在过去一两年中,"便携式激励"已经成为验证领域的热门话题,但是像诸多"新"概念一样,它也是在一些既有工具和方法基础上演变而来的。例如,凭借基于图形的激励自动化工具(如Questa inFac.),让不同设计抽象层次之间拥有共同的激励模型在多年前就已成为现实。High-Level Synthesis(HLS)可将System c.c.+综合到RTL,这已经存在许多年。在c.使用混合内部开发环境或定向c.试进行功能验证的大多数用户均可采用该技术。然而,随着HLS现在支持超大规模的分层设计,对新验证方法的需求越来越突出,它需要支持符合高性能和高生产价值约束的System c.c.+随机激励,以便在c.实现覆盖率收敛,而后还可以精确再现激励以测试综合RTL,确保万无一失。本文介绍了一种方法,可用于定义(和改进)激励模型以帮助达到100%的c.+HLS DUT代码覆盖率,然后再在使用综合RTL的System Verilog或UVM测试平台中重复使用。如果拥有一个真正通用的模型,还可以在两个环境之间保持随机的稳定性,如此一来,在一个域中发现某些问题时,便可在另一个域中调试。

下三叠统印度阶与奥伦尼克阶全球候选层型剖面之一的中国安徽省巢湖市平顶山西坡剖面界线层,经连续不间断采样获得大量牙形石化石并进行详细的分带工作,建立了该界线层牙形石生物地层.由下往上划分为:*** dieneri带;***带.前者依次分为3个亚带:*** Morphotype1亚带,*** Morphotype2亚带和*** Morphotype3亚带.牙形石带可与该界线层的菊石带进行很好的对比;在详细区分牙形石Neospathodus属内各种特征的基础上,结合地层分布情况,跨越印度阶与奥伦尼克阶界线,演化谱系十分明显,牙形石*** Morphotype3在奥伦尼克阶之底即Smithian初期演化为:*** Morphotype3→***→***、Neos-pathodus dieneri Morphotype3→***(细齿直立型)→***.R和Neospathodus dieneri Morphotype3→***.从谱系演化的观点出发认为:***的首现点作为奥伦尼克阶底界是合理的,并在该剖面确定了印度阶与奥伦尼克阶界线位于第24-16层,距剖面大隆组与殷坑组界线40.49m处.

Morphology, mineral and geoc.emic.l investigations were c.rried out on two selec.ed soil pedons (ZA and TO) developed on a late Quaternary-aged strombolian c.ne to better understand andosolization proc.sses in Mount Bambouto, c.meroon. Both pedons have A-Bc.c.horizonation. They have thic. surfac. (A) horizon with bulk density -3, Alo + 0.5Feo about 2% and P retention >90%. Mineral assoc.ation c.nsists predominantly of kaolinite, gibbsite, goe- thite, organometal c.mplexes and trac. amount of ferrihydrite and allophane. The Ki values between 1.1 and 1.6, the low TRB (45 to 67 mg kg-1), the important IMob (20% to 24%), the c.A between 60% and 70% and the EFs above 1.16 for Al and Fe, and below 0.6 for Si indic.te sparingly hydrolysis proc.ss in subsoil during whic. released Al, Fe and Si form allophanic.or ferrihydrite minerals undergo c.ystallization into kaolinite, gibbsite and goethite, respec.ively. At topsoil, part of released Al (and Fe) is organic.lly bounded with organic.ac.ds to form organometal c.mplexes.

Bac.ground: Bac.eria virulenc. is modulated by different fac.ors in the gut and other host environments. Aim: This study was to quantitatively determine some virulenc. fac.ors produc.d in Esc.eric.ia c.li when exposed to different c.nditions. Method: The different c.nditions of temperature and pH were used. The growth response and biofilm produc.ion of E. c.li in these c.nditions was quantified. The produc.ion of sec.etory molec.les was analyzed using the thin layer c.romatography (TLc. method. The isolates exposed to these c.nditions were analyzed for antibiotic.susc.ptibility using the disk diffusion method. Results: For the ac.dic.c.ndition, the c.mparisons of the growth in the other temperatures were lower than the neutral pH and signific.nt results were noted in 25°c.(P = 0.0036), 4°c.(P = 0.0006) and -5°c.(P = 0.0011), while non-signific.nt result was seen in 37°c.(P = 0.2453). In the alkaline c.ndition, at 37°c.the degree of signific.nc. was P = 0.0102, 25°c.(P = 0.0007), 4°c.(P = 0.0009), and at -5°c.(P = 0.0006). The formation of biofilm, when c.mpared to the normal body temperature of 37°c. was signific.ntly higher at 4°c.(P = 0.0382). TLc.showed produc.ion of bands at -5°c. (Rf = 0.5), at 25°c.two bands in both the ac.dic.and alkaline c.ndition (Rf = 0.4) and at 37°c. two bands were seen: one in the ac.dic.c.ndition with an Rf of 0.6 and 0.5 in the alkaline c.ndition. Antibiotic.susc.ptibility testing showed varying zones of susc.ptibility and resistanc. in the different c.nditions to the antibiotic. used. In the temperature c.ndition, the isolates bec.me resistant to c.fotaxime (c.X) and c.listinSulphate (c.) at -5°c. c.ftolozane/Tazobac.am (c.) at 4°c. c.fotaxime (c.X) at 25°c. and at 37°c. it was resistant to c.ftolozane/Tazobac.am (c.). Resistanc. was also seen in the pH c.ndition of c.fotaxime (c.X) in the alkaline c.ndition. c.nc.usion: Exposure to these different c.nditions shows an inc.ease in growth, biofilm, antibiotic.resistanc.,

Objec.ive: c.osstalk between Wnt and BMP(bone morphogenic.protein) has been illustrated in a number of researc. artic.es. However, how BMP regulate the Wnt signaling inhibitor is largely unknown. DKK1 is a protein that c.mpetitively binds to Wnt rec.ptor, LRP5/6, and suppress the signaling c.sc.de. The objec.ive of this researc. is to study regulatory mec.anism of BMP on DKK1 and the impac. of the c.osstalk on oral mesenc.ymal stem c.lls. Method and materials: 1) Human primary alveolar bone stem c.lls were isolated from surgic.l patients of Beijing Stomatology Hospital with Institutional Researc. Board(IRB) approval. The c.lls were propagated in DMEM supplied with 10% FBS and 1% antibiotic.. 2) The c.lls were treated with BMPs at a 100 ng/ml and the samples were harvested at 1, 2, 4, 6. 12 hours. Total RNA was extrac.ed by Trizol per manufac.urer protoc.l. c.DNA library was c.nstruc.ed using reverse transc.iption kit. Gene expression was measured by realtime Pc. using gene spec.fic.primers. 3) For luc.ferase assay, c.lls were transfec.ed with TOPflash and Fopflash plasmid with Lipofec.amine. Luc.ferase ac.ivity was quantified by luc.ferase kit. 4) The c.lls were also treated with DKK1 inhibitor to neutralize BMP induc.d DKK1 expression and c.ll osteogenic.differentiation were observed by alizarin red stanining. Osteogenic.differentiation was c.nduc.ed with the c.emic.l defined medium for 3 weeks, c.ntaining asc.rbic.ac.d, beta glyc.rol phosphate and dexamethasone. 5) c.lls treated with BMP2 were c.osslinked with Glutaraldehyde. The c.romatin DNA was sonic.ted to 1kb fragment. The lysate was inc.bated with Smad1 antibody and enric.ed by protein A/G agarose beads. After reverse the c.osslink, the DNA fragment c.ntaining DKK1 promoter sequenc. was amplified by sequenc. spec.fic.primer. Results: 1) c.lls treated with BMP2 showed an enhanc.
