Towards implementation of alloy-specific thermo-fluid modelling for laser powder-bed fusion of Mg alloys

Multi-physics thermo-fluid modeling has been extensively used as an approach to understand melt pool dynamics and defect formation as well as optimizing the process-related parameters of laser powder-bed fusion(L-PBF).However,its capabilities for being implemented as a reliable tool for material design,where minor changes in material-related parameters must be accurately captured,is still in *** the present research,first,a thermo-fluid computational fluid dynamics(CFD)model is developed and validated against experimental *** the predicted material properties of the pure Mg and commercial ZK60 and WE43 Mg alloys,parametric studies are done attempting to elucidate how the difference in some of the material properties,i.e.,saturated vapor pressure,viscosity,and solidification range,can influence the melt pool *** is found that a higher saturated vapor pressure,associated with the ZK60 alloy,leads to a deeper unstable keyhole,increasing the keyhole-induced porosity and evaporation mass *** viscosity and wider solidification range can increase the non-uniformity of temperature and velocity distribution on the keyhole walls,resulting in increased keyhole instability and formation of ***,the WE43 alloy showed the best behavior in terms of defect formation and evaporation mass loss,providing theoretical support to the extensive use of this alloy in *** summary,this study suggests an approach to investigate the effect of materials-related parameters on L-PBF melting and solidification,which can be extremely helpful for future design of new alloys suitable for L-PBF.

Challenges facing the USA in matching Germany on advanced manufacturing for green growth

High-resolution photogrammetry to measure physical aperture of two separated rock fracture surfaces

Invariant natural killer T(iNKT)cells are part of the family of unconventional T cells,and they recognize glycolipid antigens presented on the MHC class I like molecule CD1^([1]).In humans there are five CD1 molecules named CD1a to CD1e,whereas mice use only CD1d for lipid ***,iNKT cells can elicit both cytotoxicity similarly to conventional CD8 T cells and secrete cytokines that influence the adaptive immune response including providing direct T cell help to B cells^([2]).In the context of tumors,they can use both release of granzyme B and use Fas-mediated mechanisms for killing of tumor *** iNKT cells use a restricted TCR repertoire and CD1 molecules are non-heterogenous the risk of graft vs host disease is limited and thus these T cells have been an attractive option for off the shelf immunotherapy to treat cancer^([3]).

Background:Adenosine triphosphatase inhibitory factor 1(IF1)is a key protein involved in energy ***1 has been linked to various agerelated diseases,although its relationship with physical activity(PA)remains ***,the apolipoprotein A-I(apoA-I),a PA-modulated lipoprotein,could play a role in this relationship because it shares a binding site with IF1 on the cell-surface ATP *** examined here the associations between chronic PA and plasma IF1 concentrations among older adults,and we investigated whether apoA-I mediated these ***:In the present work,1096 healthy adults(63.8%females)aged 70 years and over who were involved in the Multidomain Alzheimer Prevention Trial study were ***1 plasma concentrations(square root of ng/mL)were measured at the 1-year visit of the Multidomain Alzheimer Prevention Trial,while PA levels(square root of metabolic equivalent task min/week)were assessed using questionnaires administered each year from baseline to the 3-year *** linear regressions were performed to investigate the associations between the first-year mean PA levels and IF1 *** analyses were conducted to examine whether apoA-I mediated these *** linear regressions were carried out to investigate whether the 1-year visit IF1 concentrations predicted subsequent changes in ***:Multiple linear regressions indicated that first-year mean PA levels were positively associated with IF1 concentrations(B=0.021;SE=0.010;p=0.043).Mediation analyses revealed that about 37.7%of this relationship was mediated by apoA-I(B_(ab)=0.008;SE=0.004;p=0.023).Longitudinal investigations demonstrated that higher concentrations of IF1 at the 1-year visit predicted a faster decline in PA levels over the subsequent 2 years(time×IF1:B=0.148;SE=0.066;p=0.025).Conclusion:This study demonstrates that regular PA is associated with plasma IF1 concentrations,and it suggests that apoA-I partly med

目的分析某轨道客车制造企业工人心理负荷水平和工作相关肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)患病情况,探讨两者的关系。方法采用整群抽样方法,选取某轨道客车制造企业装配和铆焊车间362名男性工人为研究对象,以中文版《主观负荷评价技术量表》和《中国肌肉骨骼问卷》调查其心理负荷水平和WMSDs患病情况。结果 362名研究对象心理负荷水平中位数为67分,WMSDs患病率为56.9%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,在排除混杂因素的影响后,轨道客车制造工人心理负荷越严重者罹患WMSDs的风险越高(P<0.05),从事铆焊工种者罹患WMSDs的风险高于从事装配工种者(P<0.01),工作节奏快者罹患WMSDs的风险高于工作节奏正常者(P<0.01),工作环境温度舒适者罹患WMSDs的风险低于工作环境温度不舒适者(P<0.01)。结论轨道客车制造工人心理负荷可增加其罹患WMSDs的风险,呈剂量-效应关系;工种、工作节奏和工作环境温度等也是WMSDs的影响因素。

目的:建立作业人员工作过程中的动态、静态姿势负荷综合分析评价方法并进行信效度分析,探索作业人员动态静态姿势负荷水平与肌肉骨骼疾患患病情况的关系。方法:选择电子配件组装、轨道客车制造等装配作业人员共844人作为研究对象,依据《中国肌肉骨骼问卷》中的工作姿势相关条目建立作业人员工作过程动态、静态姿势负荷综合分析评价方法,并采用Cronbach系数、聚类分析、因子分析等方法对姿势负荷综合分析评价方法的信效度进行分析,采用非条件Logistic回归模型探索姿势负荷与肌肉骨骼疾患患病情况之间的关系。结果:该评价方法的信效度分析显示:(1)内在一致性评价总体Cronbach系数达0.934,分半信度Spearman-Brown系数0.881,前后相关系数0.787;(2)聚类分析结果提示同一身体部位动态、静态工作姿势距离最短;因子分析共提取2个公因子,累计方差贡献率达65.604%;协方差分析显示负荷得分在不同工种之间差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归模型显示,饮酒(OR=2.141,95%CI 1.337~3.428)和肥胖(OR=3.408,95%CI 1.629~7.130)是肌肉骨骼疾患的危险因素,作业人员动静态姿势负荷水平越高肌肉骨骼疾患患病风险也越高(OR=1.035,95%CI 1.022~1.048),不同工种、性别、年龄人群的患病风险也存在差异,女性更易患病(OR=2.626,95%CI 1.414~4.879),30~40岁职业人群患病风险高于30岁以下者(OR=1.909,95%CI 1.237~2.946)。结论:作业人员动态、静态姿势负荷综合分析评价方法在装配作业人群中应用可靠有效,姿势负荷与肌肉骨骼疾患之间存在关联。

目的分析某轨道客车制造企业作业人员多部位工作相关肌肉骨骼疾患(WMSDs)的患病情况及其影响因素。方法采用整群抽样方法,选择某轨道客车制造企业装配和铆焊车间366名男性作业人员为研究对象,采用《中国肌肉骨骼问卷》调查其多部位WMSDs患病情况,采用多因素Logistic回归分析分析其影响因素。结果研究对象WMSDs总患病率为56.3%(206/366);各部位WMSDs患病率由高到低依次为:下背部、手/腕、颈部、肩部、膝部、上背部、臀腿部、踝/足部、肘部,患病率依次为35.5%、27.6%、23.2%、21.0%、19.9%、18.6%、18.0%、15.8%、12.3%(P<0.01)。研究对象多部位WMSDs总患病率为38.0%(139/366);不同数量部位WMSDs患病率由高到低依次为:6个及以上部位、2个部位、3个部位、5个部位、4个部位,患病率依次为12.0%、10.7%、6.6%、5.5%、3.3%(P<0.01)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,超重和肥胖的作业工人罹患多部位WMSDs的风险高于体质量正常者(P<0.05);长时间保持低头、频繁弯腰、长时间弯曲肘部、工作要求做事很快的频率越高者、与领导沟通职业卫生问题的频率越少者,罹患多部位WMSDs的风险越高(P<0.05)。结论轨道客车制造企业作业人员多部位WMSDs的患病率较高;其影响因素包括个体因素、不良工效学因素和社会心理因素。
