpectedly showed potent inhibition of h BChE(IC50=1.06±0.31 nmol/L)and h MAO-B(IC_(50)=4.46±0.18μmol/L).The crystal structures of 19 with hBChE and hMAO-B provided the structural basis for potent binding,which was further studied by enzyme *** 19 acted as a free radical scavenger and biometal chelator,crossed the blood—brain barrier,was not cytotoxic,and showed neuroprotective properties in a 6-hydroxydopamine cell model of Parkinson's *** addition,in vivo studies showed the anti-amnesic effect of 19 in the scopolamine-induced mouse model of Ad without adverse effects on motoric function and ***,chronic treatment of double transgenic APPswe-PS1δE9 mice with 19 reduced amyloid plaque load in the hippocampus and cortex of female mice,underscoring the disease-modifying effect of QN 19.
