In the East European region between Prut and Dnieper,proto-urban mega-sites developed ca.4100−3600 BCE with population agglomerations of around 10000 inhabitants per *** outline of complexity categories,based on *** et al.(2018),illustrates that“computational abilities”are first developed to make the shift from dispersed to agglomerated settlement *** development of an internal decision-making system for a polity that organizes communication via public buildings on different levels,together with a site-specific track system,may be responsible for this shift(or made it possible).However,after generations,this communication pattern was not developed into further collective communication abilities(e.g.,into a writing system),while at the same time a tendency toward centralizing decision processes probably destroyed the communication *** ultimately led to the collapse of Tripolye mega-sites.

Objective:To explore the efficacy of intermittent preventive treatment in pregnancy(IPTp)with sulfadoxine and pyrimethamine(SP)against sensitive ***:A pharmacological model was used to investigate the effectiveness of the previous recommended at least two-dose regimen,currently recommended three-dose regimen and 4,6,8-weekly regimens with specific focus on the impact of various nonadherence patterns in multiple transmission ***:The effectiveness of the recommended three-dose regimen is high in all the transmission intensities,i.e.>99%,98%and 92%in low,moderate and high transmission intensities *** simulated 4 and 6 weekly IPTp-SP regimens were able to prevent new infections with sensitive parasites in almost all women(>99%)regardless of transmission ***,8 weekly interval dose schedules were found to have 71%and 86%protective efficacies in high and moderate transmission areas,*** highlights that patients are particularly vulnerable to acquiring new infections if IPTp-SP doses are ***:The pharmacological model predicts that full adherence to the currently recommended three-dose regimen should provide almost complete protection from malaria infection in moderate and high transmission ***,it also highlights that patients are particularly vulnerable to acquiring new infections if IPTp doses are spaced too widely or if doses are *** to the recommended IPTp-SP schedules is recommended.

Objective:To determine the effect of rice bran extract(RBE)in combination with doxorubicin on 4 T1 triple-negative breast cancer cells and NIH-3 T3 ***:RBE was obtained by maceration with *** phytochemical profile of RBE was observed using highperformance liquid *** effect of RBE was evaluated through MTT *** addition,flow cytometry was used for cell cycle and apoptosis *** senescence was observed using SA-β-Gal assay and intracellular reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels were evaluated using DCFDA *** pro-oxidant property of RBE was also evaluated through 1-chloro-2,4-dinitrobenzene spectrophotometry and molecular ***:RBE was obtained with a yield of 18.42%w/w and contained tocotrienols as the major *** exerted no cytotoxic effect on 4 T1 and NIH-3 T3 ***,RBE in combination with doxorubicin decreased 4 T1 cell viability synergistically(combination index<0.9)and induced apoptosis and senescence on 4 T1 *** significantly decreased senescence in doxorubicin-treated NIH-3 T3 ***,RBE did not increase ROS levels in doxorubicin-treated 4 T1 ***,the combination of RBE and doxorubicin reduced ROS levels in NIH-3 T3 *** significantly reduced glutathione-S-transferase activity and alpha-tocotrienol interacted with glutathione-Stransferase in the glutathione binding ***:Rice bran may be used as a co-chemotherapeutic agent to improve the therapeutic effectiveness of doxorubicin while protecting against the cellular senescence effects of doxorubicin on healthy cells.

Dear Editor Aberrant gene expression sustains massive proliferation and stress adaptation under the regulation of oncogenic transcription factors(TFs)whose binding across the genome orchestrates in space and time *** dependency defines the addiction of cancer cells to TFs on top of the regulatory hierarchy governing cancer dysregulated programs[1].These factors and their dependent mechanisms are an attractive and unexplored reservoir of potential targets for new anticancer ***,while the transcriptional landscape of many cancer-supportive TFs has been revealed,this information remains purely descriptive and confined to in vitro *** foster transferability,new approaches that integrate clinical data into the transcriptional networks are needed.

The violently penetration of renewables in power supply network leads to situations, by which the offer exceeds the demand. Therefore, it is necessary to include a system for processes＇ management. SmartGrid is a platform over the power supply network. It is represented with its network and services, which also have to be managed. The paper aims to show the second stage of SmartGrid management modeling. It meets heterogeneous requirements of the actors--subscriber without photovoltaics, subscriber with photovoltaics, service provider, network operator, and network elements operator--to service and network management and is oriented to functional areas, covering the life cycle of power supply service： Design, Planning, Installation, Provision, Configuration, Maintenance, Performance, Accounting, Buying Up, Security and Subscriber Control. Functional models for existing networks--telecommunications--are used and they are adapted to power supply. The results are illustrated with three functional areas for service management： Accounting, Buying Up, and Performance. The synthesis of network management functions and network element management functions are similar.
